They do not accept open table. We had a large party and did not know until arrival that they rejected our reservations. They should not be o OpenTable.

They do not take reservations. Staff is aware they are listed here on OpenTable with plenty of signs stating reservations will not be honored. Management really should figure out how to fix this issue.

TL;DR: establishment doesn't honor confirmed online reservations: I was looking forward to dining here a while, and had made a reservation for a party of five through Google/OpenTable for Sunday brunch at 9:45am. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation had not been honored. Despite a confirmed booking, we were placed on a one-hour waitlist. Disappointed, we decided to skip the wait and enjoyed a delicious brunch at our local spot instead. This experience has left a negative impression, and I doubt I will be returning. For anyone considering making a reservation here, I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm your booking will be honored.

They actually don’t take reservations via OpenTable but were so accommodating and gracious, still honoring that we made a reservation. Every employee we encountered was so positive and friendly! Definitely happy to dine here again and support!

The open table app did not successfully reserve with the restaurant. Instead of creating 2 wait lists to honor reservations that people could show on their phones, Toast chose to simply ignore everyone who planned ahead and lump them in with people who just showed up. Additionally the app requires you to select star evaluations for things that you can't possibly know if you never get in, which is absurd. So to open table: 👎🏽 for technical fail and crummy gui To Toast: 👎🏽 for epic fail on responding to to customers with reasonable solutions to problems they did not create. Don't really care how popular or good the food may be if they don't care about my experience. Will not try again.
