At TO THE BONE we celebrate authentic Italian food and meat culture with a special appreciation for the butcher’s craft and its age-old tradition. Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.

Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.

    Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns ein Bistecca alla fiorentina mit ca. 1000g geteilt. Inkl. Beilagen und Vorspeisen wurden wir sehr satt. Preis Leistung passt super. Die Weine bewegen sich im gehobenen Niveau. Es gibt jedoch auch preiswerte Hausweine. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir waren an einem normalen Dienstag Abend da und hatten ca. 1 Woche vorher reserviert. Ein paar Plätze für Pärchen hätten noch besetzt werden können. Uns gefiel es insgesamt sehr gut. Wir waren das 2. Mal dort und kommen bestimmt gern wieder.

    The best cuts of meat I've had in a very, very long time. High quality meat, perfectly cooked. The staff was fantastic, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was. I'm definitely coming back!

    Very happy with the service and the atmosphere, only problem was the long waiting time for the food over 1h, the taste was delicious though!

    Das Restaurant “To the Bone” besticht durch eine elegante Atmosphäre, aber leider war das Essen unterdurchschnittlich. Besonders enttäuschend war die lange Wartezeit – wir mussten über 40 Minuten auf das zweite Gericht warten. Der Service war akzeptabel, allerdings gab es einen großen Minuspunkt: Als ich den Rest meines Essens mitnehmen wollte, wurde das Fleisch einfach in einen Plastikbeutel gepackt – ohne eine richtige Verpackung oder eine Tragetasche. Angesichts der hohen Preise entsprach die Qualität nicht den Erwartungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist daher nicht gerechtfertigt.

    Das Essen, insbesondere das Fleisch, war vom Feinsten. Auch der Service und das Ambiente waren wundervoll. Das war ganz sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch hier!
