   Waited for 1hour 15 mins just to get a starter, we were so annoyed that we ended up leaving because the main course took long. We basically sat in this restaurant for 2 hours, just to be served a drink and stater. Never going back again. Dont waste your time.

   Restaurant was closed and no one was picking up the phone ! Why they made the reservation at all , very disappointed

   This place was such a vibe amazing customer service good music and great food the drinks are banging,I definitely will be going again with the girls and scenery 😍 for insta pictures

   I cannot begin to explain how dissatisfied I was with this restaurant. I booked Persia for a birthday meal. Once we were seated we were given set menus - not only did the Instagram page not mention that we HAVE to have set menus on Fridays to Saturdays but it also didn’t state it anywhere linking to Persia. My friend group was really unhappy with this as we did not expect this at all and we were told that we have to “pay for entertainment” by one of the staff members. So when placing our orders the staff member taking our order said that two items were not available, instantly I was getting cold feet about this restaurant and was very tempted to leave but my friends insisted we just sit it through. Out of my friends I had only ordered one starter - hummus with naan bread. This starter approximately took 35 -40 minutes to be served which I found absolutely absurd !! Especially for a cold starter? I could instantly tell that there was a lack of communication between the staff as there would be 2 staff coming back and forwards with my table and asking the questions, at a point where I had to repeat our mains which we have already ordered - the lack of communication really showed this evening. Not only this, the New York cheesecake that I ordered was absolutely rock solid on the bottom, almost impossible to break even with the silverware on the table. Overall, the experience here was not great at all and personally would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

   We were sat down for ages before we were served. The waitress said no one told her we were there. Drinks were nice but the food was not great. Starters - I didn’t like the rice in the leaves - I didn’t realise there would be lentils in there. My friend loved their falafel which we ended up sharing, it was really nice. Main - salmon was abit bland no reasoning no flavour and comes with no sauce. It was better after I added salt and pepper. My friend had the thighs, she didn’t love them. Desert - the New York cheese cake was rock hard at the bottom. My friend had to us both jeans each time to cut through. However the music was great. It’s a lovely cocktail bar and the vibe is great but the food quality could use some improvement.

   Was disheartened by experience as service was shocking. No one greeted my party at the door, had to go to the bar to ask about my table. Staff members ignored my presence and when one finally acknowledged me ignored my request about the table and carried on serving other people around us. We ended up sitting anywhere in the restaurant. When food arrived it was luke warm/ cold. Food looked nothing like Instagram pictures. Charcoal chicken was dry had no sauce, compared to Instagram picture of chicken which had sauce. Asked waiter for sauce and no one returned with any sauce. Food was not worth the price we paid on the night as we even went for the set menu so we could watch the entertainment. Which happens in the evening, entertainment started late didn’t start till 21.30. When entertainment should have started at 20.00, no announcement to say why there will be a delay to entertainment. Entertainment didn’t go on for long due to equipment issues. Overall it seems like the main issue was lack of communication and management not being organised with staff. As most staff members looked like they weren’t doing much as they didn’t know where they should be and what they should be doing. Place has really good potential but just need more organisation and more focus on customer focus.

   We booked a table for two of our friends birthdays but arrived to find majority of the room minus 3 tables were rented for a 50th bday party. I don’t believe they should have booked us on this basis. They had their own Dj who were making announcements constantly and speech’s over the whole room about the party. We looked at the menu online beforehand and was told when we got there we had to order from a £40pp fixed menu (we only wanted a main as we were out drinking) and nothing stated this on booking. When asked we weren’t allowed to do that, and our only option was to choose from a very small choice of starters. The food was terrible when it came majority was left so glad we didn’t spend more on the set menu after that. All the entertainment was again based around the party which was the other side of the room and cordoned so we couldn’t see which was the main reason we chose Persia. And we were seated by the main door in the bar although we requested main dining seat. I also noted there were two birthdays on the booking and that wasn’t acknowledged at all. So disappointed as we had this night planned for ages and it’s rare we all get together so it was really a let down. Chad the waiter was the only pleasant part of the evening as he was very polite and attentive.

   the food looked pretty but was tasteless. the staff was polite but only 2 seemed to put effort. the others were robotic. the ambience was lovely but the music was too loud for a restaurant. the club after was mediocre

   Thought this would be a normal quiet restaurant to catch up over dinner when booking but it was very loud with music blasting from speakers, it has more slug and lettuce vibes than just a normal restaurant. The food was not great, ordered an authentic lamb stew that was awful and I cannot believe the chef approved to go on the menu. Told my waiter as soon as i had my first bite that I didn’t like it, they allowed me to order something different but the manager still made me pay for the lamb stew (most restaurants would take the item off the bill btw). Other than having to shout through conversations to my friends and the food being terrible, the service from the waitress was good.
