Welcome to TJ's Bar and Restaurant. No booking necessary.

We are located at Parkfoot Holiday Park by the shore of Ullswater Lake, a short walk from Pooley Bridge.
We serve fresh home cooked food, burgers and steak from the grill and also have a busy takeaway service serving homemade pizzas and other tasty alternatives.

We operate on a card only basis, cash will not be accepted. Food and drink from the Restaurant is ordered separately.

Great venue to have on a campsite. Food was very good, best steak & ale pie I’ve had in a long time! Bit over priced but you’re paying for the convenience. It’s nicely furnished and there was also live music on which added to the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely cracking night, great band, we were warned their would be a reduced menu due to the event, but it was still fantastic, loads of food and very tasty, and NOT rip off prices, staff were amazing. Thank you so much everyone 💙

Amazing food at TJ’s. Large portions & great value for money. Staff were friendly. Area is comfortable & clean. Will definitely eat here again.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was very nice but rather expensive. The soft drinks from the bar were very expensive with a can of Tango or Sprite being £2.50 The decor was rather tired and, in my opinion a bit odd with different coloured chairs in a rather old fashioned look. There was a singer on in the bar while we ate which was rather loud but it wouldn't have stopped me eating there. Overall it was good. The only thing that would make me think twice about eating there again was the price.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Clean and tidy appearance. Food was beautiful. The bar staff were friendly and funny.

Not the best food quality. Although the presentation/appearance was good it’s very basic and expensive for what it is. You have to Que at the bar even if you have a table in the restaurant? It was more convenience using this place, we wouldn’t choose to eat here again.

Lovely meal again in TJ’s Expected a wait as it was busy but the service was very good and the food was excellent.

Kids cheese burger was cold. Wife’s Tuscan Garlic Chicken contained 3 tiny pieces of chicken.
