Tito's Italian Grill
The food was fantastic. The service was slow. 20 minutes after being seated before we saw a server. Another problem was that during COVID times our server had his nose uncovered. I asked the manager on duty about it and was told nose and mouth should be covered. Next time he came to the table all was well. After that the mask was down again. He even pulled it under his chin at one point to talk. Not acceptable in this day.
Our son’s pizza came 30 mins after we got our food. But they took it off the bill with out even asking. The only negative I would say is that the bus boys were completely rude. Everything else was perfect.
Service was good
The food was marginal at best. Similar to Olive Garden level of quality, but the prices are higher.
Made a reservation the other day for Friday night on a holiday weekend. Went to the restaurant and a sign on the window said temporarily closed. No prior notification. If I was a no show, I would get banned by open table. Complained to the hotel owner and basically got a "my bad". Pass
Bummed by the service. Several tables had issues with service while we were there. It was also our anniversary and I had spoken to them prior about a surprise dessert and the waitress who was barely around, said that no one knew anything about it, yet the front desk person knew as she confirmed it when we arrived. Table next to us waited 15 minutes for menus. They had to go inside and ask for service. Another table next to use got wrong dinners and our appetizer was forgotten. Overall good food, just get the food to-go.
We had a lovely family lunch there. It was fun and the food was excellent. Parking can be challenging but we got lucky. We will visit again
First time!! Food was amazing! Rainy day so it was the perfect cozy meal. We had our kiddos with us as well- super family friendly!
We had the spaghetti dinner. It was literally spaghetti and sauce. No sides or bread. We had to ask for each item we wanted. i.e. tea, sugar for the tea, spoon to stir the tea, etc. Maybe they are out of practice due to virus closure. I have not decided if I will try them again.
We were visiting beautiful Coeur d'Alene and walked by Tito's. The menu looked interesting so we went back the next day for dinner and had one of the most awesomely delicious pizzas I've had in a long time. And, I'm originally from Chicago and know my pizzas. This was one of the best!
We were visiting Coeur D'alene and Tito's was recommended. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Attentive to our needs and never felt rushed. Nice place and we will be visiting again when we return.
Decent food, great service, good ambiance.
The ambience was delightful; the service was excellent. Thanks for a nice dinner!
Made a reservation for a large group (17) for a birthday dinner. They staff was extremely accommodating even helping me pre-order a custom cake and had it delivered to the restaurant on my behalf. Our table was ready to go and our server for so friendly and on top of everything! We were on 6 different bills, and she didn't miss a beat - keeping track of each family's orders (even though we were sitting separately around the table). We were all very impressed - oh and our meals were delicious to boot. Top Notch!
First time there and thought it was really good. For Restaurant Week, the portions were perfect.
Good food, staff has great attitude. Noise level was lively but not offensive. Staff was amenable to small changes to an entree (substitute chicken for shrimp).
Food was wonderful. Service was outstanding couldn't have asked for a better waitress.
Warm, inviting atmosphere, great service. Food was excellent.
Overall was a good experience
Excellent food and great service on a Wednesday night!
Food was good and solid. My son got to make his own pizza and he got a kick out of that. Service was on point and friendly.
The lasagna was so sour from tomato paste it was uneatable and the menu didn't describe the drinks, they added whipped cream to the soda. The server was sweet but didn't help out or correct the experience was sad. As it was our Christmas eve dinner.
We are repeat patrons. Lunch in particular. Fun place for us.
Great food!! Can be very noisy with big parties celebrating. Definitely worth a fun night out!
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. My three granddaughters had so much fun creating their individual pizzas.?Great experience!
Great food, fun and friendly atmosphere with exceptional service!
Great food and a amazing wine selection! Took my wife there for a date night and neither of us where disappointed. Found a great wine that we both liked.
Always a gem of an eatery in the heart of CDA. And the service is exceptional. Our party of 4 arrived and the hostess sat us inside where we found the table to be a bit nippy. Kindly they allowed us to move to another table which was also well chilled. The inside was freezing. Apparently they keep it like this for the servers who are in and out all day - which really didn't make any sense as you always want to make the patrons most comfortable. None the less, we then asked to be seated outside and they graciously assisted us again in moving. Then it was as though Moses had brought down upon CDA the plagues of Egypt with the copious amount of flies singling out our table as though it was the only one with stinky Calamari - which it was . . .
All in all, not once did the servers complain or roll their eyes at our shenanigans. And for that we give them all an A+ on service. They accommodated our every request. That's why we keep coming back. Great food, great service, and seriously great air conditioning - I should have noticed no ones Sundaes were melting at their table and the ice in the water glasses never seemed to melt! Not to mention the penguins migrating there from Antarctica.
Best pizza in town, great location in the heart of the city.
The service was great but the food fair. I would not eat there again.
The food and service was great. We come to CDA many times a year and have almost always stopped there for a bite. Ambience is good enough for casual conversation. The restaurant is close to down town and all the amenities offered.
It was as advertised. Solid. No better. No worse.
Everything was good ! Casual and average food
We scheduled our reservation through Open Table in May for July 4th at 6:30. The reservation was confirmed and we thought all was well as we received many updates. We were staying at the Resort, but I didn't want to bug them to make a simple dining reservation. Big mistake! When we arrived day of a few minutes before our reservation, the manager told us they did not take reservations for the 4th of July and that Open Table was supposed to contact us and let us know. No one ever did. She said they were super busy and would do their best to seat us. The restaurant was 1/2 empty but they sat us at a crammed table next to the kitchen. The waiter was pleasant and greeted us. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, salads and dinner. The kids did the "make your own pizza," which is usually awesome. After some time, the salads came out, followed by the adult entrees. Pizza was delayed about 10 min. so we shared our entries to keep the peace. Finally, the pizza came then the appetizer a few minutes later. When we got the bill, it was not ours. It was for a party of 6 that had already left. We were a party of 4. When we brought it back to the waiter, he disputed it until we showed him what we ordered. He agreed to fix it but had to take care of 2 other tables first. It took another 20 minutes before we finally got out of there. We have had a great experience with Titos before. That's why we wene back. But it appears to be under new management now. I can't recommend it this time.
I really enjoyed my meal at Tito's. The service was excellent as was the food. Overall, I would recommend Tito's to anyone seeking a nice Italian meal!
Food and service was great. The portions were large so two people can split entree's. Wine selection is vast and priced fair.
We love going to Titos. This time we had a party of 8 and I specifically asked for a table that would accommodate someone in a wheelchair. The girl tried to put us in a corner with another family right in the next table behind it. I was not pleased. However through her stunnedness and my letting her know that was unacceptable, she got us the table we usually get and life was good. Yes, we will go back. But I guess that I need to call or go in personally to make the reservation so whomever decides the table for reservations understands. Maybe management needs to have their people run around in wheelchairs for training.. You don't get it until you have to deal with it :)
Vacation from Portland, OR
Made a reservation for 7 through open table, hostess sat me and my family at a table in the back corner far from the patio windows and the other diners. I made a comment that I didn’t like the table, and the hostess said that was the best she can do because of several reservations. I was there for an hour and no diners showed up to occupy the ten tables closer to the windows. She obviously lied to me. The whole affair put a needless damper on the evening. I probably will not eat there again and I will take my business somewhere where I’m appreciated. Get a better hostess!
We'll be back! We enjoyed Mother's Day late lunch for 7 of us; seated us on time (per our reservation). Server was a little backed up throughout the visit, but very courteous and helpful...she did not seem rushed when answering our questions. We ordered drinks and the All Italian pizza for an appetizer--OUTSTANDING. The meal may have taken a bit longer than we wanted, but weren't in a big hurry, and drinks/waters were refreshed once while waiting. The entrees' were great, and large portions meant most of us had a to-go box for the next day. Good value, great food and friendly service.
