Tito & Pep is a bright new venue in midtown Tucson providing exceptional service, quality food and beverage, in a convivial, relaxed atmosphere.

We hope to establish ourselves as a true hub, woven into the fabric of one of Tucson's most vibrant areas. The focus of the experience at Tito and Pep is mesquite-fired cuisine, as well as a full-service beverage menu featuring quality beer, wine, & cocktails.

Applying over 20 years of experience gained across the U.S. and abroad, Chef & Owner John Martinez draws influence from the multi-cultural history of the region and from his travels, to create a cuisine that is vibrant and delicious.

loved the food and the atmosphere..big city, sophisticated, nice environment...good service, a tad pricey but chicken portion was ample, would be nice to not have to pay for a small salad on the side.
The noise was really loud, hard to hear our companions...not sure how you can remedy this ,,,but it did have such a nice, friendly feeling.

Good seafood and meat options, everyone at my table loved their choices. No good options for vegetarians or vegans. There is one entree course and salads. The salad was disappointing, lots of lettuce, tomatoes and a few cucumbers. Would love to see a vegetable and grain dish on the menu.
The service was excellent and the dessert delicious!

Selections offered variety. Wait staff attentive, making sure your water glass was full. It is a small space and is noisy when the restaurant is packed. Overall great experience.

Fantastic service and the chef even came out to bring two of the dishes. The decor is a mid-century dream and the food is like nothing I have tasted in the city. I will be back again and again thinking about each bite that we enjoyed!

We had heard wonderful things about Tito & Pep and it was my birthday so I chose to go there. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we sat down, my husband mentioned to our server that it was my birthday. We were there early and the restaurant wasn't very crowded. After ordering our food, we received our drinks and small plate in a timely fashion. It was delicious. A good start. However, it went downhill after that. It took at least 35 minutes to get our food with our server barely paying any attention to us. Our main courses were very good but the service put a damper on the whole evening. The topper was - there was no acknowledgement whatsoever from our server about my birthday. While I really didn't care, my husband did as he wanted it to be my special evening. All in all, not a memorable experience.

Attentive knowledgeable staff with good recommendations. Ambiance was very comfortable. Good variety of interesting menu items. Everything was well prepared, presented and tasty! Not inexpensive, but reasonable for the quality. Would definitely go again and recommend,

Outstanding as always. The best pork chop dish ever and I can't wait for the lamb chops to come back. The striped bass crudo is light, fresh and so creative. Service is incredible. A true gem!

Extraordinary place for foodies. Too bad it’s so noisy we had to holler.....made a reservation for a birthday party for four.....a comped small dessert for the birthday girl (maybe a small scoop of their chocolate) would have been a nice touch. We ordered heavily and enjoyed the food immensely

First time dining at Tito and Pep - the striped bass crudo was so good and unique.
Trout was perfectly prepared and don’t get me started on the chocolate ganache - mmmmmm
Definitely adding them to my “fav” list!

Tito and Peps is a fantastic restaurant. The food is delicious. The trout is so fresh and the fried garlic crunchy bits over it makes it even better. Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All menu items sounded delicious and it was hard to make decisions on what to order. There was four in our party and we all order something different. Everything was tasted amazing.

My fourth or fifth time to Tito & Pep, where the food, service and ambiance are consistently top notch. We were there very late night for a 10:30 p.m. reservation. I am happy to report that not only was it a great place for late night nosh, it was much less busy and much more quiet than the usual din at prime time. We loved it.

Another outstanding experience at Tito & Pep. The carrot dish has been a favorite and was replaced by a summer bean dish, which was just as delish as the carrots! Octopus is not normally a go-to for me, but my husband loves it so we gave it a try and both loved it. So tender and the spice was just right. Cocktails and service were also excellent.

I would definitely recommend Tito queson fundido and the octopus. The fundido was paired with some great tortillas and the mushrooms went well with the meat and cheese. The octopus was spectacular! Cooked to perfection and flavored with a mild chile oil that I couldn’t get enough of. Dinner was the chicken...amazing, and the steak which was cooked to perfection.

My compliments to the chef, the entire kitchen staff and the great service at the front of the house. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was distinctive and creative and tasty. Service was quite slow, especially considering that we arrived about 5:15, early in the dinner time slot. Hard surfaces make the place noisy.

This was my first time at Tito and Pep and I can't wait to go back and try more of the dishes. Everything we ordered was superb! The steak skewers were a favorite. And the Cabernet our waitress recommended was lovely.

I had the Sea of Cortez shrimp it was fresh and had good flavor. Why the beans? And the greens served with the shrimp lacked tenderness. I also had the Bibb lettuce salad with guajillo vinegarett which seemed too bitter with the goat cheese and stone fruit. The service was friendly and helpful enough. The best is the decor good attention to linens and dinner ware. Wine served in an tumbler doesn’t appeal to me, next time I will ask for wine glass.

We haven't stopped talking about our dinner at Tito & Pep...it was amazing! Everything we ordered (Sea Bass, Salmon, Summer bean salad, desserts and incredible hand crafted cocktails) were delectable and
creatively prepared. Our wait staff was knowledgable, friendly and attentive in the best ways. We most
certainly are planning our next visit back and, in fact, cannot wait!!

Our daughter surprised us from out of town and wanted to have dinner with us, after we had made reservations for two. After we got to the restaurant we told the host's that the reservation now was for a party of three, she then proceeded to give us an attitude about not finding a table for us. Mind you it was 5:45 reservations and there many open tables with very few guest. The service was mediocre to say the least. The food was on nothing to rave about. We left after the appetizers to another restaurant that seamed to be happy to have us there for dinner with a party of three.

First of all, we had a reservation for 4 at 8pm, arrived 10 minutes early, the dining room was packed and we were seated upon arrival. The cocktail menu looked good but the drinks themselves were disappointing and took forever to be delivered to our table. Octopus got rave reviews, the calamari with the sauce was great, my husband had the trout and is still talking about it, he also had the Asparagus and was happy. Our friends had the NY steak and the grilled salmon, the steak was rare as ordered and the salmon was tender and moist. I ordered the Pollo Asado and we are still asking about the crouton it was served on. We ended up calling it a soggy hunk of bread, nothing crouton-like about it. A creamy polenta would have been a better foil for the chicken and it’s tasty au jus. The place is very noisy and over-lit. This is not FEAST, but good enough. Will we return? For that much money, I don’t think so. There are better restaurant within a few miles or minutes.
