We arrived early for our 7.00pm dinner booking to see two staff (?) leaving and locking the premises. We showed one our dinner reservation. He became quite hostile and said we should have had an email from the venue to say it had closed due to a staff member contracting COVID. We received no such email or text. We had walked 2km to get to the restaurant and than had to walk back.
