Very disappointed with the food and service. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The hamburger was also overcooked and dry. The pizzas were great. The server was not attentive. Also only a limited menu was available Sunday.

Beautiful setting and the food was great. We were looking for a place for dinner around Willcox and loved everything about how Tirrito sounded. The location is remote and stunning. We didn't get a tour of the grounds as we arrived around dusk. They had live music on the patio and a lot of seating for the brewery. Our service was good and staff was nice. We loved the beer and they had a great selection of styles! The food was good, too. My only complaint was that the limited menu was a little lackluster for the price. What they had was creative, but it felt like most of the options were heavy American food in a quasi-fine dining environment.

Unfortunately, our expectations fell short with this dinner. Even though many tables were empty, the service was slow and some requests were never filled. The description of salads and entrees was not accurate. The garden salad came with feta cheese - not on the menu. We had to send back 3 salads and wait even longer. My entree, the mahi mahi, was supposed to come with a fresh vegetable. There was no vegetable. The mashed potatoes were so runny, they ran into the fish (which fortunately, was tasty). My friend ordered the Birria Tacos. When the waitress took her order I asked "what is Birria"? At that point she said, "Oh, we're out of goat, so it will be made with beef". My friend does not eat beef. She was never told about this substitution. If I hadn't asked what Birria was, she would have been served a meal she couldn't eat. The menu listed bread would be served with our meals. I had to ask the waitress about the bread. She brought it midway into our meal. It looked and tasted like half burnt/half raw pizza dough. When I asked for butter she informed us the kitchen did not have any butter! Really?? (They also did not have limes or regular sugar for the iced teas). My friend went into the Brewery to get packets of sugar for our table. The waitress apologized multiple times during our meal that she was new and most of the staff was also new. I understand when that happens. I worked as a waitress for many years. I blame this on the management which obviously did not train their wait staff appropriately. The waitress did the best she could with all of these obstacles. This was supposed to be a lovely dining experience to celebrate my birthday. If not for the company and great weather, it would not have been a good experience. As locals, we were all so excited to have a place to eat good quality, home grown, food. I hope this review gives the owners some incentive to make Tirrito Farms better.

Food cold when it arrived. After an hour wait, we were told they didn’t have the rice that went with the tacos. I would’ve ordered something else. Staff was not friendly. Maybe something was going on. Won’t go back, ostentatious!!!’

thought i was having roasted turkey breast. seems like it was turkey loaf cut on the number 4 lunch meat machine. nothing seemed fresh— con-agra canned. no items highlighting a dairy farm. another patron asked to have their pie heated and was told there was no microwave. the cranberry sauce came out of a can and still had the can lines on it. the chef is a mess. could have gone to pintrest for 1/2 an hour and figured out holiday presentation. everyone had to beg for more gravy because about a table spoon was only on the mashed potato’s. no gravy on turkey, really? gravy is the highlight of every thanks giving. even the marble hard rolls with no butter, when you all make fabulous focaccia bread. i saw potential in the place being a local , but always something wrong with the food. sorry Mrs. T you just need to kick some boot. won’t return even though the beer rocks. i mean headcheese ramon, really? why not source fresh local tucson farmers market. and pies tasted like they came from safeway. sorry, i want it to be great. im calling gordon ramsey.

Dinner was terrible, the food was awful and the waitress didn't even double check that our side requests were accurate. Would not recommend this place unless the kitchen gets a new chef and the staff have some better training. The atmosphere has a ton of potential.

The property is new and beautiful, we were looking forward to find a nice place to eat at Willcox. But they didn't have basically anything from the menu! They were out of pizzas, fries, etc. If you are having an extensive menu, make sure you have the options available. We ended up ordering the battered onion rings and they had no flavor at all, very disappointed. Beers were good and they have a list of local wines.

Sadly, this place needs to go back to the drawing board. The food was horrible and the staff was untrained. They’ve clearly put a lot of money into the facility, but it felt cold and sterile. Like some Scottsdale architect came down and built scottsdale. Not a single nod to the amazing local history and flavor other than marketing local wines. Ugh!

Very underwhelming experience: - our reservation was at 1 PM and several menu items were not available, including wings, either taco dish, or the Trash Can fries. - “The Caprese Salad” was a bowl of lettuce with some mozzarella mixed in and a very few cherry tomatoes. - No soft drinks or anything for the DD except water and black tea. Bring your own sweetener. - The wait staff was attentive and friendly. - stopped at the restroom on the way out and the stall door wasn’t attached to the wall and fell over when I tried to shut it, narrowly missing me. The manager apologized but no offer to comp me anything. This was a close call and I’m sure is an OSHA violation. - Drove from Tucson for this, not at all worth it.

Everything about my visit was Amazing. The food was the best I've eaten in Southern Colorado. My server Tucker was knowledgeable of all the food beer and wine available at the restaurant. I met the chef who was cordial and was interested in what we thought. When though it is over an hour drive I will eat there at least monthly. Great!

The newly opened Tirrito Farms has some kinks to work out. The menu is set with no flexibility from the chef. My husband asked for a plain cheeseburger slider without all the fancy toppings. The waitress said the sliders come the way the chef prepares it. Dessert-the one and only dessert on the menu was ice cream was not available due to machine being broken. The setting and farm itself is beautiful! I will give them time to make changes and will go again. I truly believe next time they will hit it out of the ballpark.

We visited the Farm for a couple of nights (check out Airbnb for info) and ate at their restaurant which featured their microbrewery and local wine. Menu featured a variety of unique options and many ingredients locally sourced from farm and others in the area. Casual environment which is what we loved post wine tasting around the area. Bar area is set up with comfy stools and other tables. Outdoor seating is an option for both areas. Service was wonderful and we all made friends. We will be back.
