    Had a great experience here. The customer service was excellent—the waitress was polite, attentive, and very helpful. The place was quiet and clean, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The bombones de queso were spectacular. We ordered mofongo de churrasco in salsa criolla, which looked great but could’ve used a bit more flavor. It would’ve been nice to have some mayo ketchup on the side. I had El Típico, which included mofongo, mamposteao, churrasco, sweet plantains, avocado, and spicy crab. The mamposteao was a little salty for me, and I think shrimp would’ve worked better than the spicy crab, though that’s just my preference. The risotto de mamposteao was delicious. We also tried limonada de melón, mango, and parcha—all were refreshing. The acerola version wasn’t my favorite. For dessert, the warm brownies with vanilla ice cream were good, but the edges of the brownie were a bit too hard. Overall, it was a very nice visit and I’d definitely come back.

    Fuimos a cenar a Típico para el Día de las Madres. El servicio y el trato fue excelente y nuestro mesero que ni se diga. Cuando el mesero se acuerda de todo sin apuntar + hace a la mesa sentirse en casa, I mean come on! La comida estuvo riquísima y tenían musica imstrumental de fondo para un ambiente acogedor. Me sorprendió este local y tan pronto probe mi plato (pedí El Típico) le dije a mi esposa que tenemos que volver. Los precios los encontramos razonables y consonos con la experiencia en general. Gracias por todo!

    Me encantó, aunque fui lunes, eras los únicos en el local, la experiencia fue muy buena. La comida deliciosa, el café exquisito, los aperitivos, todo. Recomemdado!

    Raúl took care of us and made us feel at home. Place is well decorated and clean. Food is excellent except for a little too much salt for my taste. Truly liked the place. I will go back.

    Overpriced. Cold Food. 2 hours on the table from the order to the check. Good presentation, just for pictures. Not the taste expected for the price.

    El mejor “mofongo crocante” que hemos probado! Nuestra primer vez en el restaurante y ya queremos regresar.

    Es la segunda vez que los visito. Quise darles una segunda oportunidad. El risotto parmesana estaba aguado y con pedazos de queso fríos sin derretir. Los raviolis rellenos apenas cinco raviolis, que por el precio es un descaro. El osobuco de de cerdo era un pedazo de pernil sin sabor. El risotto de churrasco y amarillo 2 de 5 en rating. El único plato que valió la pena fue la pechuga rellena (4 de 5 en rating). Por otra parte, demasiado lentos para mi gusto. Mesas que llegaron después de nosotros recibieron sus comidas primero… Lamentablemente no vuelvo. El total del ticket fueron $240 y apenas éramos 4 personas. NO lo recomiendo… está “overrated”.
