It's such a quaint, welcoming place with comfortable seating. You can sit in the front and get lots of natural light, or sit in the back by the fireplace - both equally nice. Food is delicious and good portions, nice music (perhaps a tad too loud) and service is fantastic. Will return again, and again....
Went to broadway play, Jersey Boys n went all the way down town to Tiny’s , $20 cab ride but $5.50 going back to Grand Central on subway. Well worth it. Everything was great and the place is TINY but food and service was BIG time
Slowest experience I have ever had in Tribeca. Sat at 5:30 - ordered couple apps and entrees - we were not out of restaurant until 7:45pm. Everything literally took forever. Food good though
Outstanding food/ ambiance and service. One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back!!!
Super cute and cozy!
My wife and I have been dining at Tiny’s for 6 years and we did not expect a pre-fix menu as nothing was said on Open Table about a pre-fix menu.
The pre-fix menu did not have what we wanted order and as local residents this was a disappointment from the experience we’ve had at Tiny’s in the past and it’s frustrating that this was not communicated better
Make sure you try the homemade tater tots!
I’ve been here before and had better experience
I would try again but this evening was simply average
We weren’t told there would be a Christmas menu, so we were a bit disappointed with our limited options. It was so dark Inside we could barely read the menu! But overall the food was good.
Sat next to dishwasher and cash till the worst table in the place
Told I couldn’t have my steak cooked how I wanted it so had to opt for another dish which I didn’t really want
Staff friendly enough and service ok but for the price I cannot recommend
Much better options in Manhattan to eat
Came to Tiny’s for Christmas Day brunch. Was overall very disappointed with our experience...food and service were extremely poor and the menu is OVERPRICED. Ambiance was only redeeming quality here. Would not recommend to anyone!
Amazing experience, great decor, great service. The staff was extremely friendly. Cocktails and food was yummy. Can’t wait to be back.
We went for family Christmas Eve dinner and it was perfect. Great food ,nice ambiance and intimate enough to allow conversation.
Very pleased with the service as well.
Cozy place and great food! We loved it!
There’s a minimum of light that is needed to see and enjoy a meal. The place was near pitch black. We saw our server once to take the order. We had to hail down the hostess to find our server for the check.
The food was so-so.
Great food and atmosphere!
Food has dropped so far in standard and up in price. Very disappointed
Such a cute, cozy restaurant in the heart of Tribeca. The food is incredible (especially loved the kale salad, burrata and meatballs). The service was also amazing. Great date spot and also perfect for a festive get together with friends.
Had one good experience prior to this most recent time. This time, took waitress over 15 minutes to check on us after we sat. Ordered turkey chili and it came out as soup. Was shocked to hear that it was in fact chili, despite the fact it had a soup consistency. Also had bones in it, which is dangerous in a soup. Drinks were not brought in a timely manner. Just an overall poor experience.
Lovely dining space, good cocktails and apps, entree was ok, service efficient.
This was very disappointing. The noise level was so loud we could barely hear each other speak. There were a couple large groups that were celebrating. One of the entrees was so bad that they took it off our bill. I would only come here again if I could reserve a table downstairs and perhaps at an off hour.
Underwhelming $17 drinks. Seventeen dollars. For drinks no different than at any other decent restaurant. It’s offensive.
My steak was cooked perfectly, with few bland roasted potatoes halves plopped onto a creme fraiche and onion goo.
My girlfriend’s sweet potato gnocchi though? Disgusting. The texture was somewhere between too firm and f’ing hard.
Loved our lunch here. They seemed stretched a little thin and it took some time for us to place our order but everything was great when it arrived. Probably wouldnt come back for a quick lunch but would love to spend some time on the weekend for brunch
Had our company holiday lunch here. Overall great experience at Tiny’s. The staff were friendly, however, drinks were slow getting to the table. Some were forgot and we had to communicate to the staff again. Food was excellent.
Great food and the people at the door when checking in were Terrific! but they are very lazy and unaccountable when it came to managing our table in the upstairs bit. They were busy but the one waiter in particular was in no rush to get our bill printed which made me late for my next meeting.
It’s a shame about that waiter because it sullied an otherwise great meal.
The food was amazing but we checked in and were told it would just be a few minutes and they would come get us at the bar. When after 20-30 minutes we were still waiting we asked how much longer only to find out they gave away our table. They then seated us right away and the hostess bought our round of drinks, which was the right thing to do under the circumstances, but it should not have happened and had we not checked who knows how long we would have been waiting.
I've had many meals there, mostly dinners with a lunch and one breakfast. All were outstanding dishes until this night. My gnocchi was dense and either not fresh or overcooked. My friends risotto was okay while another friend loved his rack of lamb. Service is good and place is great. Will still give it another dinner try as the place has served great meals in the past.
The service was aggressively bad. Our server was both inattentive and generally rude. My wife and I have been to Tiny's many times since it opened, so this was a truly disappointing experience.
20% fewer people. Less air conditioning. More bathrooms. More tots. Find the earring. Bump that trap music louder.
Great atmosphere both upstairs and downstairs. A little crowded around the bar, but still a great experience. We all loved the backroom downstairs, very dark and cozy, and the fireplace provided a good warmth and ambience to the whole experience. Food was good, wine was better. Don't miss the KitKat dessert though! Service was also very-good, not overbearing, nor pushy in any way.
Tiny's is charming and friendly. Although I have only eaten there at Thanksgiving (it has become a tradition for us) I have found it to be a wonderful experience.
Excellent Thanksgiving meal!
I had dinner at Tiny’s on Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was so warm and friendly.
Food was delicious but not sharing size. Very dim lit, noisy, crowded fast & only 1 unisex restroom. Wonderful dessert and dessert drink menu, app menu and entree menus so def something for every palate.
We made reservations for 8:15PM and came in a half hour early. We got seated right away. It became quickly crowded. So we where lucky to get the table before actual reservation time. Nice ambiance, friendly service. It's a little dark inside, makes it difficult to read the menu and to see what's on your plate. The place is very cozy and atmospheric. We had sweet potato gnocchi and the brussels sprouts. It was delicious.
Every dish was prepared beautifully and delicious. Service is excellent. Highly recommend!
My reservation request to sit in the main dining room was not honored. We sat at the front of the restaurants were people are in and out, including delivery guys wearing their helmets and box-shaped backpacks were picking up food. The food was not memorable. Biscuits were good though. I could have another one of that but you can tell there’s a lot of butter in it.
Overall we felt a bit disappointed. One of the drinks for the table was forgotten and cocktails came out way after food. Some people were happy with food, some a bit disappointed. Service was also a bit grumpy and impersonal.
Extremely high marks for cocktails however - these are absolutely excellent.
Food was awesome and waitress was very attentive. Cool little spot in downtown Manhattan!
