Tiny Lou's - Hotel Clermont
Our new absolute fave. Duck consommé may be my favorite dish of the year.
Staff was wonderful. My girlfriend was given a hand written birthday card which she loved. Cocktails had fun names but did not wow me enough for a 5 star. The ambience is something from the elegant 40s via Casa Blanca wicker and tropical theme. Would come back again with a larger appetite.
Tiny Lou's was such a unique experience! Dave our waiter was so friendly and made the experience a lot of fun, it's a fancy restaurant but not stuffy at all.
The food is DELICIOUS! The portions are small (like most fancy places) but every bite is SO good.
We had to wait over an hour between appetizers and our entrees, which did not involve detailed cooking ... 3 steak frites and 1 steak tartare. When we mentioned the delay to our server, the entrees appeared very quickly ... even seems that the orders were "misplaced". We were comp'd the entrees, which was appreciated. Even given the delays we would definitely visit again, the food was good eventually.
Outstanding in every way, especially the service. Our server was knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the meal. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and two birthday cards were delivered to the table. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and arrived right after being plated. Wine list also is very good with excellent selections that don't break the bank. We'll be back. Our new favorite restaurant!
Having read many great reviews on this restaurant our anticipations of a great meal was disappointing. The service was slow and each entrée was very bland. Maybe it was an off night since it was a Sunday but this was not the restaurant that we expected to have just a mediocre meal.
Friends birthday dinner. The staff was amazing. They even gave her a birthday card signed by everyone. Great food. Great people.
My nephew (who is 4) ended up tagging along unexpectedly. They were super accommodating by making smaller meal for him.
The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries and the fromage brulee. Our entrees were very good as well.
The decor is super trendy which we liked.
Excellent service and outstanding brunch!
We will definitely be back.
We had to send a couple dishes back for being cold. They messed up the main dish and then had to wait for sides to come back out. There’s was nothing special about the food. I doubt I would go back.
The service was excellent, our waiter (shoutout to William!) was energetic and friendly, and make great food and wine recommendations throughout the evening. The atmosphere is lively and the food/drinks are top notch. Highly recommend for a date night or just a fun night out with friends.
Great spot. Tremendous food and service. Perfect for a date night
Our visit was as expected a sweet experience. The food was very good and the service was great. Thanks to all.
we had been wanting to try Tiny Lou's for some time, especially after it won Eater restaurant of the year in 2018. we had no problem getting a reservation on a Thursday night, and indeed there were sections not in use, which was surprising since the last time i looked at reservations i couldn't get one for several days at a time.
we originally were seated to at a table in the middle of the banquette, but when another party left the endcap of the banquette we slid over (apparently 2 other parties had done the same...it's a cozy little corner).
we started with cocktails (my wife loooved Big Trouble in Little Cynar, i enjoyed The Chosin Few but hers was hands down better) and the duck confit crepe, plus brioche bread service. we shared the whole roasted loup de mer, which was fantastic. we each had a glass of wine, and the server was very helpful to bring my wife a few different tastes. when he got caught up with another guest and didn't bring her wine in time for the main, he offered to comp dessert, which was nice. we had the Venezuelan chocolate mousse for dessert, and the presentation was really quite nice.
overall we had a very nice time. we both really enjoyed Carter's service, he was very personable and eager to make our experience great. we'll definitely go back.
Amazing dining experience. Food and service were a 10+.
We had six people for dinner and had appetizers and entrees that were all excellent. The loup de mere is very flavorful and the hamburger was delicious. We would highly recommend the brussel sprouts and the green salad we had. The restaurant is casual and intimate, like being in a home. The only items that disappointed us a bit were the desserts. We will definitely return.
We had the best time at Tiny Lou's. The service is unparalleled, the food is outstanding, and the experience overall is top notch. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better dining experience in Atlanta. 10/10 would Lou's again. Pro-tip: don't sleep on the dessert cart!
They're going for a retro Supper Club vibe, which is great. Food is amazing. I would recommend sitting on the side with windows. The desert cart is also worth your time.
It is a little on the pricey side, just say'n.
It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back.
When we arrived for dinner, David, our waiter handed us champagne to celebrate our anniversary and then continued a level of service that was both caring and maintained an easy relaxation. Our food came out hot and delicious, if a bit traditional. This is exactly the food that I would want at a restaurant that balances elevated dining with a whole lot of fun. The finishes and firniture in the room were thoughtful, artistic, high-end, and again lots of fun. I always say, if you’re going to do traditional French food (we had steak frites and oil-braised cod) make sure it’s damn full of flavor: our certainly was. Don’t miss the 30-later crepes cake! Tiny Lou’s is a grand piece of theatre: a step back in Time inside a very luxurious time machine, as well as a bold artistic statement for Atlanta’s future. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Definitely a cool place to go. The food was excellent. The wait staff was personable and accommodating. We'll be back. Brunch was delicious.
From start to finish it was just perfect. We got welcomed by Meg's beautiful smile and warm greeting at the host stand... then experienced a top notch service by Lucille who knew her menu and wine very well. Food was phenomenal. The GM, Nick stopped by multiple times to make sure we're having a great time. What. A. Gentleman.
Thank you team Tiny Lou's for a memorable night! I'll be back soon.
Great service and incredible food and drinks. Gorgeous atmosphere and they made our friend feel special for her birthday!
Everything was delicious. My only complaint was it was too dark in the restaurant. More light would be better
Really cool ambiance. Food was great. Ask server what it will be like.
Very impressed start to finish!
Service and food was exceptional. One of the most pleasant dining experiences we have ever had-
Second time at Tiny Lou’s, this was for brunch. Everything was amazing. Our server was the best, the food was delicious. Can’t wait to visit again!
It was a friend’s birthday and we loved everything about it. They did acknowledge his birthday but other than that nothing which is fine, but it did surprise me a little. Totally not a requirement but would have been a nice touch.
Well, I understand why the restaurant gets mixed reviews. Four of us who go out frequently, after each having the featured salad (wonderful!) had four different entrees.: 2 A's, a C, and an F. Anyhow, loved the vibe and will go again.
The food was exceptional, both fish and meat. The vegetable sides were on par with the main protein dishes. The fois grass tourchon was also great. The only issue was that the desserts were good, but not as good as the main courses. The ambiance added to the overall experience. Will definitely go again.
I came in for my Birthday.
Service was outstanding. Slight miss on the black cod, as it was soooo salty.
Dinner for 8. Excellent food served with panache and aplomb
Perfect! Staff was very welcoming and friendly!
The food and service were top notch. Then duck consume and scallop starters were delicious and the trout entree is the best trout I've ever had. Carter is an attentive and knowledgeable server. His wine pairing suggestions were spot on.
Second time here. Wonderful food, service etc. First time was my anniversary. Second time (within a month) was for a friends birthday. wonderful
Delectable food and excellent service. Highly recommend Tiny Lou for any occasion.
Always a pleasure to dine at Tiny Lou's. Staff go out of the way to ensure dietary needs, birthday wishes and comfort are all met.
Our waitress, Sonya, was amazing. Her entree and dessert recommendations were spot on as were her wine suggestions. We had a wonderful table for a romantic parents night out.
Sat night in ATL- rerouted 2 times and were late to our reser
