The menu wasn’t extensive, but it had a nice breadth of choices. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was excellent, wait staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

One of the best meals I've had lately. All of the dishes our party had were perfectly prepared. My only complaint is that parts of the restaurant are very dark - it is difficult to read the menu!

The occasion was my 50th birthday, and everything was excellent! Our server, William, chose our dishes, and we could not have been more pleased!

Overpriced for quality of food. The gnocchi, Parisian style, was very disappointing. A lot better places to spend your money in Atlanta

Waitress was not really attentive. I asked for the sauce on the side, but it was on my sandwich. My only choice was to have it redone while I was hungry and my companion had her meal or suck it up. I just ate it. Not worth the money.

Our party of 4 enjoyed the food and drinks. We were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event the night we visited, as that was the primary reason for our visit. Service was a bit of a disappointment. Not sure what the point of offering a dessert cart is if you're not allowed to order from it.

We dined at Tiny Lou’s on 10/11/19 to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. The meal was superb and the staff and service were equally wonderful. We had the beef broth, steak & frittes, lettuce salad (excellent!), red snapper, and fried Brussel sprouts (to die for!) We appreciated the Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff and the complementary desserts - even though we took them “to go.” Thanks, Tiny Lou’s - we will be back!

We had a great time at Tiny Lou’s! The service was excellent, ambience fun and the food was delicious! We had the steak frites and the trout and the Ruby for desert. Cocktails were also great - the Belafonte and Canned Heat are both good worth checking out!

We heard the local buzz about Tiny Lou's, and never having been to The Clermont back in its seedier days decided we had to give it a try. First of all, the hotel has been refurbished, remodeled and reclaimed from near demolition and turned into a boutique hotel with a really laid-back vibe.

You walk into the hotel lobby at street level and go down an elegant, brass railed staircase to the restaurant and hostess area. That was the first amusement. Going down to the restaurant combined with the staircase gave it a properly vintage, and possibly a nautical, or, train-car feeling. Some of the decor added to that, with little draperies covering the wall sconces, warm lighting, a few plants around, the waiters in white jackets, metal banded tables... all treats for the eyes. While waiting for the hostess to seat us, we were graced with the famous Blondie as she descended the stairs, just having finished a shift of dancing.

Before I get to the food, I have to tell you that you MUST go to the loo for that sensory-overload experience. The hallway to the bathrooms is an extraordinary black and white, super huge print of peaches, wallpaper. Then, bam! The bathrooms are unisex have the same paper in vivid color on all the walls. It was quite something.

The restaurant is billed as "French," but I would say it's "French-ish." The unusual menu is a cross between bistro fare and tapas. We went the tapas route and shared each of 3 courses and dessert, starting with a salad, a poached egg dish that 'looked' French but was too plentiful to be properly French and a wonderful steak tartare--the best of the 3 dishes. All in all, the food was good, not great, but was filling, and rea$onable. My only negative comment was that all of it was much too salty. For dessert, we had the layered crepe cake which was huge, definitely enough for 2 or more, and though we DID finish it, wished it had more crème Anglaise.

We will definitely return.

I specifically asked our server if the salad could be lightly dressed or dressing on the side. She said it would definitely be lightly dressed but it came with too much dressing. Our waitress never came to check on us once our dishes were served and we were going to a show so we had time constraints and we told our server this when we sat down. By the time she came by, I had already eaten some of the salad because I was hungry and didn't have time to get a new one. The waitress said, "Why didn't you tell me?". I felt like saying "Why didn't you come check on our table?" We sat at 6pm so the restaurant was not full at this hour so she was not overly busy. I felt she should have said, I'll take it off the bill or something but I didn't even get an apology. My scallops were very salty. The white wine by the glass was room temperature, not chilled. We asked for the check and said we'll skip dessert because we had to get to the theater and she proceeded to take forever to come get our credit cards after she dropped the check despite us saying our concern on the time. We ended up calling over another server and asking her to take the credit cards. We had asked the server to give our tickets to the valet, when we got out to the valet- cars weren't ready either. No surprise!

Waiter was so nice and friendly and engaging, but the actual service was very disorganized. We had to ask for things like our soup spoons, drinks, etc throughout the meal. No one checked on us after the meal was served to see if we needed anything, so we were flagging people down for random requests. A few items were comped, which we appreciated.

Main courses were good, but we all agreed the onion soup ($10/bowl) had way to many crunchy onions and not enough flavor. And we all love onion soup.

Overall, disappointed because we had a great first visit there a few months ago—we brought guests with us this time because we had been telling them they needed to check it out. Everyone left underwhelmed.

Great time. Food great and the atmosphere was amazing. Drinks a little overpriced and not the best for the price. But the waitress and staff where all friendly. Best to park at pounce city market and make the 5min walk instead of the long wait for valet parking. Also after eating head up to the roof. Great view and if you’ve eaten at the restaurant you can go straight up without waiting.
