Tiny Lou's - Hotel Clermont
Dog art and ocean paintings not good, need to replace with contemporary art I am an art dealer and those paintings don’t make sense, one behind host station makes sense. 🌈😇🎂
Loved the place! Beautiful decor, and quite place to dine (considering the location). Service was great, as well. Maddy (our server) was beyond knowledgeable about the menu, and was very courteous with her recommendations and pairings. We definitely came here for the entrees, and left very pleased.
Excellent choice to celebrate my husbands birthday. Great rooftop too.
There were six of us. In general everyone was pleased with their dishes. No one was blown away, but no one was upset either. I loved my choices (squid ink capellini, and rabbit) but my husband said his was so-so (grilled Octopus, and steak frites) It was too dark for us (all seniors) and a bit noisy, but our server David was the best! His wine recommendation was excellent! Kudos to David for being attentive without being patronizing or condescending to a table of oldies. I wish more servers were like him.
We had a delightful brunch at Tiny Lou's. Bloody Mary's were excellent. We were disappointed that the highly acclaimed cinnamon buns were already sold out but the cheese toast was excellent. Service was slow in a half filled restaurant but we were not in a hurry so it did not matter. The Croque Madam was very good as was the Pork Schnitzel. We were not offered desert and the birthday we were celebrating was not acknowledged by the staff which seemed odd. It did not discourage us from wanting to come back and try more of the menu.
Wonderful food and we loved our waitress!! Precious place!! Highly recommend!!
We went for our anniversary dinner and Tiny Lou's made it very special! The service and food were outstanding! I can't wait to go back!
5 star. Love this restaurant!!!
Overall, great experience!!
Our waitress was super kind i forget her name but they were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and let us take our time.
The food was overall very good.
- duck consumme
- fouie gras (luck freaking butter)
- bread service surprisingly amazing
- rabbit, super underrated - tender and delicious
- hamachi - meh, i wish the avocado was cream not frozen
- gnocchi - bland
Only negatives was the atmosphere, place seemed a little outdated and less swanky than the bar and rooftop
Great twist on American and French food. Great wine list and amazing staff
. Great service but ok food. Cold food which was brought back without any poor attitude and opportunity to try something else. Excellent French onion soup. Campy atmosphere and great roof top bar.
Quite honestly I honestly not sure that I would. My past experiences have been exceptional well attention from host and server. Not this time. My dishwasher is really not what was described on the menu either. First off notes place in open table reservations were not acknowledged once stated being celebrating a friends birthday and having dietary restrictions at the table . Secondly one of us made a very common request for a cocktail and it was never delivered . I ordered the omelette on brunch menu and it was basically scrambled eggs with a few vegetables on top and had to request a specific vegetables I received. I requested the dish with out cheese which should have alerted the server I am may have an intolerance for dairy but she put the onus back on me and told me next time to tell her specifically. I requested the dish with out cheese which should have alerted the server I am may have an intolerance for dairy but she put the onus back on me and told me next time to tell her specifically I Can’t eat dairy she told me she assumed I didn’t like cheese but didn’t inquire if I had any allergies or a dairy intolerance.
Another delicious visit at Tiny Lou's! We had been for dinner before, but not to brunch - and Tiny Lou's did not disappoint. We started with the delicious cinnamon roll as an appetizer - one was definitely enough for our party of 4 to sample it - and a mug of their French press coffee. Our party sampled several of the adult brunch beverages, including a tasty mimosa and a bloody Mary, but by far my favorite was the "Medicine for Melancholy," which was crisp, bright, and tasty. We tried four different brunch entrees among us -- the decadent Duck Confit waffles, the savory Chicken and Biscuit, and the surprisingly light Pork Schnitzel were all divine. However, it was the Croque Madame, complete with a perfectly-poached egg on top, that took the cake for our favorite item. Overall, another great meal at Tiny Lou's and with a relaxing ambiance (particularly for weekend brunch in Atlanta). The complimentary valet parking doesn't hurt, too! Highly recommend.
Tiny Lou's and staff made my group feel so welcomed for my "Fancy Bachelorette." We were a little rowdy, as most groups of women are, but Dave was wonderful and took very good care of us. The food was to die for, as always!! I love coming the Clermont hotel for any and all occasions. If you haven't been yet, run don't walk!!
Funky little French bistro that has a good wine list and excellent steak frites. Great service and good value.
Fantastic food. Good service. Great place for a hot date.
We had heard all the great reviews. We also had lived in Atlanta for near three decades and moved up to the country outside of Atlanta. So we decided to take a night and do a local staycation at the remodeled Hotel Clermont. Which of course led us to Tiny Lou’s. Every aspect was perfect. Our waiter was extraordinary and a hoot to talk to. The food was absolutely crazy good. The rabbit cassoulet that I had I think it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. Hats off to other staff for giving me that bit of insider information in terms of what to order!
The view from the rooftop bar was Atlanta at it's best.
Service was excellent in the restaurant and the food was above average.
Big egos from the people working at the bar/strip club downstairs. Go once for the experience
of seeing a beautiful view of ATL and old lady strippers.
Such a fun setting and scenery!!
The food was phenomenal! Our wait staff was a bit distracted. But overall it was a great experience. I’d recommend to have a better and more efficient Parking solution. We had 8 people in our party and having 6 receipts to show valet folks are a bit much.
There were four of us, everything we ordered was outstanding! Including the bread service.
From the moment we sat down the customer service was excellent
Cudos to the chef each dish was meticulously present and flavors were perfect
Our waiter Forest was charming & very knowable of all offerings
The hospitality at Tiny Lou's was exceptional, with multiple team
Just a wonderful place to dine with friends, family or a special someone. We had Forest as our server and he was super fun. And that's what I love about this place...they take their food and cocktails seriously but the staff is fun and beyond knowledgeable. This was my third visit and we will return. Oh they also switch up the menu to keep things fresh seasonally which is why I like to dine here...always something new. Have a cocktail in the lobby bar or roof and then hang out with Forest and the rest of the team for a wonderful meal...leave room for desert!
We had a terrific meal at Tiny Lou's with professional service from Kale (yes, like the vegetable). After we ordered our entrees we asked Kale for help with picking out a bottle of wine that would compliment our meals (roasted chicken & rabbit cassoulet). She asked a few questions of what we liked and then asked if she could pick out some options for us to consider. She brought back three bottles and described each and their differences. The one she helped us choose was perfect! We both enjoyed every aspect of our experience at Tiny Lou's.
Our brunch was delicious and the service was fantastic. A hidden gem.
Had a magical dinner at Tiny Lou's on Saturday. Our server, William, was beyond incredible. He hand selected our menu and catered to our tastes but also added in a few surprises. His knowledge of flavors and wine pairings was top notch! Will definitely be back soon!
Lots to love about this restaurant. The staff was very nice. The food was very good. Our few issues were that the restaurant was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. Also the valet was particularly unorganized and we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get our car.
Wow! We were blown away by this cute restaurant in the bottom level of the Clermont Hotel. We made sure to get an accurate representation of the food by starting with bread service and the octopus nicoise. We then got the Trout with pommes frites and the peach salad! The only complaint my friend had on the salad was that it was EXTREMELY vinegary, but I love vinegar 😋 The grounds for divorce cocktail was very good and so was the wine selection. We did not drink much here because we knew we wanted to have a couple drinks on the rooftop after dinner.
I can't say yum enough about this place. Excellent staff, great interior design.
We thoroughly enjoyed taking our family to dine at Tiny Lou’s. The food was delicious for most but my rabbit wasn’t as good as the last time. Lacked flavor and the beans were too hard. Regardless our server was pleasant and we had a lovely time. We will return.
Everything was delicious and the service was great! Can’t wait to come back.
Pork Schnitzel and Cinnamon roll! You'll thank me later. SOOOOOOO FREAKINGGGG DELICIOUS!!!!
We were seated at the time of our reservation even though two members of our party were stuck in traffic. The staff was accommodating and understanding of our situation. The food was fantastic and our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. We were celebrating our son’s graduation and Tiny Lou’s made it that much more special.
Rooftop after dinner was lovely but very crowded! We think TLHC is the best eats in the Midtown area!
Fantastic food! Fantastic service (ask for William)!
Excellent innovate cuisine, from a James Beard award nominee. French food, but presented in a non traditional way. Classic decor completes the experience. A+++++
Service and dinner were excellent. I loved my sea bass, skin was cooked to perfection. They had a beautiful wine list and interesting cocktails. The squid ink appetizer was amazing!
Cocktails on the roof at sunset followed by the most delicious, chocolate-dusted fois gras, steak frites, fine wine, and impeccable service—what more could a birthday girl want? (p.s. The card hand-signed by the staff was a lovely touch)
I have been twice and both time the level of service has been 5 Star. Our server was well versed in the food, describing and answering our questions as if she were the Chef. She recommended wine pairings that proved to be spot on. The passion and knowledge she possessed about food an wine was contagious. The thing is I could have written the same review about the server I had previously. I will be back soon and have the highest confidence my experience will be the same - absolutely perfect. I hesitate to write this because I want to keep this as my neighborhood secret.
