Tiny Bar is a 15-seat bar and restaurant that delivers big flavours in a cosy, intimate setting. As Brunswick East locals who both originate from Tasmania, Zac Shearer and Jamila Fontana have created a menu and drinks list that focuses on the things they love.

Zac is the son of a fisherman and Jamila grew up in a family of Italian restaurateurs, and both have a strong influence on this tiny space. Think European leaning, umami-packed plates, plenty of seafood and Italian inspired cocktails. The wine list changes frequently and focuses on Victorian and Tasmania producers, as well as winemaker friends.

Zac has worked in some of Melbourne and Hobart's most loved kitchens and takes weekly trips to the Preston Markets to design a menu that is all about fresh, great quality ingredients.

We’re closing for a little break — but not before a midday send-off. This Saturday, 12–3pm, book in for a one-hour sitting featuring: Truffle-infused free range egg omelette with Bruny Island C2, fresh baguette, and a glass of Parley “Diamond Dreams” Fumé Blanc. Rich, cheesy, and perfectly over the top — it’s brunch, Tiny Bar-style. $35 per person Come celebrate the end of a big six months (and the last of our truffles). No dietary's - Its eggs, truffles, cheese, bread and wine only!!! Normal "Tiny Bar" service from 5pm

OMG this is my new favourite local everything, perfect for a drink, a nibble or a full delicious meal - and yes much tinier than you are expecting. Cosy, friendly, feels like you are at your mates (but Zach and Josh cook better) thanks!
