About Tin Roof Bistro
After soaking in the TRB’s Santa Barbara mission architecture, you’ll enter and be greeted by a triple arched Brunswick mahogany bar. Large bowls of colorful citrus for making cocktails sit atop a twenty-foot long bar perfect for grabbing a glass of wine or a bite to eat. As you explore further towards the display kitchen, you enter our lounge, also referred to as the wine library. Knotted wood shelves display our wines, divided up by wine region. Windows surround the North side of the dining room, allowing our guests to gaze out onto the fountain in our courtyard. I describe the décor as thoughtful and collective, creating little vignettes for dining areas. We offer two separate outdoor dining experiences: our courtyard with full service and our front porch great for appetizers, drinks and lounging.

Tin Roof Bistro Ratings and Reviews
Great place for good food, family friendly, good outdoor dining and private room to rent for special events. For the most part, consistently great food and service but I was really disappointed with the service during our most recent dining experience. Hoping this doesn’t become a regular occurrence.
The service at Tin Roof gets better every time we go. Had one of the absolute *best* experiences on our last visit. I love this place. Parking absolutely sucks. Allow 15 minutes to find a parking spot. The mall apparently thought it was a good idea to do construction during the holidays and block off hundreds of parking spots.
Anyway, get the Brussels Spouts. Just do it. And, order the pizza. Don't argue with me, just do it. You can thank me later.
The app Brussel Sprouts are delicious. Salads are good. Short ribs were very good as was the fish & chips ( from a previous visit) . I should have ordered the fish & chips this time. I would not recommend the Halibut. It was a good piece of fish but way TOO salty. So bad I sent it back and asked for just a dry piece of halibut. They must marinate it overnight in salt water or something. Came back - lets just say only a bit less salty. Thumbs down on that item. Everything else was very good.
My girlfriends and I decided to have dinner at Tin Roof Bistro to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 4:45 and 30 minutes later we were asked if we wanted drinks. At the time they brought us drinks, we ordered our food. One of the plates was wrong and they didn't bring the dressing for the fries. No one came back for 30 more minutes and when they finally did, we told them of the wrong order and again I asked for the dressing. They finally brought my friends salad at which time she told them to wrap it to go because 2 of us had already eaten. I asked for the dressing a this time and they never brought it. I finally asked for a to go box and they brought the dressing to go. I'm not one to complain but they were very very understaffed for the amount of people in the restaurant. I shouldn't have to ask for something 3 times ever. I definitely think they need to hire more servers. I have eaten there a few times now and even hosted a luncheon there a couple of weeks ago and at that time the service was great!
We ate here for Thanksgiving dinner in 2017 & the food was delicious. Our reservation was for 4:15 pm and we arrived a little early - a little after 4 - and they still seated us right away. The waitress was a sweetheart & the service was very good. There was a fixed menu with several choices & we had the turkey breast. The acoustics are not great & it gets pretty noisy in the restaurant plus we were seated near the kitchen so we also had that noise. Didn't bother us enough not to go there again. I noticed this restaurant is given two $$ for cost & I'd give it three.
Great service from Sean! And Samira!!! Super friendly, great food and amazing service. Spinach dip and the “fig & pig” are to die for as well as the firecracker shrimp! Have been several times on dates with my now fiancé, with friends and family as well... this was one of the most memorable times! Definitely returning, and definitely recommending...
Food was really delicious. Only complaint was the waiter failed to mention a the special ordered was actually meant for two and priced as such, so twice as much or more than other entrees. Surprised when the bill came and that is never good business. Other than bad service, the food was truly great! Just beware of specials and make sure your wait staff clarifies all aspects of the special!!! :)
