Food was excellence - good menu
Our favorite go to restaurant. Consistently good food and service.
I have been to the Tin Roof Bistro
It has always been extremely excellent
Never a long wait with Open table
The manager Aaron Garisek is always friendly and personable
I can't wait for my next visit
Always a great time but this time we could barely order appetizers and the waitress was on us to order dinner. We all felt very rushed. It was not that busy on a Monday before Thanksgiving. Trying to catch up with old friends.
The outside area makes you relax... it is gorgeous! And the food and staff are outstanding.
Great dinner, our server was very warm and friendly. The food and atmosphere were very good.
The brunch was delicious and our wait staff were excellent.
Tin Roof is like home to us whether we are dining as a couple, with friends or with lots of family members. The menu allows us to graze or enjoy a full on meal. We know that everything we order will be well prepared and nicely served. Libations add a fine selection of brews, cocktails and fine wines. The staff is welcoming and skilled.
Most of all, we thank Aaron and Lauren and all of the staff for the marvelous birthday party they put together in the back room....Lovely Tuscan dinner served family style preceeded by a generous mediterranean hors d'oeuvres buffet and passed pizza. Many of our guests braved the rain and traveled from other areas. They were amazed and delighted by the event as were we.
Tin Roof had the cutest table set up outdoors for our date night near the water fountain! The service was really good and the food was tasty. I had a glass of the Sextant wine and it was delicious
Food was delicious!! The outdoor patio is very cozy and the ambiance was very nice 😀
We made a reservation for 6:00 at an inside table a week ahead of time. We arrived at 5 min to six and checked in and was told a table was ready and they would come and get us in a few minutes so wait outside. After 13 minutes or so I went and checked on our table because no one came to get us. I was then told my party was already seated and they would take me to the table. I informed the hostess that my whole party was outside and no one came to
get us. She informed me that there was a miscommunication and someone else was seated at our table and they would get us a table shortly. Then someone came to seat us at a table outside when I informed them we had a reservation for inside. It took another 5 minutes to get to our table. So our 6:00 reservation turned into a 6:20 reservation.
So ok not a big deal. We were seated and got drinks and appetizers right away. However the entree took a long time to come out. The food was ok. Our Salmon and pizza were both under cooked. Just ate it because we were hungry and had no idea how long it would take if we sent it back. The overall experience was ok but I don’t think we will go back on a Friday or Saturday due to the fact they seemed too busy and not able to handle the rush. The noise level was loud.
Always love the food and excellent customer!
Way too noisy and too expensive for the quality of food. Food is ok, but they are charging for superior.
Superb local spot!!
The outdoor atmosphere with all the lights (and heaters!) is my favorite in the area. Add that to the food and service and you can't go wrong.
We arrived early because parking is always a bit of a challenge and it indeed was again. Our table was ready at 7:35 which was fine given the place was very busy as usual. Food and service were good, took a little longer to get drinks from the bar but not excessively. The background noise was up a bit initially but it tapered off as the evening progressed. This is still one of my favorite places in the area.
Food and drinks are always wonderful here. Restaurant is popular and busy, so reservations are essential. Noise level is pretty high. Drinks service was extremely slow the Wednesday night we were there, but we were warned of this when we were seated. Our waiter was very attentive and apologized several times for the slow food and drinks. Will absolutely return!
Amazing dinner and service. Just VERY loud! I've been to many restaurants and for some reason, this has been the loudest to where it bothered me and my partner.
Unfortunately what I had was just ok but the green light drink and the hummus was absolutely fabulous.
Wonderful ambiance and food is delicious
Cute outdoor patio. Loved that there was a lot of shade. Food was amazing. Especially the short rib hash. My only complaint was that the live band playing on Sunday 2-3pm was wayyyyy too loud. We had elderly parents at brunch and they could barely hear over the music. We also had to yell to each other during the whole meal. It was quite annoying to deal with considering the nice ambience of the restaurant
My mom and her friends and I went to Tin Roof for Sunday brunch. The food, service and ambience were great! I was really happy to see a lot of menu options; you don't see that very often for brunch menus. Both lunch and breakfast-y options were available, as well as cocktails, wine, and beer. The heirloom tomato toast was excellent!
Brunch items needs some work. Eggs were undercooked on the Bemedict and seemed precooked on the tomato toast. Toast was soggy like it had been sitting. Eggs tasted like they had been sitting in a steamer. Disappointing. Dinner and lunch is always good. Hope they can work on the brunch items because the drinks are fun and great service.
Way too noisy, but food was good and service was the best.
Saturday night—the place was popping which made it a bit loud inside (no outside tables available when we arrived). Food was great—spare rib agnolotti and steak frites did not disappoint; the spicy tuna spring roll was a nice starter and the house salad was large enough to share. Thankful for the wine samples so my husband could try the wine before he ordered a full glass. Looking forward to the next visit…
My wife and I enjoyed our date night at Tin Roof. We absolutely love the service. Definitely, we’ll be back again.
One of my favorite restaurants in the South Bay. Scott was an excellent waiter, and the food was delicious. We sat outside in the beautiful patio area, and it felt like we were on vacation.
Attentive service. Tasty food. Great overall experience.
Lovely outdoor patio; well spaced and charming; friendly wait staff; generous portions; home-style food
This was the first time for dinner, had many lunches. The noise level was unbelievable. My friend and I had to talk uncomfortably loud to hear each other. Would not do dinner again, unless during the week is better.
Every dish from appetizer to dessert was great. The staff from the hostess to the waiter to the food runners were all very friendly and attentive. We were celebrating birthdays and could not have picked a better choice!
I had the short rib agnolotti tonight. It was tough, meaning the pasta not the filling was not done. I come here often. Usually a good meal. Maybe just an off night
Very crowded but food and drinks were very tasty
Food and drinks were great, service was excellent and the atmosphere was laid back. Plenty of menu options; we had burgers, pizza and pasta and all was eaten up! Will definitely go again.
Noise level was painful
The food, service, and ambience were all very lovely… I was not a big fan of my cocktail, but that is likely because I chose a drink too sweet to my liking. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a date night.
Good food, had to work to get attention for service, but when we got it, it was warm , welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The oysters on the half shell weren’t shucked well, so they were minced in places and lots of shell fragments. Taste was nice, but was like getting seeds from a watermelon. Servers were a bit rushed, so had to get re-do’s from misunderstanding.
Loved the food and the service. The wine was great too!!
