place to work and to meet friends for refreshing margaritas and delicious FlexMex cuisine. Soon after, other neighborhoods wanted their own Tin Lizzy’s. We are excited to bring our passion for hospitality and “friends serving friends” mission to new neighborhoods.
Was looking forma last minute place. Floor sears were uncomfortable. Food was ok but bland. Server was great
Tacos are good
Although last minute decision, (with the great experience) glad I did.
It was a nice trip as usual.
The crew was very accommodating to our group. The wait staff was amazing. Each dish that was ordered was very delicious and matched the description from the menu perfectly. You will be on our list of places to return.
we were celebrating a graduation and they were so accommodating! will be back
We were on time for our reservation, it took about 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged at the hostess stand, then we had to wait as no tables were available. After being seated it was another 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. After another 15-20 minutes of not seeing our server much less getting a drink of water we left. Horrible - Way under staffed obviously. Wont try again.
I was very disappointed in the food. We ordered three different kinds of tacos, beans, rice, and chips with queso. The food was bland and VERY salty. I won't go back.
The food was not up to its normal high standard. The executive taco meat tasted funny and I ended up with an upset stomach
Had to wait 20 minutes with reservation to be seated. Appeared not enough staff. Food was food once received.
Floors were dirty
Cold as a meat locker
Server was attentive
menus were dirty and had dried food on them
Atmosphere is nice, but didn’t find the food with any special unique flavor.
The chips were great. But I have never been to a Mexican style restaurant that charged for chips and salsa. The food was only ok.
A very poor overall dining experience. The tacos were mini in size, the chicken was very bland and the salad was nothing special. Unquestionably, will not return to Tin Lizzy’s. A real disappointment.
Food was very delicious. Service was excellent.
The waitress was pushy and got our order wrong.... then proceeded to tell us we were wrong and our order was what we ordered. I will not be returning
Totally unrelated to the food..... but the music playing at Tin Lizzy's seems to be chosen by whoever brought their iPod to work that day. The last several times I've been, they've been playing heavy metal music, which doesn't fit the tex-mex vibe at all. It's almost distracting.
Enjoyed the food very much! It was our first time going there. Only downside is we weren't offered any beverage refills.
We've always enjoyed the food. Many different tacos to choose from, just wish you didn't have to choose 3. My friend and I decided to go with the skillets this time. They were pretty tasty. I had grilled chicken, she had the steak. Husband and friend's husband had the 3 taco plate. It comes with no sides. They're an extra cost. Great drink menu with many choices of margaritas. Their salads are pretty good too, but large.
This place worked great for a networking event
Went for date night. Food was ok but felt rushed even though it wasn’t that busy. Really loud and they didn’t log my reservation through open table so I didn’t even get my point.
The food was great and so was the service. We received our food and check in a timely manner and our server kept our drinks filled for a our group of 9 during lunch.
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Tin Lizzy’s. We used Open Table for reservations on a Friday night and there was no wait. The food came quickly and was prepared as ordered. The service was excellent. We will be dining here often as we come to town to visit our daughter.
Good was only fair. It was a decent place but not one I’d put on a must try list.
Decent Mexican Restaurant, good for a lunch with friends
We had a large party, but we had 2 brand new servers. They were not prompt with getting our orders or getting our drinks out. One of the servers even got into an argument with one of my friends when he had not gotten his beer after 20 minutes. They had no idea who ordered what...calling out orders. I don't even think we were charged for everything. They didn't a check to one of my friends when he asked several times. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Ordered 3 tacos. The low country boil and the fish taco were good. The southern comfort
taco was so hot (spicy) I could not eat it. I've had that same taco before and it was okay,
but this time it was TERRIBLE! The heat appeared to be in the bbq sauce. I gave it to my
wife, who likes hot food more than I do, and she complained that it was too hot, also.
Our waiter was fabulous! Jordan at Greenville location
We've been there before and enjoyed it; however, we sat at a table and waited for over 20 minutes without even being greeted. We tried unsuccessfully to get a waiter's attention and finally left. No one ever came to our table after we were seated. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant nearby.
Steak tacos were chewed, no flavor at all just plain tacos, we asked for beans and rice that never came but were in the ticket, bathrooms dirty, We are not coming back, this Restaurant have two very good competition that we rather go a make a line for 30 minutes for food with real flavor.
Fantastic tacos and great apps
Obnoxious kid in booth beside us. Asked waitress to dal with; she handed off to manager. He flaked out but did pay for our app and drinks. Thankfully the mom and kid weren’t there too long. Why do you take a 2-3 year old to a Mex Tex bar type atmosphere? Smh
Great food, excellent service! Would definitely return again!
Restaurant was dirty (lots of things on the floor) and service was unbelievably slow. Definitely understaffed.
Went there with friends on National Margarita Day. Ordered the $2.22 Margarita and it came in a plastic cup. The food was good but the Margarita special was very disappointing.
Itvwascsn overall good experience. Made reservations and was sat right down at our time. Service & Food we’re great. Sat in bar area and acoustic guy singing in corner so was a little loud but bearable.
My friend and I both enjoyed the Trifecta - three taco - meal. Believe the server when she says the sauce is hot on the Korean BBQ and other options. Overall our meal was enjoyable.
