Took forever to get our food. Had to go find our server and ask for the checks. Had to go find sever again and take payments to him. I saw a friend at another table across the restaurant from where we were seated and stopped to say hello. Instead of taking the change to the table he handed everything to me. Since I had to play waitress I wanted to ask him if I could keep half his tips 😬
This was an awful place. They were out of so much food, it was unkempt and the service was poor

Not the most outstanding experience I've had at this location. I've had better. It wasn’t that busy for a Thursday night, so I was expecting better service.
My first time at this location and it was HORRIBLE! I booked for my birthday "taco Tuesday" celebration and it was VERY disappointing. By the time my guests arrived and we were ready to order, they had run out of chicken, fried fish, and some other menu item. Seeing as though myself and several of my guests don't eat beef or pork this limited us to what we could order. They also wouldn't honor the $2 taco price on other tacos since they were out of 3/5 of those listed. They were also out of the beer listed for the Tuesday special rate and not replacing with an alternative. To make things worse our food took forever to come out(for those of us who even did receive the correct food the FIRST time it was brought out, It was cold). For the majority of us, the wrong items were brought to our table, missing key items of our meal or with things that were specifically asked to be omitted. Not one person out of the 8 of us were satisfied and made our feelings aware to management. We were told that our bill would be deducted by 25%, which it was not, it was a little less that 10%. The server did the best she could do, but got frustrated with the kitchen staff, resulting in a outburst we could hear, and her not being present for a little while. Out of the 3 margaritas I received, none tasted the same, the last one which the manager said he would "take care of" tasted only like mixer....needless to say I will NEVER return, very displeased, and embarrassed by my decision to come for my birthday... Also to note, it wasn't busy at all, many empty tables, and I arrived at 7pm, so still early in the evening.
It was national tequila day. I made the reservation knowing it would be busy. When we got there it was impossible to park and then they said they would not accept our reservation and it would be a 40-50 minute wait.
Made my reservations on open table and they weren't accepting them.
Made a reservation, only to get there and find out that they weren’t taking reservations that evening and that there was a 50 minute wait. They need to find a way to disable opentable on the days they don’t honor reservations.
I was referred by my mom for my birthday it was a good experience
The parking here, as always, is insane. There’s NEVER enough spaces in front of the restaurant so you have to park somewhere else and walk. The lobster tacos are awesome. Margarita was a little weak, and they didn’t have Hennessy so my date was disappointed. Chips are seasoned well and salsa tastes good too. Will recommend and will be back
Great tacos and very affordable kids menu. The Thai basil margarita is very very good.
It was a great dining experience and the service was great.
Food was just ok. Too bad that they can't have the same quality food across the restaurant's they have. Egh we know now not to eat at the one convenient to our home. Now the Service was outstanding! We didn't have to ask for or wait for anything. Our server was the best!
Probably the WORST dining experience I've had within the last year. The host stand was the most disorganized ever and no one would even look at us and acknowledge that we were waiting for assistance. We came on a Tuesday night for crying out loud - how busy can you possibly be?
Not only did we wait for 12 minutes before being assisted at the door, but we also waited about 7 minutes for a server and even longer for some waters.
Our server was extremely nice and took great care of us, but I don't think she even knew we were her table until it was too late (the host probably didn't tell her - again, the host was bad). It all started at the door - it set the tone for my group's dining experience and we can definitely assure you we will not be coming back for a while.
Service was great. Food was quick and didn’t feel pressured into leaving once we finished eating. Very accommodating with the kids.

Such a disappointment. We have been coming here for about 5 years off and on. A favorite of my husband and our parents. Tonight we had awful service, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Our server seemed completely bored and uninterested. We had to ask multiple times for silverware and when we looked around to ask someone for assistance the staff all were busy on their cellphones rather than paying attention to customers. The food was also not as good as in the past. So sad, this used to be a favorite spot.
The food was good had to take it to go due to the wait and our reservation was not honored.
They didn't honor my reservation stating that they were to bust to do so, they the host stated we should drive to one of there other locations because they are not as busy and that was a lie.
Did not honor our reservation because “they were too busy “. I whole point of making reservations is to avoid the lines and wait time of busy establishments such as this one. Me and my party of 5 drove 45 minutes to visit this place only to get turned around.
I like Tin Lizzy's. However, my latest experience at this location was not a good one. I made a reservation online, and when I arrived the host informed me that my reservation wouldn't be honored because it was National Margarita Day. I felt that patrons should've been informed of this or that online reservations should've been disabled for that day. I added my name to the list anyway, and was told the wait was 45 min to an hour. After an hour and a half I asked the host how much longer it would be and he didn't know. He asked the manager and the he didn't know either. I went next door to wait to be called, but I never was. I still like the restaurant, I just felt this location could've handled the reservation/wait list better.
Service was excellent..food was delicious. The waitress was very courteous.
Excellent service by Ms Erica and the food was great.
We typically visit the Dunwoody location, this location was unbearably loud, my tacos were dry and the chips and salsa in our 3 amigos was lame. The host and manager were both great and friendly, the food was below expectation.
Made reservations with Open Seat arrived on time still had to wait 20 minutes before table was ready. Restaurant not full. Not sure why table wasn’t ready.
No Sprite Syrup in machine so no Sprite.
No bitters at bar so no Old Fashioned’s
Tortilla Soup cold....tasted like what I imagine lukewarm dish water would taste like.

We have been to Tin Lizzys countless times and never had such poor service. I feel we were forgotten at every juncture. It took forever to take our order and then forever for the food to come. We won’t be going back soon.
Went there for Mother’s Day. Really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the music. Will tell all my friends about this place.
They don't honor open table on the weekends. The wait staff was unprofessional. Food was COLD TWICE!!! CARBONATED DRINKS WERE FLAT!!!
Love Taco Tuesdays...you really can't go wrong with the specials!
I have had better Mexican food at otherestablishments. Customer service was great.
