Allow us to introduce ourselves... In 2005 four longtime college friends opened Tin Lizzy’s in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, giving their guests a unique taqueria with service rooted in genuine hospitality. Tin Lizzy’s quickly became a popular place to work and to meet friends for refreshing margaritas and delicious FlexMex cuisine. Soon after, other neighborhoods wanted their own Tin Lizzy’s. We are excited to bring our passion for hospitality and “friends serving friends” mission to new neighborhoods.

I had a reservation for 15 for a birthday party and upon arrival I stood at the front entrance for about 5 minutes before I decided to walk towards the bar to approach a staff member. The woman behind the bar pretty much didn’t acknowledge my presence so a man from the kitchen greeted me. I then told him of my reservation and he got me situated. Our waitress was really nice and helpful, kind of slow because she was the only one there on a Saturday night (they weren’t busy). I ordered the chicken nachos and they weren’t great from this location. No only else seemed to enjoy the food either. The queso was very watery and over a span of an hour it never thickened. I rated my overall experience 3 stars because the waitress was nice and did a great job accommodating us all.

Every time I've come to this restaurant I had problems. Overall, the food is below average (bland, sometimes cold). Today I was given drinks that had things floating in the bottom and stuck to the ice. The waitress was horrible and avoided coming to our table as much as possible. We never received the waters we asked for. She charged me for a drink I could not even drink due to moldy limes being muddled in it.

Stay away.
When it was time to leave, the hostess was not at the front to give the stickers for validated parking.

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The service was atrocious. The food took nearly an hour and was incorrect and cold. We will never again return. They could give us free food for a month and we would not return!

Clearly problems with the kitchen getting food out, understaffed on servers, no host and no management on site.

I met my mom and daughter here for Cinco de Mayo around 1pm. There was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors available. Our waitress was polite and attentive. The drinks - Texas Margaritas were just ok
and the food was just ok - the queso dip hardens after 10 minutes so it was NOT enjoyable. The guacamole was decent and the entrees for each of us - soft tacos and quesadillas were also just ok - nothing to write home about. I think this is a perfect place for groups and grabbing a "just ok" meal.

Food was fine but slow to come out although we were the only ones in the restaurant. They messed up our bill transferring our drinks from the bar to our table and took over 20 minutes to sort it out.

We went to Tin Lizzy's to celebrate my sister birthday. We had a great time, the food was good. Our waitress, Deja, was very helpful and attentive. She made great drinks recommendations. We will definitely make a return trip to this location.

Waited several minutes for hostess to appear. She never did so we sat ourselves. Not even sure if I received my Open Table dining points because I mentioned it to her after we sat down. Food was great. Service slow but friendly.

This Tin Lizzy's was excellent. The service was amazing and the manager Tam was super nice and accommodating after the house margaritas ran out. I'll defintely be back.
