   Smoked meats are ok, but the sauces are terrible. Stick with the beer.

   We both ordered platters one brisket very tender and the other pulled pork since they ran out of the chicken. Our server was okay. I would go back again

   We wanted to try something within walking distance of our movie theater and nothing too extravagant. My husband suggested Tin Lizard. We were shown upstairs to an almost empty room. Downstairs is the bar and tables, upstairs is a roof deck and a few tables. For some reason staff kept going out to the roof deck (presumably to smoke) and leaving the door open. With the air conditioning blasting and the opened door it was very cold upstairs. There were plenty of available tables downstairs, why we were seated upstairs boggles the mind. Regardless, the menu is almost entirely red meat. I knew this going to the restaurant, but hoped there might be specials. I think there were, but our waiter was clueless. As when I asked him what the soup du jour was and his response was the soup du jour. We went around in circles about that for a minute or two, until finally I gave him a mini french lesson and he said he had to go downstairs and ask someone in the kitchen what the soup is. My husband ordered a black and blue burger, was never asked how he liked it prepared. I ordered the only non red meat item the chicken sandwich. It was heavily breaded and greasy. The chicken underneath was moist. The fries are good. When we were leaving I spied a list of specials on a wall on the first floor. I guess it was too much for our waiter to remember. There are so many other places for us to go where my husband can get a burger and beer and I can find something better to eat. There is no reason to return.

   At the last minute we needed to increase our reservations from three people to eleven, they were able to accommodate our request and provided us with a perfect spot near the front of the restaurant. I really appreciated the effort. I would recommend this restaurant.

   My brisket platter was mostly fat. There was more fat than actual meat. Not worth the $18. It was too bad, because otherwise I would have loved to go back.

   I had the 1/2 brisket platter - my wife the 1/2 smoked chicken platter. The brisket was the best I have had anywhere. My wife said the smoked chicken was great. I also had a draft - it was very nice. Service was generally god, but forgot the appetizer until the end of meal. We'll definitely visit again. We got a brisket cheesesteak as take out for our son. He said it was very good.

   We were in the mood for some ribs, and these did not disappoint, with several different and delicious sauces. We ordered a bunch of sides, which were just ok. The burgers looked delicious, and by the way folks were scarfing them down, they must have been awesome. The beer was excellent and varied. Our server was super!

   The service was attentive. The BBQ sauce options on the table were good. mThere's parking in a small municipal lot next to the restaurant. There's Indoor and outdoor seating. The fried pickles were very hot (temperature) and tasty. Three of us had the brisket cheesesteak which was delicious and served with house made chips. The Mac and cheese was very good, too. The wings and fried chicken sandwich were also ordered and enjoyed. The cinnamon sugar pretzels with icing for dessert were delicious. They have Pepsi products. They take reservations. The downstairs bar area has tables and TVs. Upstairs is a little darker with just tables. There is an outdoor deck on the second floor. There’s a small parking lot nearby but most parking is on the street.

    Seated quickly, timely approach by our server, ordered drinks and apps, we liked the beer, buffalo cauliflower bites were excellent, votes were split on the deep fried pickles, guests enjoyed the wings, brisket was a bit fatty, liked the sauce varieties, coleslaw was good, muffins were a bit hard, too full for dessert.
