   I’ve been dining here since it opened. I lost count of how many times I ate here. Everything is perfect and I’m very picky. Steak is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Pasta is great. Mussels is 10/10. The service is always on their top game. Everyone is happy and polite. Managers are always very friendly. They are never understaffed. One of my favorite places on Las Olas.

   The vibe here is fire! The hostess could have been friendlier but our waitress was outstanding! She certainly knows how to serve not just our table in excellence but we observed her and how she was overall- she deserves a raise. Aesthetics- romantic, beautiful and classy. Food- let's break it down: Pork chop- amazing seasoning on it. A bit spicy but we loved it. A nice juicy 8-9 oz piece. We shared it. Creamy spinach- very good! Nothing fancy about it. Rigatoni- different style. However, very creamy, delicious and nice size portion. Meatballs- juicy and flavorful. Great appetizer. A must come back. Yai B is one of the best servers we have ever experienced. But it doesn't stop with her; the other staff members were on point- they stay on top of the water refills (w/o u asking) ;, cleaning the tables. You would think this should be a norm but it's not and it was great to see.

   The original restaurant has been completely reimagined. A creative and innovative menu, executed with culinary skill and attention to detail, and 5 Star service delivered in beautiful surroundings. A new favorite go to - wonderful new addition to the Las olas food scene!

   Why would you ever want to get a table or booth at Timpano? We prefer to eat/drink at the bar because Olivia takes great care of us. The quality of her cocktails, attention to detail, & the exceptional service is what keeps us coming back. Also appreciated her remembering my wife’s birthday!

   One of the better experiences we have had in Fort Lauderdale! I believe our servers name was Claudia.. ( I hope I got that correct). She was so kind and understood we weren’t in a hurry. We celebrated our anniversary and she made us feel so special. The food was delicious and beautiful. I recommend this restaurant.

    We got there a bit early , like 10min before our reservation, had to wait past our reservation time. We ask if our table was ready but still had to wait. Unsure why everyone else who came in after us got seated right away. The food was good , it did take a long period of time to bring out the food. We were there for around 3 hours. I would say that even though we wait it was good food and they apologized for the wait. I did wish we went earlier because it was a lot of waiting for our food to come out. They are very attentive if you have allergies, which I appreciate the care they took and the manger personally came to our table to tell us what has allergies and how the food is prepared to avoid and contamination with anything I was allergic to.

    Our first time back since you reopened! We have really missed those sizzling mussels. Had a beautiful evening everything was delicious. The boneless ribeye the truffle tots, and the whipped potato were some of the best!

    Burrata appetizer missed the mark, in my opinion. Pistachio peanut butter isn’t such a hot companion and the tomato jam wasn’t much better. Cheese by itself with decent bread was quite good. Calamari was ok, a bit too much breading. Risotto with shrimp good, but with the corn in the risotto it created too much starch. Roasted mussels were excellent. Tiramisu missed the mark, I think they forgot the coffee and Marsala. Service could be improved with all the folks they have running around and for gods sake tell the hostesses to smile. They seemed bored to be there.

    The ambiance was very nice. Was seated right away, our waitress was very good with the suggestions and know the menu. Unfortunately came for a dish that had been at another Timpano but was not on the menu here(Lasagna). Ordered the Bucatini but wasn’t aware that nuts were on top and ground into the pasta. Ordered the meatballs and mashed potatoes as a substitute

    WOW!!!! This place has COMPLETELY changed for the Better! Best Boneless ribeye I have had in South Florida! Drinks were top shelf, sides and appetizers were fantastic as well! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

    Olivia, behind the bar, definitely made the experience top notch. From food knowledge to mixology flair to her pleasant demeanor, she made our dinner one to tell people about! My friend and i are in the hospitality biz too, and are rightfullt picky as to where to spend our nights off- after spending 5-6 nights per week trying to provide excellent dining experiences to your guests, you definitely want to get that same treatment on your night off!     No bread was served. My main dish was very good but I didn’t order my 1st or 2nd choice as they were 20. higher and no sides were included. Our waitress was lovely, & specifically agreed to a special birthday sparkler for my husband’s gelato dessert. It was brought without it. We found her & she brought it back with sparkler.
