   Had Brunch last Sunday. Food was great and plentiful. Service was also very good. Would recommend.

   Lord knows, I hate to write a negative review since Bowie, MD has a desperate need for "finer" dining. Timothy Dean's isn't there yet. The space is spare and nondescript, and there are no design features to help dampen the noise level. It was really loud at Sunday brunch, so much so that normal conversation at a table for three was nearly impossible. The food was good. The service and pacing were deplorable. The hostess ushered us into the dining room and told us to choose any table. There were none in that area that would seat three, so we had to push two tables together. Servers don't appear to have been trained. The soft-spoken young man assigned to us put the order in wrong, and one person did not receive his entree until the other two had nearly finished eating. Another person ordered soup as his starter, but as soon as it was put on the table, a different server showed up with his entree. Our waiter stood by the table waiting for us to hand him our used dishes. The owner came over to the table but, mostly, was defensive and didn't seem to care. We probably won't go back.

   My sorority Sisters and I came there to celebrate the launching of our investment club. We were thrilled by our experience.. excellent service and food “to die for.” I am returning on Tuesday to introduce another friend to the restaurant.    I found this place on Open Table and was pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing!!!! I tried the french toast w/bacon and my friend had the chicken and waffles. The chef came out to greet us. The servers were really friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Not a smudge on my glass nor my utensils. I would highly recommend!

   For a late Sunday Brunch I enjoyed a very good hamburger with peppery greens and hot delicious perfectly cooked French Fries ( 'cause sometimes you just want a really good not dry burger) and my dining partner had gorgeously tasty Shrimp and Grits. (and as a Louisianian, she knows her grits and she declared marvelous) Drinks were cold and delicious, light enough for a hot Sunday afternoon. Our waiter slash barman could not have been kinder or more attentive. Only problem noted was that as no one seems to be assigned to the front desk, there is unfortunately confusion when patrons arrive as most of the restaurant is out of its line of sight.

   The sea bass was absolutely delicious. Light and flaky, it melted in my mouth with every bite. Our server was very attentive as well. I visited on a Wednesday night, so it was relatively quiet. That chef also personally greeted us before night’s end. I highly recommend Timothy Dean’s. It feels like fine dining, but in an unexpected location.

   We arrived for Sunday Brunch and was greeted at the door by Chef Timothy Dean. We dined on the Kaula French Toast Brioche, Edna Lewis Fried Chicken and Waffle along with a side of Lobster Hash. Everything was delicious, the staff was excellent and ambiance was great! I will definitely return to try other items!

   This was my second time there. This time for dinner. I was happy with my experience. I'm going back to try the lamb dish. It looked delicious!

    Enjoyed Edna Lewis chicken and waffle and the shrimp and grits. For the price, expected more white table cloth vibe. But that was superficial. Otherwise, more marketing suggested. And maybe a 2 more menu items.
