Timeless- an MHK Eatery
We requested that we split a sandwich & a salad along with the sides & the waitress put the request through & the chef split everything for us. The presentation of the food was appealing & we enjoyed dining there thoroughly.
This was a first visit for my husband me. The atmosphere is modern, very white, attractive. There is outside dining on the rear of the restaurant, away from traffic and in a garden-like setting. Our server was very good, after he realized that we had not been approached for the first half hour! My husband ordered the short ribs. He thought it was outstanding, very tender and flavorful. I ordered the cedar plank salmon, and I thought it was outstanding. We ordered the drummies for an appetizer, our servers suggestion. They too were excellent. The food is excellent, fine dining in a a relaxed setting. I recommend.
Everything was excellent! I love being there! I have been there several times and always enjoy it!
We always eat on the patio and still receive excellent service, good food and like the ambiance.
I am a big man and your seats were very un comfortable. Painfully uncomfortable.
The food was wonderful!! Do try the vegen sweet potato sandwich....it was Fabulous!!
Delicious food, best appetizers ever.
Fabulous food! Large portions--enough to take home and have for lunch the next day. We have been several times and are never disappointed. Service was a bit iffy at times but other wait staff noticed and took care of us.
The best Chicken Picatta I have ever had. Will go back.
Food is quite good. The prices for drinks are outrageous. Somewhat noisy. When we were seated, the sun was still up and, as the shades are opaque, it was quite uncomfortable until the sun set some 30 minutes after we sat down.
Salad and entre (Chicken Piccata) we’re absolutely perfectly prepared, presented and served. The space is a bit bare and gets noisy when full but, it’s still one of my favorites.
Great happy hour and food choices only surpassed by our server who did his best to suggest what he felt we might like based on our questions.
Best experience there to date. We’ve been several times to this restaurant over the past couple of years, and everything was truly exceptional this past visit. We had a late reservation and had requested to sit outdoors. Unfortunately it was quite breezy when we arrived, but the hostess happily seated us indoors. There were very few patrons in the dining room at the time and they gave us a nice table in front of the “ fireplace “.
Our service was attentive but not intrusive, and our food was the best yet. So delicious! My husband and I shared the Watermelon and beet salad, chicken drummies, and a small fungi pizza. We left completely satisfied with smiles on our faces and a couple of slices of pizza for later. This place has become one of our favorite go to places in Naples
Had a delicious fresh sangria, a wedge salad and an amazing black cod dish! We Sat outside on a balmy night and the service was great.
We love Timeless. Always good food. the dining room is a little cold, however, we love to sit by the fireplace.
Best meal we have had in Naples in along time. Craft cocktails outstanding needlessly tardy by short staffed bar. Can’t wait for our next visit to explore more of the menu. Five Stars
Fabulous, as always. I have brought different friends and they love it.
Beautiful bright setting. Great lunch!!
Food was great but it took a long time for our pizza to come out.
The food was great , potions just right . Interesting menu . Great ambiance..will return again and again
Had some service issues but the Exec Chef David was quick to resolve.
Waitress was rude. Food was ok.
Timeless is a newish place in need for discovering. There doesn’t seem to be any parking but there is if you only drive into the parking lot behind and past the restaurant. The food is definitely the reason to go as it’s an inventive menu well prepared and presented. The pizza is supposedly the draw... we ordered off the dinner menu and were not disappointed.
Wait time between first and second course painfully long. Of the two entrees the steak frite was outstanding, the short ribs were a huge disappointment. They were mostly fat and the gnocchi were over cooked to the point of being mush.
The chicken was great, the pizza was not hot. Was charged more for the dessert than the menu stated. When this was pointed out, after checking, the waitress said she would make the manager aware in the morning, but, didn't change the bill.
Sat at the bar for 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. When we were seated for dinner we waited and waited, finally called another server over and told her we’d like to order. Our server forget my wife’s glass of wine. If you like this place hurry in...it won’t last another year.
Fast seating. Fast service in the bar area. Friendly staff
The new (this season’s) menu was changed to have expensive choices. We were disappointed.
Grits too salty.
Bouillabaisse was too rich and creamy.
Pizza too thin.
Food was very good. We had cod, grouper and salmon. All very well prepares
Overall a good experience, handsome modern space, open kitchen, inside, outside, bar seating options, excellent thin pizza, innovative food options. Problems: 1. Only 2 servers for all 3 dining options plus carry-out on the Saturday of our lunch. Thus, we waited 20 minutes for our drink orders to arrive. Server never had time to check on us, too busy. But to her credit she was constantly on the move to cover too many bases - management's fault (no apparent Mgr. on duty, by the way). 2. The music much too eclectic and a bit too loud and intrusive. We do like this place, however and hope this review helps.
Nice, casual atmosphere....we've been there many times. Service was extremely slow this particular evening, but the food was very good, as usual.
Tried again after a 2 year hiatus. Still same objection- too noisy. Ironic that it is owned by an architect as you’d think he would soften the hardscape and quiet the place down. Actually more pleasant outside behind. My pasta special was very good, not great, and my wife’s chicken piccata was good. Our friend’s salmon was great. Service was slow in the beginning but very friendly and knowledgeable. I probably wouldn’t go again if I had to eat inside - too noisy and bare and too light. But all in all a just above average relation a crowded Naples market.
A delightful evening. Good food . Lovely surroundings
The restaurant wasn’t busy...keep in mind that we are in season now. We were told to sit anywhere yet it was difficult to find a clean table (tables were covered with dirty dishes, etc.). Service was timely. NO bread or crackers served. I am a year round resident in Naples and have no plans of returning to this restaurant again...very disappointing.
No reservation in the system When I arrived Said O Table not communicating with them.
Took 30 minutes for a waiter to arrive.
Wonderful room lot of glass windows all dirty.
This place has changed and not for the better
Tried to reach rest. by phone the day before - mail box full ... went to rest. to confirm/change the number in my party. The rest. had no record of my open table reservation even though I had confirmed via opentable on-line. Hostess said about mail box: " Yeah I'm sure it was full". She changed my reservation by hand to 6 PM instead of 7 PM.
Got email from OpenTable after the fact that I had cancelled my 7 PM time even though the restaurant never had it from OpenTable. Geez... not a great customer service experience.
The food was excellent. Service from rest.manager was good.
Better luck next time.
Terrific food, great service, our favourite new place
Great food and service. Casual dining and recommend it
From a year ago things have changed. No nice bread served anymore. Waitress said they were loosing money on bread. Too funny. From what we saw incredibly understaffed. 2 waitress and one helper for entire restaurant. In January we went and service was so slow they didn’t charge us. Gave it one last chance This was one of our favorites last year. This year from the lack of people in high season many others agree that things have changed
