   I didn’t give it a complete 5 star because we had to wait even though we had a reservation and the food took a little long.

   Super disappointing. Food was mid at best, service was extremely slow, servers and kitchen super disconnected.

   Had dinner Sunday night and we had two choices of seating. It’s either flower room or main dining room. Nice decor what couch like seating in the main room. For food we had oxtail empanadas were great but they could be bigger in size. Short rib ragu was great and the New York strip was also good. Be aware there is an automatic 20% gratuity. The menu is on the smaller side for selections but we would def come revisit to try different food selections next time.

   Our host was great. Food was ok not hot and took extremely long to come. The drinks were not the best had to send them back more than once. For the cost and the beautiful atmosphere I had higher expectations for the service, food and drinks. Also we were celebrating a birthday and nothing was done to celebrate.

   As soon we arrived the place entrance is so elegant , she offer which room mention the flower room it is so beautiful, we dine the food was superb. Then we went upstairs for drinks the black room was relaxing and nice . The severs and bartenders were friendly and welcoming . Thank you

   Had a great date night at Timbr! Took us a bit to get a reservation since it’s been busy since opening but worth the wait. The ambiance and design of the restaurant is very cool. Bartenders were on point and made a great old fashioned (surprising how many restaurants butcher that drink). We ordered the Octopus appetizer which was fantastic, octopus lightly crispy outside and cooked perfect inside with no chewy or rubbery consistency at all. The papas bravas the octopus was served with were amazing, could have eaten 100 of them! For main course we ordered a side of the Mac and cheese Gruyère tortellini (AMAZING!!), the short rib ragu cavatelli which was great and the beef Wellington which my wife really liked. Dessert was really inventive and tasted delicious, we tried The Galaxy and the S’mores based on our servers recommendation and he was totally right, both were creative and great tasting! The deconstructed s’mores with the smoke trapped in the jar and the artistry of the galaxy with the best blueberry ice cream we’ve ever had was very well done. The Thank You Madeline cookies at the end was a great final touch, Definitely recommend and will be back!!

   The food was good and tasteful but nothing extraordinary, a bit pricy for what you actually get but the staff was friendly and there’s a nice cocktail bar upstairs with good music.

    Beautiful space with a very creative design. Service from reception to server was superb! Andrew was spot on….very knowledgeable and attentive. The area of opportunity actually is the food taste and presentation. Short Rib Ragu was good….but not great. More like a beef mush mixed with pasta lacking flavor. Pizza can’t compare to Heritage and the 8oz filet tiny….. served on a huge platter. Food was disappointing. Not sure if I’d return ……….
