Had a wonderful time at brunch at Tilth. Service was attentive and friendly. We ordered the grits and mimosas, which were both fantastic!
The food at tilth restaurant is the best in Seattle
Went for restaurant week, glad I didn't pay full price. The food was prepared excellently, it was good food, but nothing was extraordinary. Not worth the money, but still good food.
Our server was very friendly and knew the menu and food. The food was excellent though portions a bit on the small side in my opinion. The tables were rather close together so we were privy to all conversations going on around us. The restaurant is known for organic, sustainable, seasonal ingredients. I'd recommend this restaurant to others.
My wife and I had a great meal and experience during Seattle Restaurant week, and recommend it!
We celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary and had a fabulous time! The food was amazing, and we just loved the environment. Thanks for everything!
Terrible seating space. Poor service. Disappointing.
Food was good but portion size was ridiculous. I think they cut it way back for restaurant week, but have been to several other places for this week that are upscale and none were skimpy like Tilth.
Went for restaurant week and it impeccable. Tilth knows how to spoil its customers. Would go for the the full menu!
Dined during Restaurant Week. We were seated toward the back of restaurant near open kitchen so it was quite noisy. Suggest requesting a table in the front of the restaurant for a quieter experience. Food was good as was the service - other than server forgetting to offer us a beverage or a drink/wine list.
Welcoming staff & environment. Every dish had superb flavor, with thoughtful plating. Wonderful time there & will definitely be going back
The Seattle restaurant week menu was amazing and a great value! The service was fabulous but since it was so busy it took a little longer to get tables out the door than there reservations allowed for. The space is intimate and quiet even when full.
Restusrant week menu only. We ate family style to enjoy all the wonderful and varied flavors.
Possibly the best restaurant in Seattle! Always pleased after dining here. Even during restaurant week!
Tilth was only featuring items from the Seattle Restaurant Week menu. There were some very good choices. They had a Bordeaux and later a Malbec that was on special for $35/bottle each. The Bordeaux was good and the Malbec better. All of the food was outstanding as you would expect.
Horrible, the worst dining experience I've had in Seattle. I was shocked at how poor my experience was. Waiter was not knowledge, did not address questions and neglected our table for over 30 minutes prior to take our orders but after greeting us. Just awful.
We took a guest from out of town. She was duly impressed by the delicious food! We had trouble finding a menu item that appealed to a teenager who does not eat beef or pork. The sliders were great for the teenager who does eat beef.
You just can't go wrong at Tilth. The menu rotates seasonally and the tasting menus are always great, with wine pairings available. And the tasting menus include both omnivore & vegetarian/vegan options.
The staff is perfectly attentive and always ready with recommendations. We love coming here for special occasions.
Quite expensive but also unique. With six people it was a lot of money for a relatively small amount of food. The service was excellent, the setting elegant, a foody comfort place. I would return with my wife, but not a group.
Stellar brunch everytime i visit!
Tasting menu was delicious. Service was excellent.
Tilth is my favorite Seattle restaurant Their food is always interesting and delicious. Also the service is exceptional
The food here is always great and special attention for my wife's birthday. Amie (our server) was great
This place gets a lot of hype and it does have some strengths. Fresh, healthy food and a cute cozy atmosphere. Apparently it’s very popular, so we had high expectations. But we had an unfriendly server who seemed burdened and miserable, which dampened the mood. And the food was actually quite bland. (We used a lot of the much-needed Maldon salt.) With so many amazing choices in Seattle, we wished we had gone somewhere else.
We had the 5 course tasting dinner, simply excellent.
Highly recommend Tilth to anyone wanting a great meal.
Our server was attentive, very helpful, and made outstanding drinks.
Service was a little slow and our server could have been a little more engaging, but overall really incredible. I rarely think that going out for breakfast is worth the money- I know how to make good eggs, bacon and pancakes. This was amazing- I had the veggie hash with a side of sausage. Delicious! Something I would never make at home. It filled me up, was perfectly prepared and worth every penny. The coffee was excellent too!
Everything about our evening was delicious and special! Great service too.
A friends birthday dinner. We’d been many times, but neither other couple had dined at Tilth. Our server Andre was a real pro. We brought a bottle of champagne and a red wine. He brought the right glasses for each without prompting, was there when we wanted him and gone when we didn’t. We shared around the food and it was all fantastic. Good to know some good places like Tilth uphold a long held standard of excellence!
Great food, awesome staff. Sable fish was a bit under cooked but overall everything seemed super fresh. Always a winner.
Always a lovely evenings rxperience; wonderful service & ambience, fabulous food!
Wonderful birthday celebration at Tilth: the food was delicious and flavorful; the service attentive and even humorous at times; and the setting spare but warm and attractive. I know Tilth is not the newest on the scene, but it is impressively high quality and continues to be inventive and fresh.
Having heard about this place for years, I was excited to try it out with my visiting mother. The food was excellent. Everything we ate was really fantastic. The service, however, was unbearably slow. (It took nearly 45 minutes for our two beverages to be served and main dishes came out almost 2 hours after we were seated.) I gather this was unusual, but not unprecedented.
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Delectable and well presented dishes and unpretentious, warm service.
Such a great place!
Tilth just keeps on being a great place to eat. The creative menu, the exemplary service and the special little craftsman cottage in which it is situated. A treasure in our city.
The tasting menu coupled with the wine pairing was an ethereal culinary experience. Each course was thoughtful and executed perfectly.
The menu was abundant in very fresh offerings so we dived in. The heirloom tomato salad with shaved veggies and ricotta cheese was "right from the garden" tasty. We split the Dungeness crab and sweet corn risotto which was a nutty version with surprise morsels of that local crab, and a bit of crunch with the corn. For entrees, the salmon was well prepared with crispy skin and haricot skinny green beans that were almost sweet. The lamb was prepared beautifully, no fat and fork tender with eggplant veggies.
So much great food, and too full for trying the good desserts, so we will be back!
Every dish tonight was a spectacular burst of unusual flavor combinations.
Great food and service, and the ambiance is really sweet in a converted craftsman
