Tilly's Tea Room
Perfect for an afternoon tea with a friend or lunch with a group. Food and service are outstanding. Tables are far apart so you have personal space and no competing noise so you can easily carry on a conversation in private. Quiet, calm, peaceful atmosphere makes Tilly’s Tea Room a perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy.
We had tea at Tilly’s for my grandmother’s 75th birthday. It was a lovely experience and our waitress was kind enough to take pictures of us as a group. The tea selection was good and the food was great. I would definitely return!
I absolutely love the atmosphere! It's the only restaurant of its kind in this area. Very enjoyable experience each time I've gone.
We really enjoyed our visit to Tilly's. The food and service were great. Nice variety and nice atmosphere.
Great place to go for lunch! Everyone was happy with their selections!
Great option for a beautiful tea party! You can choose a tea party option that includes: your choice of a pot of tea with free refills, samples of different sandwiches, a scone with your choice of jam, and a sample of pantries. They also have other light fare options such as soup, salads, and other sandwiches. There's an extensive tea list. The egg salad sandwich was surprisingly wonderful!!! I would definitely recommend trying it. We had two little girls with us and they chose to share the princess tea platter that included choice of sandwich, pink lemonade (among other drink options) in a pretty champagne glass, scone, and pastries. It's an elegant setting and the prices are reasonable. I personally think it's more of a snack/brunch, rather than full meal, so don't go too hungry! We made reservations. It wasn’t busy for a Sunday afternoon, but I’d recommend making reservations to be on the safe side. This tea room is a great option and worth trying!
The hostess was spectacular. You could tell she has a lot of tea room experience. The scones were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommended if you like tea but not so much of the old vintage English tea atmosphere.
Beautiful tea room with really good tea and delicious food.
The ambience was peaceful and quiet and decorated nicely. There were lots of delicious sounding things on the menu. I had the chocolate super berry tea, it was lovely. We had tea and scones. The scones were not warmed. It seemed a lot to pay for cold scones. Service was a little slower than I would like. I would like to try again to test other things on the menu.
I have eaten at Tilly's Tea Room on several occasions and always found the food to be outstanding and the service to be top notch. Their scones with clotted butter and jam are worth the trip alone.
We did afternoon Tea. It was delightful. Tasty tea sandwiches, scones and desserts. It was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful way to spend time with a friend.
Birthday and pre- bridal shower for my daughter
A great Sunday brunch with no wait thanks to Open Table! Lovely room and plenty of food choices. Our party of 6 had a wonderful time and will be back.
Normally we would - been many times. This specific time, felt very isolated, not checked on and the carrot cake (the reason we went) was HORRIBLE.
Nice place for afternoon tea. The tea comes with six sandwiches which I like and they were delicious. It comes with two each of egg salad and cucumber and customer picks the other two. A scone with jam or curd is included along with four sweets. $29.00. It is nice because they also offer an option of sharing a tea tier with a friend for an additional fee of $10.50 which includes an extra scone and pot of tea. Service was excellent. The decor is modern and clean so not the typical cozy atmosphere one might think of in a tea room. The scones was a tad dry but nevertheless delicious with butter and orange curd. The sweets were small and delicate which is nice. Tip automatically included which bothers me a bit but ok. This is a nice and quiet getaway from the bustling mall before or after a movie or shopping. Would definitely come again fir tea. It looked kid friendly.
Great new dining option in Indy's fashion mall. Great service and food options. I would love to go back and try the 'tea'. Lovely environment, and it is a quiet dining option.
Everything was amazing!
The chef is great....lemon curd best I have eaten....compliments to the chef.
This was the third year our "book club" has scheduled our holiday tea at Tilly's Tea Room and we loved it. The staff was fabulous even though we overstayed our welcome a bit! Wonderful tea service and a fun place to visit. We'll be back!
Needed a quick lunch and discovered Tillie’s. Service was good, quick and unobtrusive. Food was very tasty and the portions were generous.
A lovely tea room setting ... delicious food and delightful ambience.
Great way to Celebrate my granddaughter s 22nd Birthday. Already made reservations for Christmas for the ladies of my family. Food was fantastic and the scones are the best ever. Debbie are server was awesome.
I wish I would have taken a picture of the wonderful spinach and feta quiche that I had for brunch today! The atmosphere for our girl's morning out was wonderful as it is every time I've been to Tilly's (this is my 3rd time). However, this was my first time having the quiche and it was amazing! The tea was delicious and I love that there are always plenty of options to fit any mood or palate. The waitress was kind, friendly, engaging, and delightful as well. This is my favorite northside spot for my tea passion thus far!
We cam to Tilly's Tea Room for a Wedding Rehearsal Day Brunch with our bride, her mother, grandmother, aunts, and cousins. What a special time and Tilly's was a perfect location for this occasion! Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious! Thank you for creating such a special memory for us!
Iced tea (ginger peach) should be more flavorful - especially for a tea room
We made a reservation through open table for my friends bachelorette party! When we arrived, there had been a communication error from Open table and our reservation had been lost. Debbie, the server and sole employee working at the time due to circumstances out of the control of the other staff members, immediately worked with me to figure out how to salvage the tea time. Since the chef had to leave, there was no one available to cook a meal for us, however Debbie went to see what types of desserts were on hand. We established that there were enough desserts that we could have tea and sweets. Debbie then took the time to set our table with the cute tea cups and walked us through our tea options. She made recommendations and truly made it special and memorable even with the slight hiccups. The owner arrived just as we were getting ready to leave and sent us on our way in style. The customer service was exemplary and we truly had a marvelous time.
Thanks so much Debbie and Tilly's Tea Room for making our day a fun one!
Always a good experience - good food and service. Beautiful surroundings, and convenient location in Saks store at Keystone at the Crossing mall.
Mother's Day Celebration with Afternoon Tea. The food and service were wonderful, extensive tea menu. We went out of our comfort zones and wore hats- so much fun!!!! We will definitely return.
This place is wonderful. We had delicious Cobb salads, service was fantastic and the Ambiance was beyond.
What a fun spot! This is the best Afternoon Tea I've had in years. The food is fantastic and made in house. The decor is so attractive and the service is attentive. Can't wait to go back!
We came for a bachelorette lunch and the menu and space beat my expectations by a mile. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. We were a group of 7 and even though they had a large group of girls in for a birthday party , we still felt like the only ones there. The space was great. The decor was lovely and the mismatched tea cups just tickled me. It isn’t just a meal at Tilly’s, it’s an experience. Thank you!
I enjoyed the food and service at Tilly's Tea Room. They have a wide variety of tea and coffee which is served with their delicious scones. The atmosphere was very pleasant and looking forward to go back soon!!
$75 for 3 cups of tea some stale sandwiches and mediocre baked goods. Follow that up by slow service that ended with the server forgetting about us and we had to flag down the other server. The location was awful felt like eating in a JC Penneys. It was a horrible start to my daughters 13th birthday clebration.
It’s in such a large space. Could be a little more cozy.
But it is a fun experience!
And there is no rush to get out!
I am always excited about trying a new tea room so when I saw this on Open Table - I jumped on it. I did enjoy it more than the tea room in Carmel, but I have to say I have also had better in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky as well as NYC and Orlando. However, I would say that the food quality was really very good and pleasing selection of tea too.
My friends and I took our young daughters to Tilly's for a tea and it was so much fun. The staff were delightful and really were accommodating to our young girls (18 months, 3 and 6 years old). We will definitely return.
Loved the staff and the chef!! So friendly, great atmosphere, amazing food and tea!! Love it!!! 💚💜💛💙
What a nice find. Quiet and charming. The chicken Cobb salad with cilantro dressing was delicious. I will be back.
I am a huge high tea fan, this was good quality food for sure. I think they should advertise a bit more so people know they are there as its super cute. Also it would be great for little girl birthday parties if they have a little more activities for them. One improvement. I would make the high tea where you have one of each item for each person which is what they do at all of the high teas I have been to before. Each person gets one of each item. So enough mini desserts for each person, a scone for each person, and a sandwich for each person. The food is great and the service was friendly and good too!
This was my second visit to Tilly's Tea Room at the Saks location at Keystone at the Crossing;
I also have visited Tilly's three other times when she was located in a quaint little house in Fishers.
I enjoyed sharing this visit with my friend who had not been to Tilly's. The day was quiet, and we weren't rushed to leave. The food was tasty and the pots of tea were delicious and plentiful.
My only concern with the entire outing is that I made my reservations via OpenTable as requested from the website of Tilly's. I knew from prior visits, that reservations are a good idea.
However, I would like to highly encourage Tilly's to preview any / all reservations made via Open Table and ensure they are transferred to their appointment book at the hostess station. My reservation was made, and confirmed under Open Table. When I arrived to check-in, the hostess did not have my reservation recorded. The "plus" to this story is that there were only two tables for the Noon time frame - they were not over-booked, etc. There was space available for myself and my friend. It could have been a negative experience, however, if there were many parties waiting to be seated ahead of me.
Other than this, the outing was delightful, our server was exceptional - she handled each table with ease. The food and tea delicious.
