Restaurant was very busy, but we had a reservation, so were seated promptly. We had the date plate as a starter then shared the tenderloin and scallop special for Valentine’s Day. Had a bottle of wine as well and the total was about 100$, not bad for Valentine’s Day. Server was great, lots of good vibes. Stopped at the roost after and got some sourdough, cookies and an entree to go. Overall a very good experience. So much better than going to a chain.

Hostess staff not friendly. First impressions are everything in setting the tone for the dining experience. Made reservations for specific time and still had to wait.

2nd time at The Till. Unimpressed both times. Ordered NY Strip, medium. Got it less than rare...almost blue. I will eat rare steak, but this was like cutting into a piece of raw meat. Sent it back and it was cooked properly. It was okay once it was done, but $40 for NY Strip that isn’t cooked right the first time? My wife ordered the steak salad. She couldn’t even eat it. Sour dressing with freeze dried strawberries on top. Gross. Kitchen/chef simply subpar, despite how nice the ambience is.

My husband and I chose Till for our Valentines Day date which we always do the weekend before Valentine’s Day. We were late for our reservation due to a funeral procession for a local fallen police officer and the staff was very accommodating and of course understanding. The food was great. The grilled artichoke is a MUST. It’s a little pricey for just any old night out but we will definitely go back for a special occasion.

Yummy appetizer and wedge salad. The strip steak special was delicious and enough for two. Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream topped it off. Timing between courses was good and the service was attentive. Enjoyed the evening out except the temperature was a little chilly near the windows. A little pricey, but worth it. We'll be back.

Now in the top 5 restaurants I’ve ever been to and trust me I’ve been to some of the best. Everything we had was amazing. Except the dessert. That was just great.

Flat iron steak is a must try

Firstly, I love the atmosphere of this restaurant but after one year of going here the quality is slipping. They have eliminated several menu items I truly enjoyed (buttermilk shrimp, beef chili) and the items I do stick with, (salmon, steak & beef burger) have not turned out as well as I have had in the past. Salmon was undercooked, steak was a bad cut, burger was lacking in flavor and fries were cold. For the price of the meal I am starting to lose interest in going here. But since it is so close to our house and the atmosphere is great for date night I will continue to patron occasionally. I just hope they get things back on track soon!

Till needs to work on its pricing. The cocktail menu is pretty good, but the pricing is really steep and a real deterrent to going there for our group. The food is above average, but not a 10, and again, the prices are pretty steep. Ambiance and service is good. Lots of tables sitting on a wood floor isn't great, noisy and cold feeling, but we lucked out and got a booth, so no complaints.

I had a bad experience in October 2017 but my daughter likes their vegetarian dishes and it was her birthday. We went back and had a different waiter and he was excellent. Last time the manager was as bad as the waitress in resolving our issue, it just didn’t happen. We were going very regularly and taking family and friends so we shall see...

Always easy to get in on open table and they accommodate early and late arrivals. Service is excellent, wine list by the glass not great but worth buying a bottle, their overall list is excellent.

It's a drive to go here but well worth it. The green chile, artichorkes and gyros ordered at our table were all fabulous. And the to go area just keeps getting better and better! Worth bringing a cooler for if you don't live nearby.

Best part of the meal were the cocktails and the grilled artichoke appetizer. I had a flat iron steak and frittes and the temperature was just above warm, it should have been hot. It was also quite bland, had it not been for the organic ketchup for the fries they too could have used some seasoning. My wife had salmon and if it were not for the mustard on the plate that too was under-seasoned. I realize they were busy, but I trust they can do better. For the price paid I expected our entrees to be as good if not better than our appetizer but during this visit this was not the case, the appetizer was the star of the show.
Wait staff was friendly, but also very busy and rushed rather than a nicer date night meal it felt more like "fast casual" similar to an experience you would have at Red Robin.

Ambiance is great. Love the rustic/modern decor. Grilled artichoke was excellent. My husband liked the mushroom pizza. Lamb burger was very good. Fries were nothing special although they were coated with something for a crunch. Pistachio gelato was great

We were celebrating our anniversary and they had it written down on a slip at the table when we sat down but the server didn't even say happy anniversary, so that was a little bit disappointing.

Not as good as I was hoping but I'd probably go back again to try other things.

This was our first time to Till Kitchen based on a friend's recommendation. I am not easily impressed, but this was one of the best dining experiences since coming to Colorado four years ago. The ambiance and food reminded us of a fine restaurant in Napa Valley. I made that comment to the waiter and he confirmed that is where the owner is from. The oak grill gave the food a wonderful taste. The grilled artichoke, oak grilled salmon and short rib dish were flavorful, healthy and perfectly served. This is my new favorite in Colorado Springs!

Ambiance, food and Luke as server were wonderful. We saw a big change in the menu options since Till opened. Not as many options were noted. Would like to see the opening menu back. Seems to have lost a little of its appeal. Loved the pulled pork sandwich and sushi, but haven't see those in a while. Was a little dissapointed to be honest.

Food was good, we have found that appetizers, salads and small plates are the way to go..it is expensive dining there and the entrees are just not worth the prices..small sharing plates seem like a better idea, although it’s not much cheaper, but you get to experience more variety. The green chili is excellent and the green chili grits, although this time it was extremely hot. We could barely eat it. Good wine and cocktails, do not like that they charge you $5 for bread..when your spending $100 plus they could provide that for sure..but, All in all a good restaurant.

To much salt/seasoning, couldn't eat my Flatiron steak it was so salty. I think overpriced also. Two drinks "doubles" that still weren't even 2 fingers with a giant ice ball was $28. I guess just get a pizza.

We love The Till. Last time though I had to send my plate back to be reheated. My husband said his was only slightly warm as well. The time before the server forgot to put in our appetizer which we had been looking forward to. We return because we do like the food, people make mistakes and usually all is good! Great wine as well.

We enjoyed the food, however, one person in our party is celiac and there weren't any gluten free items other than the omelette or salad. Would be awesome if you could offer gluten free bread for sandwiches or pizza.
