Booked us a table, but had the restaurant shut and tried to serve us all sat at the bar front! Major disappointment and won’t be going in a Tiger Tiger again, expected too much from a nightclub I guess.

                                                                                                      Firstly they had no record of my booking of 15 ladies booking for lunch. We were then told well if it was booked via a third party they wouldn't have a record.....why be part of tabl table then if you don't want referrals...we were then told they could sort something out to which we were now to sit on 2 seperate tables even though there was a table available, already set that wasn't used for the duration. We ordered good which took over 40 mins to arrive and the staff had an attitude that was NOT putting customers at the heart of their service! Our experience here totally dampened what should have been a fabulous hen weekend.

                                                                                                      We arrived to a table, with mucky plates and no chairs in the main bar area. We had booked the resteraunt. After trying to explain to the staff we had booked the resteraunt we were moved upstairs onto a table which we were told we had an hour and a half before we had to go as the next group were coming to eat. Whilst upstairs there was no room, we were like chickens in a coop. If you were sat to the left of the table you couldn't get out to go to the bar / toilet. None of the staff sempt interested and weren't helpful at all. I don't usually leave bad reviews but on this occasion I am doing as eating here ruined my 21st. Terrible service, wouldn't reccommend at all.

                                                                                                      I booked this as a celebration for my mums birthday. We arrived early to have a drink in the bar, which was all good. We went over to the restaurant in time for our booked time of 7.30pm only to be told that there was no record of my booking. The young woman who first dealt with us seemed a little phased by the situation and one of our party asked to speak to her supervisor. Another young woman arrived to deal with the situation. She remained deadpan whilst informing us that there was nothing that could be done and that we could come back 2 hours later. My mum is diabetic, so this was not an option. We were not offered any sort of compensation so we left to dine elsewhere. Needless to say, this put a damper on the celebrations and we won't be returning to Tiger Tiger.

                                                                                                      Despite booking through Top Table & receiving confirmation, the restaurant had no record of our booking. We had to wait to be seated & the service was very slow, meaning we were running late for our show.

                                                                                                      Unlike lots of places, Happy Hour deals on drinks are valid til 9pm on a Sat and you can use a Tastecard. We had 3 courses, coffee & a bottle of wine for less than £20 each including service. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Quite noisy in the main bar and and restaurant has lots of big groups but adds a bit of atmosphere. Would go again.

                                                                                                      There were a number of large groups already eating when we arrived but our food and drink order was taken pretty quickly. Both the Tiger prawns & the chicken wings were a good size starter portion. The steak fajitas & the salmon dish were tasty and hit the spot . We ate there on a Friday so there was 50% off the food and drinks which made it a very reasonable meal so we will be returning. One thing to note, it filled up even more with large groups as the night went on so it may not be the place for anyone wanting a quiet night..
