    Service was excellent. The portions are huge and good value for the price and area. It’s a little place in a tiny strip mall so it’s more of a neighborhood joint than a fancy restaurant for vacationing tourists. It’s a little lacking on ambience but makes up for it with the great service and big portions.

    Go to place when in Myrtle Beach and never disappointed. Of course take home acsluce if the carrot cake for later!

    Asked for table inside where it is quieter and cooler and less cramped but still seated in outdoor patio. A large group of 16 loud teenage girls was there. We were seated in a cramped corner and even heard the group of 4 older people seated next to us ask the server for headphones. The acoustics outside in the patio area are terrible and our group of 6 adults was smooshed in a tight table. Food was pretty good and came relatively quick considering. Likely won’t come back again as our two experiences here were the same.

    My grandson and I enjoyed a delicious seafood meal. The shrimp were very good but the flounder was outstanding in both presentation and taste.

    We sat in the quiet front room of this local gem of a seafood restaurant. We always prefer local-owned restaurants. Delicious seafood chowder and grouper grilled with a light butter sauce. Beautifully plated. Fried seafood platter Was not at all greasy. Fresh asparagus. Hostess and waiter very friendly. TVs near the bar showed the golf match. All reasonably priced. Scrumptious banana cream pie for dessert was big enough for two.

    Not accommodating to an elderly patron with a walker. Waiter either could not hear or chose not to listen. Food was tolerable. Disappointing because we have eaten here before.

    The food was delicious and the service was good. We were seated in the back room, probably because we had to change the number in our group at the last minute. The noise level of the other guests in the room was pretty high, the waitress could barely hear to take our order. I prefer the front room for the ambience and the quieter atmosphere. The back room seems almost like a different place.
