They were out of lobster napoleon No tomatoes for the Heirloom tomato appetizer. Neither the host nor the server knew what the catch of the day was ! When we asked for information about the Redfish, we were told “It s a redfish!!!” They need to close up and start over again, anything would be an improvement over the current operation.

We went for the Mother's Day buffet, $55 pp. The shrimp cocktail was very good as were the desserts but everything in between was not very tasty. The shrimp and grits was a huge disappointment with lumpy grits, lots of big pieces of tomato and very little shrimp. Definitely not worth the price.

It was freezing in the restaurant! We ordered coffee. Thick, bitter and not drinkable. Ordered soup. Seriously about 2 ounces of corn and clam chowder for $12.00. We won’t be going back. Bluegreen should do better than this.

Unfortunately, this was an awful experience. When one pays $270 for Easter Brunch for four (4) people, one would expect to receive impeccable service and delicious food. The food was cold. There was not a single dish that was warm. We are locals and asked if there was a local discount and we were told that they do not offer one on special occasions. Had the food been served hot maybe the experience would have been nicer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend eating here nor will we return. A total waste of money.

This was 50% better in the past. There were many more food selections; there were more breakfast selections, Hawaiian rolls were included for the Ham etc. The carving stations were perfect. The dessert room was filled with small selections all around the shelf in that room. Iy allowed you to try numerous small desserts like petite fours and small selections of cakes and pies. The servings this year were too big to try multiple desserts. The servers were really not set up to serve coffee and tea, no spoons were provided etc.

Went there on Valentines Day with my wife. When we arrived, there was a couple playing very loud music. Had to specifically ask to be seated far away. When our main course arrived, all the food was barely room temp;steak, shrimp, asparagus, etc. I talked with hostess (waitress wasn’t there) and she had me talk with I believe was the chef or someone from kitchen. He asked if I wanted a new serving or money back. Didn’t want to try and find another restaurant since it was valentine day so I chose new servings for us. When the 2nd servings came, all the food again was cold. Again I was asked if we wanted a replacement. At that point it was getting late and we were hungry. The steak was cooked very nicely but barely warm. We just ate. They were very apologetic and cut our bill basically in half, from$150 to $80.

Main course was very good, after remaking after not cooked as per our request. Dining staff service was very attentive & promptly had remade to our satisfaction. Dining area open to bar area, could use some barrier to create a more elegant atmosphere. Will return again when we’re in town again.

I was expecting a high end experience but was surprised to find a mediocre one. The server was great and the rooms were nice however the food was just okay. For the price and the location I expected better. I think the food was stuck in a 1980's design and needs to be modernized for today's diners who expect modern cuisine in this type of setting, The offerings were varied enough if they had been properly executed. With a few small tweaks to the menu and quality of food this could be a home run.

Scallops were very over cooked, burgers were not cooked to correct temperature ( all 4 entrées) meat was very mushy and bottom bun was soggy. Porkchops were very tough. Salad was drenched in dressing so too soggy to finish. My daughter didn't want to say anything since the 1st salad was incorrect. Our waitress was great ,handled the return of Scallops meal nicely and deducted an extra 20% from the bill. Dining room was chaotic. We went for a nice NYE dinner and didn't realize this was a hotel restaurant with loud bar area.

The buffet was good when we nade the reservations i did nit know it was a buffet. The fish was ok but dry. Most was cold or not warm the omelets were made at the station so they were good but for 55 each i would have liked the food more fresh and warm. Overall the people were nice and it was a good day out. I just wished id known it was a buffet and made a reservation for earlier time. When we were trying to get desert the employees had gone thru and were taking their share. So i had to do without and pick a left over.

Scallops were not on the menu when we got there although the online menu lists them. A little disappointed but we made the best of it. This place is located on a hotel property and we were unaware of that so do your research before booking here.

Very disappointing for a mother's Day brunch we had the family with us from out of state and we were excited about the opportunity to go to such a well-advertised buffet brunch complete with carving station unfortunately they decided to discontinue the create your own omelet station and evidently if you are not one of the first guests to arrive your experience will be less than favorable most of the buffet dishes were completely empty or had very little food in them and most of it was cold the dessert station was completely empty and absolutely disheveled for such a fine establishment there's no way it should ever look like that we had to ask on several occasions if they were going to refill the dishes it is unfortunate that such a beautiful location seemed so inexperienced at keeping their offerings full fresh and clean. very disappointed. Needless to say we would not return or recommend.

When we arrived we had a reservation and the place was practically empty. We requested outside but they only had one server. We said inside was fine and offered to eat at the bar. Once seated the bar tender attended another table then began polishing glasses. She never asked us if we wanted anything to drink at all and acted like she didn't intend to serve us. After 5 min we left and went to another restaurant. Will not go back.

Very few people in the restaurant and I believe only one waiter, Terrence. He was very good but another waiter should have been working with him. The menu was very limited and no bread or anything else was served with the meal but the entrees were excellent. We had the spinach salad and tomato bisque soup and the grilled mahi mahi with potatoes and broccolini, both very delicious. The view was beautiful on the water and on a warmer night the outside dining would be very pleasant.
