Raffaele's Special Blend of Flour has been imported from Italy. Using a 37-Year-Old Family Recipe from Pizzeria Vesuvio, Monte Cassino Italy. Italian Produce, Freshly Cut and diced daily, Bufala Mozzarella & fior di latte Mozzarella (Flower of the Milk) - San Marzano Plumb Tomatoes "Sul Sarno, Naples Italy". Ensuring your freshly prepared Pizza Dough, will give you the best authentic flavours from Italy. To ensure that you get a perfectly cooked pizza. We use a Wood Fired Oven, Specially Imported from Napoli. We cook at a High Temperature of 380 – 400 Degrees, unique to the Neapolitan Area. Pizze and Pasta's are made fresh daily, once they have gone, you will have to try them next time you visit us
