This is one of my favorite go-to places. Always a great meal with friendly service and a pleasant, casual atmosphere. Always packed for those reasons. But now they take reservations, which is great.

It was a little cramped (both in terms of how many people were crammed into a small space and how small our table for four was) and a little loud, but all in all, a great dining experience. I loved several tapas, including the shrimp, the deviled eggs, and the brussel sprouts. The two desserts we got - poached pear and flan - were also delicious. Good wine selection too!

Went to this restaurant because Yelp rating was good. Ended up finding out that it was overrated. Food items and drinks were very mediocre for the prices. Server was cocky and unprofessional, hitting/knocking things over on our table while serving meals. We were not happy all throughout the dinner. Not coming back.

Very tiny place. Super cramped but surprisingly big restroom. We had to wait at the bar even with 10pm reservation and arriving on time.
Food were meh~ nothing stands out. Won't be back.

It was my first time visiting and we loved all dishes! The location is great, I even enjoyed my time at their bar with having Spanish beer while I was waiting for my company. We will definitely come back to this restaurant! Perfect place for you who loves eating small portion with all different food;)

Tia Pol has been a favorite since we visited 8 years ago. The sangria is unique and delicious and a must. The tapas are interesting, varied and perfect for sharing with a friend. We generally order 4-5 for 2 people. Too many excellent ones to name!

My favorite Spanish restaurant outside of Spain, hands down. Took 6 friends for dinner a couple nights ago- who were initially sceptical. They left BLOWN AWAY- And I know they will all be back on their own. Service fabulous- Día was a particularly friendly and knowledgeable server- steered us the right way throughout our dining. Dreaming of my meal and what a great trip we had!

We are Tia Pol regulars and as usual had a great meal, especially pleasant on a quiet Sunday evening. They serve outstanding patates bravas -- best I've had outside of Spain. The service is always warm and friendly and the food consistently good. One of our favorite NYC restaurants.

We were seated in the back room, it's not fun. In the beginning we were alone there, so no atmosphere, later other people were seated there and it became a nightmare. The acoustic is so bad, it was painful. We just wanted to leave as soon as we were done with the food.

Best tapas I have had anywhere outside of Spain. I've been to Tia Pol three times in the past year and the food never disapoints. Great variety and the portions are good for sharing.

Poor service, host did not want to give us the table for 4 people (2 of our party were running late) despite the fact that the restaurant was 80% empty. Later on requested olive oil and the answer from server was "you want olive oil too!" , it's a Spanish restaurant!

Our meal was absolutely fantastic. Each dish that we ordered was better then the next one. We had two of the specials, a scallop dish and skirt steak. The seafood on rice with squid ink was Spectacular. The service was friendly and timely, and it was just a great night. My wife and I had not been to this restaurant before, but certainly would recommend it and go back again.

A lovely little tapas restaurant to stop at for a satisfying dining experience.
The restaurant is spotless, with varied styles of seating available plus a view of a huge artistic mural on the building across the street.
The food is excellent -- you'll enjoy both the food and the ambience.
