What Insiders Are Saying
Tia Pol is an ultimate Infatuation First/Early In The Game Date spot. Take the edge off, have a couple of glasses of wine, and maybe some sangria while you're at it too. Conversation will be flowing freely, you'll be sharing quality small plates, and before you know it, you'll wind up back in her apartment listening to Lady GaGa while you play grab-ass on the couch.
Amazing food, great wine beverage selection. There are plenty of vegetarian options that do not disappoint. I can't wait to come back and try more tapas!
Great tapas and very good wine by the glass (try the Ribera del Duero!)
Great Spanish tapas. Pure favors and very tasty
I absolutely love it! Tía Pol was the best choice to catch up with a friend over a glass of cava and cheese plates. We tried a few tapas and we enjoyed every bite. I think our favorite was definitely the plato de quesos variados. They pair the cheese with bread and raisins or olives. We also got a bottle of cava rosé which was so worth the price and just went well with everything. I've been telling everyone about Tía Pol and will be dining there again
Perfect place! Definitely helped to have a reservation. I am a celiac(extreme gluten free)but i went with a vegetarian and two others and we had a fantastic time. Easy to find food for us all to share. Service was great and wonderful wine!
Wonderful neighborhood gem. Love the bar and the space. Food is consistently good, fresh and refreshing. Staff very accommodating to our guest who was unavoidably late.
The music was a little too loud but otherwise everything was good.
We love Tia Pol!
Delicious food. Helpful friendly staff.
Close to High Line and boutique art galleries - Gasogian etc.
You must go!
The food at Tia Pol was delicious, and the servers were very attentive. I would definitely return again.
This is a great Tapas place. It can be a bit warm so dress accordingly. Food is terrific and the service very friendly.
Great atmosphere for a casual dinner with friends. Food is delicious and served to share with the table.
Solid tapas place. Food wasn’t out of this world, but it was very tasty, and the ambiance was cute and intimate.
Everything regarding the food was excellent although the number of flies in the back was above average
Very very very noisy.
The tapas were delicious! The rose was delicious! I highly recommend Tia Pol.
Good food and authentic Tapas well presented. Good selection of wines and good service. Some of the Tapas was slow to arrive, but allowed ample time for conversation. Got the 6 person booth at the back - and this was the ideal nook for a great fun evening with a small group!
Nice small tapas restaurant, food was ok not very flavorful for this style of cuisine.
Loved it! The tapas were delicious, and the Rose was crisp and dry.
Amazing experience overall. Great food and lovely wine selection. Also was happy hour all night for Monday which just really sealed the deal ✨👌🏻
Great Love! It
Cheese plate, octopus & bean salad, sangria all fantastic. Will be back to try more!
Amazing food! Great service. Try everything:)
Good choice for neighborhood gem. Person greeting us was especially accommodating and patient and our waiter was extremely friendly. Is a very small bar / Tapas restaurant. There were quite a few choices both on the menu and specials and they provided a very flavorful dinner. Especially enjoyed the soft shell crab special, mussels, clams, and lamb meatballs. Many of the seafood choices had flavorful broth but we felt uncomfortable asking for bread which was an essential part of the dish as the light sauces scrumptious. Only complaint which is very legitimate is that we ordered six items and five of the items literally arrived at our table within 2 minutes of each other which created somewhat of a rushed feeling. Most Tapas places offer you new plates after possibly three courses in this was not done. If we were to return which is a possibility, we would literally order to dishes and after we finish them order the next 2 and then so on and so forth. It may be food for thought for the kitchen. Overall take into account how friendly the staff was, the quality of the yummy food would land it a B GRADE
Great food and service!
One of my favorite spots for good food and Spanish wine. Relaxing and cozy.
We felt a little rushed at the end of the evening as the staff were trying to
The food and service were outstanding! Would have loved to stay and order more food but the stools are great for the bar but not for over 50’s that even had a hard time getting on the stools LOL
Great neighborhood spot. Easy going, good tapas and nice waiter.
Good tapas and a fun place to have dinner. Brunch is great as well
Hadn't been here in years, and was in the neighborhood and enjoyed it as much as I used to!
I've been back two times in the last 3 months. Great tapas and interesting, reasonable wine selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Glad I 'rediscovered' this little spot.
Great place for dinner and drinks with friends. Reasonably priced. Great service.
Friendly prompt service for delicious tapas in a tiny cute venue.
Too loud and chaotic.
very good service... all tapas we tried were excellent ... gambas, croquetas, beef in green sauce, lamb mestballs
The waiter was personable and helpful, the food was fabulous. The space was a little tight but we forgot about that after we settled in and started enjoying our drinks and tapas.
Service was good and quick. The glass of red wine was too cold though. That’s a pity because I knew it was a good wine and if you order some quick tapas, we cant warm it up till then.. Tortilla was a bit weird because they use different types of potatoes I guess. It would be nice if they had options to have some bread to eat with some tapas.
Best patatas bravas I've ever had! Great service - very knowledgeable about the wine and were patient with our tasting.
I have been to Tia Pol now on three different occasions. It never disappoints. Just right
We were sitting by a large party who may have had a little too much to drink - very loud. Other than them - very relaxing place. Great service, excellent food. Would 100% go again. You absolutely should make a reservation or you’ll have to wait for a table.
I frequent this place. Amazing happy hour prices/ drinks. Get the bierzo and their goat cheese flan! To die for! Also the montadito de hábitas. Out of this world
