32% auto gratuity. Four adults and 3 kids in which two didn’t even order a kids menu or any food. Overall food was good, so was service but the gratuity was steep. The ambience is an 11/10

Service is outstanding. Food does not match service level, ambiance or price level. Not as flavorful as expected. Enjoyable evening, just short of expectations for the setting.

Absolutely fabulous experience. We’ve been here twice and the food is just outstanding (love out much local they source), the interior is stunning, the service is wonderful…. If you have something to celebrate, come here! There’s not a bad thing on the menu.

We were surprised they only offered a buffet because we’d heard so much about this restaurant. Alas, the food was tasty and the service was good.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday last night at Tia Carmen and we had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. But what really stood out was the hostess. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and sweet. Her energy set the tone for a fantastic evening. I genuinely loved everything about this place and can’t wait to come back!
