Chicken dish very, very dry. Rice tasteless. Endive salad was very good. Waitress surly. Other diners who had fish entrees rated them excellent. Stick to the fish.

We requested a table outside over looking the pond. We were told that it was first come- first serve with no guarantee. When we got there a few minutes early and there was a table for four empty outside we asked to be seated, we could not, we were told it was reserved. The party did not come to be seated for 20 minutes. We are loyal and frequent customers for many years and we are disappointed for the first time!

We were seated promptly and the restaurant was busy for at Friday, but not overly busy. Service was very slow. It took a long time for our meals to be served. My kids had salmon and cod, and their meals were fine. I ordered the falafel bowl, and the falafel patty was cold in the middle. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed.

We wanted to find a new place. Tired of just having Italian food to choose from in our hood. So so glad we tried Thyme Lovely looking restaurant in a house. With a very pleasant front of house greeting. Good service. Most restaurants are short staffed and I so appreciate how hard Waitstaff work these days. Food was nicely prepared. My husband announced that the mussels appetizer was the best he’s ever had! Entrees was really good. Chicken cooked a minute or two too much. But still tasty. Salmon was nicely done. Definitely coming back. In fact can’t wait.

the food was very good, we were seated on the second floor where there was not much of a view . I don't know how the first floor is decorated being it was my first time but the decor on the second floor could use a refresh. I will go back for the food alone .

My ladyfriend and I have been here often. We sat⁰ outside looking at the duck pond and the old style houses of Roslyn on a breezy night. She ordered l Pan Roasted Icelandic Cod with crispy potatoes, broccolini. carrots. Brussel sprouts in a red pepper sauce. It wss excellent we share everything in food. I ordered a special Wild Red Snapper sauted in a thin breading with fingerling potatoes broccolini, carrots and Brussel sprouts in a brown sauce. It was very good. We shared a dessert of an apple tart with Vanilla Gelato, tasty . The meal and service as usual was terrific

Their Waiters need to be trained . They are forgetful ,they do not even come to your table to ask if everything is okay. My knife fell on the floor requested a new one it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to bring me another knife. Told them it was a birthday celebration it was like it was never mentioned. The food is good, the location is great so i will go back for that reason only but will know what to expect this time from the service.
