   Perfect for a special occasion. Service was excellent. Portions of entree was perfect. Everything we ordered was delicious!

   Our first time at Thyme for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! From great cocktails at the bar with very friendly staff, the food was amazing tasty well presented and we were not rushed. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and was hot. The wait staff were pleasant. We will definitely be back.

   While the view is nice-the food and service are subpar. If you want a true upscale experience go to Oak!

   Thyme RTG is always a great time. The food, staff, and atmosphere are the recipe for a great vibe! Proper cocktails and the new happy hour menu never disappoint. My happy place!

   We had a lovely dinner at Thyme Rooftop Grille. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent, and the beautiful setting overlooking the Delaware & Lehigh Rivers was terrific. We started with the delicious Crispy Chicken Dumplings. Our entrees included the Braised Short Ribs (always a favorite!) and the Lobster Tail with Saffron Risotto...both excellent choices. For dessert we shared the Banana Cheesecake and thoroughly enjoyed it. We've eaten here several times ad always find it to be a great choice. HIghly recommend.

   We dined on the rooftop and enjoyed the view. There was a lot of activity down below when we first arrived and could get a bit loud but as the night progressed the noise from the street dissipated. Appys were delicious, don’t miss the burrata toast, and the service was outstanding.

   Arrived at 7:45 for a 7:30 reservation on Sunday night. Waited To order a drink 20 minutes after being seated, Went to the bar to get a cocktail to bring back to table, couldn’t wait any longer. When waiter finally came to table we were told kitchen closes at 8:00 and needed to order. Ordered bottle of wine to have with meal, food came , not wine. Had to ask again for wine bottle we ordered. Wine came asked for grated cheese for pasta I ordered, had to ask twice to get. Overall, food good, service was terrible!!

   Overall we had a lovely time, all staff members were courteous and friendly. The menu was varied so we had difficulty making our choices. The food was good.

    We usually love this restaurant, but something was different this time. The hostess did not smile when we arrived. When she took us to our table (outside, as requested), she initially sat us in the area of the rooftop that is cramped (it's more of a lounge with smaller tables packed together where my wife and I have no choice but to cram in side-by-side) and covered (it was a beautiful night outside, so we didn't want to be sheltered in). There were at least a dozen open tables, including some along the railing with the best view. We asked to switch tables, and the hostess seemed annoyed, saying the only table we could have was one against the rooftop wall, between several other patrons, instead of the many open tables. After sitting down for a few minutes, we saw a couple arrive (well after our reservation) and sit at the table by the railing while other patrons sat down at one of the more intimate tables that our hostess had bypassed. Our waiter seemed pleasant at first but then scoffed when we said we wanted to order an appetizer to enjoy with our first drink before ordering entrees. The last time we went there, the food came out so quickly, and our dining experience felt rushed. Our appetizer hadn't arrived yet, but he returned with a somewhat demanding, "Are you ready to order your entrée?"Also, when my wife asked if they still had their Mezcal specialty cocktail, our waiter responded, "No, we don't," and didn't offer an alternative or suggest asking the bartender to make a similar drink. Now, my wife could have asked, but she shouldn't be necessary. The food quality remains excellent (especially their egg rolls), but the portions don't justify the cost. If the atmosphere and service had been more inviting, I might have ignored the smaller plates. Last but not least, my wife was disturbed by a girl seated next to us not wearing a bra under a see-through shirt. I consider this restaurant to be classy, and allowing that was unacceptable. #dresscode
