Thyme Kitchen & Craft Beer
The staff was very nice and helpful, we had a fantastic time. The restaurant is very cool and has a great atmosphere.
Waitress was not friendly. Didn’t make eye contact or greet us or interact with us. She didn’t know the special that were advertised on social media. She didn’t offer specials. She charged us for the table next to us and then caught her error because our bill was twice their’s. My grits had the strangest texture and I love grits. We went for a birthday and it was quite disappointing. Not our first time and always hoping it will be better than what it is.
Delish!!! One of the best restaurants in Peoria! Please update your BEER list!
Food was good. Fish and chips were AWESOME! The salmon burger was just so-so. Charcuterie was great. Drinks were also awesome. But, it was soooo cold inside. We are quickly and wanted to leave. No lingering because it was just too cold to enjoy just sitting and chatting. We love Thyme and have been multiple times but this is the first time I’ve been anxious to leave.
Pasta in a Jar was not good at all and had very little chicken in it, food was not very hot. Drinks took 30 min and they where not busy!
Restaurant was good, but dining area was very cold. Their thermostat showed the inside temperature at 49 degrees. In addition, there were several kids running around upstairs. It sounded like galloping Clydesdales on the lower level. Sort of a shame.
The food and beer were great. Amber was a terrific server.
Excellent experience as always! Food and service are top notch!!!
Another home run! Thyme has outstanding service and food! Great price point and awesome atmosphere.
A very good dining experience. We got seated right away with reservation. Food quality and presentation was excellent. I would recommend for any kind of celebration dinner or taking a date out.
We had the ahi tuna tacos with a side of fries, the Nashville hot chicken, and a couple beer flights. Great presentation, food was great (especially the Nashville hot chicken), atmosphere and decor was great, and our waitress, Lindsey, was amazing. 10/10 will go again.
My two friends and I came over from Bloomington. This was our first visit.... the food was great but whoever was hosting and sat us at our table was very “unfriendly”. At one point we needed extra silverware and couldn’t locate our server so when the host happened to walk by us we kindly asked him if he could help us, he said absolutely nothing, walked away, came back and tossed our silverware on table and again said nothing to us even after we told him “ thank you”, I would think restaurants would be sure to have a welcoming friendly host to welcome their guests. Food was great.... service and friendliness horrible. Who was this unfriendly and very rude male host that worked last Wednesday?
Once again, Thyme never fails. I frequent all of Travis’ restaurants, and today was no disappointment. The Farm Salad with chicken was delicious. Service excellent, as always. Frequent flyer for Thyme!!!
I hope you bring back the parfait appetizer.
At our table it was very dark.
Excellent food and drinks!
This place is awesome! Our server was fast, efficient, food was awesome, drink selection was outstanding, and atmosphere is excellent! 100% recommend! Prices are very reasonable.
Food and service very good. Bison burger sandwich is delicious!
My husband and I dined in for a date night. The food and drinks were very good. We were slightly annoyed that the appetizer we ordered came out about 10 minutes after our entrees. Little acknowledgment for the inconvenience was given. Had we known that it would be served until after the entrees we wouldn’t have ordered it at all.
Thyme never disappoints! We had a fantastic meal with wonderful libations to compliment!
We went to dinner with friends on New Years Eve. Everything was fantastic! Didn’t have to wait for our table, our server was very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was excellent. A perfect evening! Thank you. We will be back soon.
Amazing, eclectic food! We love coming here! Awesome ambience!
Creative menu of hearty starters, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Craft beer selection is extensive and the cocktails are well made. I dine here every time I’m in Peoria.
I had the bourbon glazed pork which was fantastic. We also had the bacon jam and Brie and the corn fritters. Both were very tasty.
The server was attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered a bourbon flight which was nice.
It was a great date night. The prices are reasonable, but it can’t be an every week place.
We are very happy to have a restaurant available for dining in at this time! Thank you!
Server didn't want to be there. Refills slow food good hunt down server for bill. Hunt down salt and pepper i worked more than employees and only one other table had people
Great cocktails and great food! Like going to eat at Thyme because I can eat gluten free !
Brussels sprouts are great! Bison burger and vegetarian tenderloin are
Came in for my birthday weekend, Travis was an amazing waiter and took fantastic care of us. The food was amazing and the price was reasonable. We will be back for sure!
Great meal and wonderful staff. Never a disappointment
Great experience. Good food. Little to dark under the upper seating. Had to use flash light to read menu.
Our food was brought to the table close to an hour after we got there. The fried brussel sprout appetizer was burnt, crumbly, and dry. 2 of the 6 entrees came out cold. Once we waved down our waitress she took them back to the kitchen while the rest of us ate. She then brought the 2 new burgers out and they were still just lukewarm. The waitress never came back to the table to ask how things were until she brought our bills. We had to ask to get the burgers discounted and the manager didn’t come over to the table until we asked our server to speak to her. On the bright side they did make cute mocktails for 2 of us who couldn’t drink.
Awesome staff, wide menu of brews. Food was all good. Loaded fries, fried cauliflower, brisket, Mac n cheese all excellent.
This was my first visit to Thyme, and I was not disappointed! I loved being able to create my own beer flight, and I found a couple new favorites. Our fried Brussels sprouts appetizer was exceptional as were our entrees! Loves the warehouse district ambiance and the staff were attentive and prompt without being clingy! I’m anxious to visit again!
The service was awful, fortunately they took care of it on the bill. However, I would still rather pay for the meal and have good service, then a discounted bill with poor service
I was just going to let things slide, but OT asked for the review so here it is. Definitely our worst experience at Thyme by far. Our kids food came in a timely manner, but then ours took an additional 30 minutes. Upon asking whether our food was coming our server responded like we were crazy. When it finally did come, no apology was offered.
At that point our kids were antsy so we had to choke down our food. I still took the time to notice that the shrimp on my dish were the tiny cheap ones you get at Costco for $20/bag. I also noticed that the grits on my plate were surrounded by a ring of ketchup. The server tried to convince me it was a mole. It was not.
It’s a shame, really. Thyme was one of our favorite spots in the area. It’s not like we’ll never go back, but damn, it’s gonna be a while. A long while.
Enjoy the experience food and service
We showed up a little earlier than our reservation time and the hostess was awesome and was able to seat us right away. Food was good, but our service was poor. I think our waiter had to much going on at once and totally forgot about us. When we were finished we waited over 30 minutes to get our check and have plates cleared.
Met with friends we hadn’t seen in years. Waitress was extremely patient with us while taking our time to order and just relax. Serving size was plentiful. Drinks were good but a little short for the cost.
Fun place before a show at the Civic Center
Amazing food and atmosphere, we will definitely making another trip!
