We are a family run business and take pride in providing a welcoming all-inclusive atmosphere with a focus on seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients. You can expect to find fresh modern seafood dishes highlighting traditional ingredients of the coastal and low country Carolinas along with updated classic cocktails. We are excited to be a part of the Brooklyn Arts District and are located on the corner of N 4th and Swann. The dining room is a repurposed 1920's bungalow that was relocated with the help and support of our friends at HWF to keep it from being demolished. Upon visiting the restaurant, you will see care taken to preserve the beauty of the original building including but not limited to original windows and original floors. Our name, three10, is derived from the original address, 310 Bladen.

We are close to the Brooklyn Arts Center, Wilson Center, Live Oak Pavilion and downtown Wilmington.

Impressive menu and beautiful presentation of entrees. Service was top notch as was our food. We ate on the outside porch which was very inviting and comfortable. Only suggestion is that they get a more diverse selection of gin :)

A wonderful date night on a summer evening... We started with a dozen broiled oysters-- large and flavorful -- and signature cocktails. Wonderful. He had the tomahawk pork chop; I enjoyed the quail. Each was accompanied by unique side dishes (delicious!) Service was attentive and friendly. We'll be back! Thanks again to the 310 Team for a lovely evening out!

I had 6 local oysters to start and they were deicious. My wife and I had the crispy red snapper with fresh vegetable. The fish dish was fabulous. We can't wait to come back

We arrived @8:15 for our @8:30 reservation and they were very busy but able to seat us right away. The dining room is attractive and comfortable but I would love to sit on the porch next time. Interesting craft cocktail list, I tried the Witch Doctor and it was delicious. Kate was our server and very attentive and pleasant even on a very busy Saturday. I had the Grilled marinated swordfish who's was fresh and perfectly cooked . My husband had Scallops and Shrimp, also excellent. Great place and we'll be back soon.

It was a great experience again! The food & drinks were excellent. Our waitress was prompt, friendly, & added to the enjoyment of the evening. We commented to ourselves about the noise, but it didn't detract from our conversation or experience. Everyone was having a great time!

Everything we had was delicious. We had raw oysters, the cornmeal biscuits and the tuna tartar as appetizers. Then the Shrimp and Scallops and grits and the octopus and chorizo special. The cocktails were also very good. Highly recommend it all.

All was great, food was excellent, except we felt rushed. We were finished in less than an hour, even with taking a bit of time at the end to finish a glass of wine. Timing with our mains came immediately after we finished our appetizer.

A wonderful dinner for our date night. We had raw oysters which were delicious. We got the tuna and the quail for our entrees. The tuna was very good but fairly basic. The quail was amazing- lots of flavor, unique combination and hearty. We also got the blueberry dessert with an exciting lemon poppyseed ice cream. Overall we loved our evening and would recommend!

Oysters on half shell are always a must. Grilled yellowfin tuna entrée served a perfect medium rare and very flavorful. Shrimp and scallop entrée on point as well.

Our server (Caroline) was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended delicious options(hush puppies, tuna tartare, swordfish entree and the scallop risotto). The drinks were delicious! The room was a bit loud and crowded (the tables are fairly close together). Definitely a place we will come back to!

Waitress was wonderful and accommodating to all our requests. Very pleasant experience. Enjoyed my meal immensely-Octopus and crab appetizer, shrimp and scallops and grits entree. Delicious! My husband ordered the NC oysters and enjoyed his appetizer. His tuna entree was lacking. Not flavorful and cut too thick and fried-wouldn’t order again.

Very limited indoor seating - only outside available despite reserving several days ahead. If you want to eat inside, reserve early! Outdoor dining is still lovely, though very hot until the sun sets (in summer obviously) There are ceiling fans but they don't cover the whole porch, so also don't keep flies away. We still had a good experience, just be aware. Service is always good - attentive staff who always get orders right. Lovely people with great attitudes make for a pleasant meal. All staff is willing to help out so you won't be kept waiting even if your assigned server gets busy. Menu is small but the seafood was all excellent. Very limited options for anyone who does not eat seafood. The only meat option was peanut encrusted pork, so this is not the place for anyone with multiple allergies. Salads were very good.

We were outside tables are a little bit close together or party of four felt that we were being a little bit loud but it was unavoidable. Food was outstanding is always service. Great. I really like 310.

Our server was AMAZING! She picked up on the fact my husband drinks a lot of water and offered us large water glasses. The bacon/collard broiled oysters I could have eaten all day. The scallops and shrimp were very good but the star of the dish was the grits with ham. Very nice quaint little house convenient to Live Oak Pavilion. We would definitely consider returning next time we're in town.
