We are a family run business and take pride in providing a welcoming all-inclusive atmosphere with a focus on seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients. You can expect to find fresh modern seafood dishes highlighting traditional ingredients of the coastal and low country Carolinas along with updated classic cocktails. Come back often to take advantage of our rotating drafts and new menu items.

We are excited to be a part of the Brooklyn Arts District and are located on the corner of N 4th and Swann. The dining room is a repurposed 1920's bungalow that was relocated with the help and support of our friends at HWF to keep it from being demolished. Upon visiting the restaurant, you will see care taken to preserve the beauty of the original building including but not limited to original windows and original floors. Our name, three10, is derived from the original address, 310 Bladen.

We are close to the Brooklyn Arts Center, Wilson Center, Live Oak Pavilion and downtown Wilmington.

Perfect from start to finish! Started with a dozen oysters, hush puppies and then I had the red snapper and my husband had the shrimp and scallops! Always great and sitting outside on a gorgeous evening was just the icing on the cake. Our server was also outstanding!! Always our go to!!

Never disappoints! Tonight was no exception. The tuna Tatar appetizer was super fresh and beautifully presented . Could have doubled as a light entree, and in fact was! I had the lightly crusted red snapper served on an amazing bed of corn,okra, and a crumbled biscuit finished in a light lemon cream sauce. Divine! We both stayed with seafood dishes, but I have had their bone in pork chop in previous dinners. It's one of the best I have had anywhere. Their salads are also top-notch, fresh greens lightly dressed. Unfortunately, I have nothing to say regarding desserts. Usually too satisfied to try one! Note: We reserved spots at the bar - fun and lively after 7:30 or so. Tables on the outside deck are very nice, weather permitting,

This is definitely a restaurant that I would recommend. The food quality and service were about as good as you can get without going into the 5 star category. The experience reminded me of such a place. I'm very happy to discover Three10. This may very well be the best food in Wilmington right now.

We sat at the bar and got a front row seat to the amazing cocktails. We shared small plates and I was very excited to have so many gluten free options - the golden corn hushpuppies with pepper jelly may have been my favorite but the Tuan tartare was also amazing. Hard to decide!

Order the oysters with the collards and bacon was good but needed to be cooked a little longer for all the flavors to mix. Had the hanger pork chop and was over cooked which made it a little dry. Had a lot of flavor just cooked a little to much.

Three10 was amazing! The food and drinks were so good but I would recommend definitely booking in advance and sitting outside or at a table. We sat at the bar and it wasn't the best atmosphere visually & service wise.

It was a lovely night so full house. Getting our meal was slow. The meal itself was great. For the price of the entrees, I feel you should st least get a salad or bread at the table. We waited a long time with no food.

Impressive menu and beautiful presentation of entrees. Service was top notch as was our food. We ate on the outside porch which was very inviting and comfortable. Only suggestion is that they get a more diverse selection of gin :)

A wonderful date night on a summer evening... We started with a dozen broiled oysters-- large and flavorful -- and signature cocktails. Wonderful. He had the tomahawk pork chop; I enjoyed the quail. Each was accompanied by unique side dishes (delicious!) Service was attentive and friendly. We'll be back! Thanks again to the 310 Team for a lovely evening out!

We went 3 times in 2 weeks with family and visitors. It is THAT delicious. From appetizers to main courses… everything is perfect. We sat on the porch each time-lovely! And the staff are always so pleasant!!

I had 6 local oysters to start and they were deicious. My wife and I had the crispy red snapper with fresh vegetable. The fish dish was fabulous. We can't wait to come back

We arrived @8:15 for our @8:30 reservation and they were very busy but able to seat us right away. The dining room is attractive and comfortable but I would love to sit on the porch next time. Interesting craft cocktail list, I tried the Witch Doctor and it was delicious. Kate was our server and very attentive and pleasant even on a very busy Saturday. I had the Grilled marinated swordfish who's was fresh and perfectly cooked . My husband had Scallops and Shrimp, also excellent. Great place and we'll be back soon.

It was a great experience again! The food & drinks were excellent. Our waitress was prompt, friendly, & added to the enjoyment of the evening. We commented to ourselves about the noise, but it didn't detract from our conversation or experience. Everyone was having a great time!

Everything we had was delicious. We had raw oysters, the cornmeal biscuits and the tuna tartar as appetizers. Then the Shrimp and Scallops and grits and the octopus and chorizo special. The cocktails were also very good. Highly recommend it all.
