   The food was delicious. The restaurant is a little loud just because of how it’s set up. The restaurant is really gorgeous and definitely has a lot of original features. It has been added to our special occasion list of places to go.

   Lovely ambience and staff. Unfortunately, the food, though well thought out, was underwhelming. The dishes looked pretty and appealing. Crispy skin striped bass was cooked perfectly but it should have been the star, instead it was overwhelmed by bacon. Smoked mushrooms and charred baby corn, a nice concept for a vegetarian dish, was quite bland.

   Although the menu was small, the food was prepared with thought and interest for the diner. The Stripped Bass was excellent as were the Diver Scallops. The service was superb. I shouted kudos to the kitchen staff as we left. I would dine there again and again.

   This was our first time at Three10. We haven't found any restaurants in Wilmington, NC that rise up to the level of what we have back in the Washington, DC area. Three10 was a welcome change. The location was very nice and intimate with a great open kitchen concept. Everyone was very nice and the service was spot on - from our bartender/server Claire to the owners Amy and Matt. Our drinks were amazing. The broiled oysters were fantastic. We picked the ones with bacon, greens, and cornbread crumbles. The tuna tartare missed a bit. We enjoyed the freshness of the sushi-grade tuna, but it was missing flavor and acidity - maybe some fresh lemon juice, salt, etc. Our main dishes were the duck confit and the striped bass base but substituted the scallops for the fish. That dish was amazing. The duck confit was delicious. It was cooked to perfection and came with an apricot mostarda and polenta fries. I felt te polenta fries were a tad salty and needed a sauce or something to counter the saltiness of both the duck confit and fries. One or two improvements will definitely take this place to the highest level. We definitely recommend.

    We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the porch watching the sunset. Our server was delightful and the service just right. Both of our meals were excellent and the portions are just right. One of our go-to spots in Wilmington.

    Everything was great. Black garlic Caesar salad and hush puppies were the stars of the show. Dishes served with the "bowl" presentation. Sauce and starch with protein on top. Had crispy skin striped on rice and it was great. Wife had diver scallops on quinoa which was also very good. Service is excellent and nice atmosphere. Would come back

    My wife & I ate at three10 last night. In all respects, an outstanding restaurant & dining experience. Booked a table thru OpenTable without a problem. Street parking was available -- a spot only a few steps from door had our name written on it (not literally!). The Witch Doctor cocktail was nicely chilled; well-rounded in flavor, a bit on the sweet side, but not unpleasantly. Snapper (striped bass was not on the menu last night) was just a bit on the salty side--but again, not unpleasantly--really nicely sauced. Served over a nutty, well seasoned grain. We started with a dozen oysters, which I love altho I am not an expert (e.g., these were from Beaufort, NC, but about oysters I too little for that to mean much to me). The interior space is light and pleasant. Tables are set apart comfortably--one does not feel crowded. Water was served in a carafe and had a very faint plastic-y taste--perhaps it was packed originally in a plastic bottle. I am blanking out on the name of the dessert but it was just about perfect. It was a cream base, more mealy than ice cream, but not stiff like cheesecake, with an apple compote and sliced almonds in the center. Portion sizes are, in my estimation, perfect. They are just a bit small-ish by traditional American standards, but suit both my wife and I without question (and in the U.S.A. restaurant portions in general have in the recent past begun downsizing to a more international amount). Table service by Clara, who also tends bar, was excellent...friendly, appropriately attentive. I heartily recommend this restaurant, period; we can't wait for a "good excuse" to go back.

    Amazing food and awesome service from Claire and Curran at the bar. Inside is pretty loud, but sitting at the bar the sound is a bit lower and you get to watch the chefs in all their glory putting together the plates. We loved every bite!

    We love trying new places on our date night and three10 did NOT disappoint. The service was great, the food was excellent and I loved that you could see into the HUGE kitchen from the dining room. The cost was in line with the quality and portions of the dishes that we had. We will absolutely be back.

    Another wonderful find in a town full of them. Charming and attractive location in a converted historic home. The oysters were fresh and clean. The beet-ginger-thyme mignonette was a new series of flavors. The hush puppies with pepper jelly were a nice treat for my gluten free wife. The crispy skinned striped bass was expertly seasoned and wonderfully crisp. Seared diver scallops had great color and prepared well. Craft cocktails are a strength. If you don’t mind a stronger drink I recommend the witch doctor. Wine choices are limited but what’s there is reasonably priced and food appropriate.

    Food is fresh, innovative, and delicious. We really appreciate the very well curated 'Mocktails" list - one of the best in town! So tired of going to very nice restaurants and for zero alcohol beverages, they just say "Oh, our bartender can make you anything" but no specialized mocktails list is offered. Three10 offers creative and unique mocktail choices.

    Good location, weird parking. Greeted with lovely seafood-y aroma on a cold winter’s night. Food overall was good to excellent—tuna tartare and Caesar salad both excellent. Wine list, meh. Fish with cornbread “gnocchi” was excellent, gumbo well below average (no oomph, need to rev up a few notches). No large sparkling water—🤨. Cozy confines, bit noisy—need more to dampen noise (better drapes, more rugs?). Dessert menu sounds good, too full to try. Service was cheery, knew menu, no mistakes. Will return—top echelon for ILM.

    Our meal was fantastic! The seafood was so fresh and delicious. Our waitress was extremely helpful, provided great recommendations and worked with the chef to help tweak an entree for one of our GF family members. Highly recommend the hush puppies, which happened to also be GF. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town visiting family.
