Over the years I have traveled extensively throughout Italy in search of new ideas, recipes, and great wines to bring back to Three Tomatoes. The source of inspiration continues to be the simple, fresh, healthy and local foods of Trattoria style cooking. Eating in a Trattoria in Italy is like eating with an Italian family. The mood can be relaxed or boisterous, but always friendly. It is a home away from home and a gathering place for friends. I have tried to capture the warmth of the trattoria kitchen with its open fire, the aroma of simmering sauces, roasted meats, grilled fish and pizza baking in our custom built wood fired oven. Our newly revised wine list has been enhanced by selections of distinction and value inspired by attending Vinitaly, Slow Food's Terra Madre and visiting vineyards throughout Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. Three Tomatoes has captured some of the spirit that makes wine, food, and conviviality such an important part of trattoria life.

We always have a great meal here! The pizza is the best. Never disappointed. We sat at the bar and our server was Pauline. She was so busy and it never affected service. She was very attentive and pleasant. Thank you for a great night.

We live near Lebanon and love dining at Three Tomatoes! The food is consistently excellent, our waitress friendly and professional even when extremely busy. I had requested that we sit at a booth if possible since my husband is hard of hearing. The hostess had received my online request and was able to seat us at the last booth remaining. We did go early (5:45) knowing the restaurant would be full later and our request would be difficult to honor. Thank you, staff at Three Tomatoes for another excellent meal. It is always a pleasure!

We’ve enjoyed many good meals here. Last night’s pasta bolognese was WAY overpowered with garlic! and very light on the sauce. I was provided a side of marinara sauce upon request to try to tone down the garlic and render the dish to a more typical bolognese. Maybe this recipe was true to a different Italian region and unique to what I’ve enjoyed for decades. I would not order it again. My two companions were pleased with their meals. We appreciate that this restaurant is open 7 days! It was nice to walk from the Opera House after the concert and have a place to dine.

Our food was delicious and nicely presented. Our waiter was very busy but was always friendly and professional. Our only "complaint" is that when the restaurant is full it is very noisy and it's difficult to carry on a conversation. However, we highly recommend Three Tomatoes and will go back!

Another great dining experience at Three Tomatoes! Our party of 4 each enjoyed our meals and our drinks. And our server (she goes by Fish) provided excellent and timely service as well. It was a home run!!
