Chef Norman is no longer involved, and he is being missed.
The food was incredible! Almond cocconut sticky bun, buttermilk fried chicken and french toast, huevos rancheros, breakfast sandwich, french toast, AWESOME!! Bottomless mimosas were great, but weren’t refilled that frequently. The bathroom needs a little bit more lighting.
Pleasantly surprised: We had no idea what to expect, but everything was great. I thought the food was a bit heavy on the salt, but my boyfriend loved it. He enjoys his salt. I would definitely go back.
This place was so good! The music (cuban) and the dining room decoration (art deco) were beautiful and the food was amazing. We had an incredible burrata (with papaya, prosciutto and kimchi) and fingerling potatoes that were crispy to perfection, the fried chicken with a thick creamy french toast and smoked maple syrup highlighted by sprigs of thyme, the huevos rancheros, the burnt cheesecake and the cold brew dessert. Everything was so good and our server was great! You def go if you have the chance
Four of us where there for Sunday night dinner. We ordered the cheese beignets, which were very good and the puffed onion, which was terrible. The avocado served with the onion tasted frozen, the puffed onion part was tasteless, and the mole at the bottom of the bowl didn't help. The greens in the Swank Farms Greens were great, but among our four salads, I doubt there was a half piece of bacon or more than half-an-ounce of blue cheese. The crust on the 48 hour fried chicken was perfect, but the meat hadn't seen any salt in 48 hours. The pumpkin Agnolottii had barely a taste of stone crab. Maybe there are three competing chefs with separate visions of what constitutes a good meal. If so, at least one doesn't understand.
Service was extremely slow!! We spent there at least 4 hours.
Went back for another excellent New Years Eve feast. As usual Three did not disappoint. Excellent service, amazing food, and great ambiance.
Great Meal. Chef in the center of it all making sure all is perfect. What more could you ask for. 48 hour chicken is amazing.
The service was excellent. The ambiance is great. We sat at the bar and watched the kitchen in action. We were there for a 7:pm dinner so the place wasn’t very busy hence not that much to see happening in the kitchen. The food was good but I was underwhelmed.
Outstanding delicious food, Brian Vaughn is an amazing chef. The service is always first class!
Marvelous experience at so many levels. We went there for Christmas eve, we had the 7-course tasting menu. Which was creative, beautifully presented and so delicious. Particularly the oysters, the crudo, agnolotti, frito misto.… well…everything. The chef Brian Vaughn was on top of everything and he came to our table, and it was wonderful to meet him. David and Jey Cee took such a good care of us. They make you feel pampered without invading you. David helped us too choose an amazing wine. And both him and Jey Cee made sure that we had a wonderful Christmas Eve. We will definitely come back. We hope that David and Jey Cee take care if us to enjoy the amazing menu of this amazing chef.
In short, tHe service was outstanding and the food was fabulous!
We were lucky enough to be able to order the tasting menu for Miami Art Week; amazing food paired with curated cocktails - foodie bliss! We also had to try the cheese beignets and they did not disappoint! We were also lucky to get a preview taste of an upcoming dessert, burnt cheesecake and guava sorbet - delicious!
We would highly recommend Three; the staff, the chef, the food, and the vibe were all outstanding!
The food was amazing & the chef put unique ingredients together to create a flavorful dish. Hands down the scallops were my favorite, followed by the cauliflower (don’t assume you’ve had roasted cauliflower before).
Service was excellent. Just the right amount of being attentive. Bartender...the cocktails...wish I had not been driving because I wanted more! Even the hostess was perfect.
It’s an amazing place with a variety of great foods. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recos! We loved everything! Be sure to try the puffed onion - unlike anything I’ve ever eaten and so delicious.
Everything was awesome, sat at counter and watched the cooks create their magic. Everything was amazing, we will be back
Incredible experience! The manager is excellent! Superb service!
Great beautiful restaurant. Had a fantastic thxsgiving dinner. Located in a very hip area. Highly recommend this restaurant.
All around spectacular experience. Food was amazing and our entire party of 8 left extremely satisfied.
We were greeted and chose to sit at the counter. Our server Marisa was great. First started with a banana infused smoked cocktail, can’t remember the name, but delicious Smokey tropical sumptuous libation. She proceeds to explain in detail (and with a smile) the specials. We opted for the oysters, cauliflower and the world famous fried chicken. The presentation as excellent and the taste was superb, fresh, balanced and delicate.
During the meal we got to chat with the sous chef Ed who was also very friendly and courteous. With much excitement he announced to us that his cashew cheese was alive and was rather enthusiastic about what he was going to make with it. It was refreshing to see this level of excitement and creativity.
Will definitely go back.
Always great meal and amazing personalized service at Three by Melisa this time and off course Hostess by Patricia. Our lovely dinning experience gets better every time.
First time in resto... definitively will come back!!!
The food was amazing as well as the service. I would recommend getting there earlier in the day if you are looking to do the bottomless drinks, because I arrived at 2:30pm and most of the drinks were finished. Overall the food was great and the server was awesome.
Definitely recommend the puffed onion, duck confit buns, and huevos rancheros. Fried chicken is too good to pass up. Drinks are great and reasonably priced. Will be back, no doubt!
Great, very nice staff!
Staff are amazing. Chicken is incredible.
It was great! Will be there again
Service was spectacular from the moment we walked in, every dish we tried was amazing. We will return. Highly recommended for brunch.
Great food and service
Went for Saturday brunch. The food is very creative, well prepared and delicious. I will definitely go again.
Cool vibe but done before. The food was okay at best
What a lovely lunch service on Sunday Oct 28. A special thanks to our attentive server "D", sorry forgot her name, and to David for checking in on us through out the meal. Will definitely return!
Food there is always good and service is untouchable. Restaurant was surprisingly empty but it was not a problem for us as we were not looking for a big scene. The menu was reduced but still same quality in ingredients and preparation.
Algunos platillos muy ricos...y otros muy buenos
First of all the food was incredible! Everything was super yummy, very good quality. Wonderful service as well, super accomadating. Accidentally threw my leftovers away and literally made me extra portions to take to go which was shockingly considerate. Highly recommend!
I was a little nervous about going back after such a spectacular experience during SBWFF, but they did not disappoint. Went for an early (7:30 pm - it’s Miami - 7:30 pm is EARLY!) dinner to celebrate my dear friend’s birthday (she’s a foodie like me). They totally came through - from the attentive service to the sommelier coming over to ask if we wanted to try something different to a perfectly cooked Pittsburgh medium steak and the incredible scallop crudo, and the perfectly prepared and presented Late Bloomer cocktail - the experience was absolutely wonderful! even though we didn’t participate in the Miami Spice menu, I can say it was an exceptional offering and had I not been there for a special occasion I would have had it in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking at Three for Miami Spice in the next week! Look forward to my next meal!!
Delicious food. Beautiful space. Hostess was very kind. Server was a bit odd but nice. Great photo opps!
It was our 2nd time in Three and we were very impressed. The food quality (best Miami Spice menú so far), the service, and the environment were all exceptional.
It was a real “haute cuisine” experience in Miami
Three was a great place to visit. They were very tentative from the moment we walked in until we finished. Staff was quick, event the bartender walked by and inquired as to how we were doing. Drinks we exceptional. Will visit again!
Just loved it! will come back for sure. thanks for the amazing service.
