   We visited this restaurant as we were staying on site on one of the lodges. You can choose from two different menus; restaurant and bar menu. Lots of different food choices and was brought out in w timely manor. Food was also very tasty. The staff were all very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

   We ate at the Three Lakes every night of our 5 day stay at Waterside. We never had a bad meal. All were beautiful and felt like you were dining at a top restaurant

   Have not been here for a long time as was amazed by how nice the refurbishment was, very comfortable and modern. I ordered a drink from the bar and the waitress told me she would bring it out to me, I sat in the lounge where a previous costumer had been to have coffee, the waitress came with my drink but didn’t remove the coffee cup. Lunch was very tasty but needed to be a little hotter, veg server is in the wrong place.

   The chef was willing to adapt some things on the menu to suit our tastes. Less batter on the fish. Green veg instead of red cabbage. Ordered a vegetarian meal and waiter checked if egg wash was OK on the mushroom wellington.

   Amazing chef. It was a quiet night but he came to talk to us at the end of the meal. Excellent choice of food. Good offers/discount with wines for a month 25% !! We went at 7:30 and a two things on the menu had sold out.

   Excellent food at a good price. There was 25% off the wine when we went which was great. My daughter also ate for free with the ‘kids eat free’ offer. All the food was delicious!

    Enjoyed our food. Had to wait 45 minutes for our desert's which we felt was unacceptable as the restaurant wasn't overly busy when we booked!! Emily couldn't apologise enough for not getting our desserts to us. We were offered free coffee which we accepted by way of an apology, however, we couldn't drink it as it was too strong, despite us adding numerous amounts of sugar to try and sweeten the taste!! Carvery was of very high standard but could be better organised in where it's situated as whilst we were queueing members of staff were constantly using the side doors to obtain entrance to and from the bar and kitchen!! Serving spoons and/or tongs are definitely needed to plate up our vegetables, there wasn't much in the way if a selection of green vegetables. That certainly needs addressing. I also felt one reception staff very stressed on the day in question and not very sure what was going on with regards to Christmas and New Year event's. I know the Christmas Fayre was happening but I got the impression that she couldn't get away from me quick enough when I was enquiring the venue etc etc.
