The food was great and the entertainment was outstanding. We had a wonderful evening
The had a very good time. Enjoyed the music and his performance, singing and playing the music requested, etc.
the service was wonderful, friendly and attentive. Food was enjoyable and would recommend Three Embers to others.
The supper club was an extremely fun activity. Social distancing was observed by everyone
We enjoyed our Supper Club hosted by Marriott Lincolnshire, food by Three Embers. The menu was excellent, especially the prime rib which was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was excellent - attentive to our needs, positive attitude, very professional - wish we knew her name. The ambience in the tent was less than what we would have liked, especially for a Supper Club, but considering the pandemic circumstances, the hosts did well. The temperature of the area was chilly, but we made due with our coats. Would do this again.
We love Marriott Theatre and Three Embers! This trip, we even stayed overnight at the hotel.
The room was cold, as the outside doors were open the entire time we were there. The food was barely warm when served. The server was excellent. The entertainer sang requests and made a number of errors (forgot the lyrics, got lost, etc.). He should have performed a programmed show with time for a few requests. The flow was terrible. Once more thing - the piano was the only thing in tune that evening,
What could have been an excellent experience turned out to be not so good. This event was billed as a "Supper Club" at the Marriott. I have experienced real supper clubs and this fell short. Can you imagine a "Supper Club" only offering 1 brand of vodka and one bottle of cabernet sauvignon. This event was held in a tent that could have seated 500 people. Everyone was seated appropriate for the covid guidelines - 17 tables well spaced. I expected the food and drink to be close to the "normal" offerings of the Three Embers Restaurant but it turned out to be banquet level offerings. The entertainment was a solo piano player on a stage with no stage lighting accepting requests over text messages. In addition, the doors were open and no heat. This event certainly could have met covid guidelines and been an excellent experience with little effort but truly fell short. You really have to be starved for a night out to enjoy this.
Is this 50 words yet? I guess not so I will keep typing. Done!!!!
Live in the area and have never checked out the restaurant. It was restaurant week so $38 for a three course meal. Service was not great, very nice waiter but struggled to keep up, our entrees ended up coming out before our apps. And our desserts definitely spent some time waiting to be brought out. Food was very good however and we weren’t in a hurry so it didn’t matter to us. Wine selection is solid but red wines aren’t chilled at all so some normally solid wines struggled a bit at 70 degrees. All in all we would go back and hope for better service.
Delicious meal. Restaurant week is a must.
The menu was quite limited and seemed to be, well, fancied up. The server, Abraham, was at times attentive, at times forgetful, and at times no where to be found. Ambiance was quite nice.
We arrived early because of what we had read about slow service, and we were seated early because the restaurant was less than half full. If we had waited until our 6:30 reservation, when the restaurant was much busier, we would have likely been late for the play.
Arrived at 5:30. Had theater tickets for 8PM in the same complex. Was greeted by our waiter and ordered drinks. When drinks arrived, we order appetizers that were brought by servers.it was at least a half hour later that the waiter came to take our entree order. Again the food was brought out by servers. The waiter never checked on us or took additional drink orders. After our entrees we would have had dessert and coffee, but no one ever game to our table. Finally at 7:35 percent waved him down and all he said was I’ll get your checks. He returned and we paid and left. All that the time we spent there ( over two hours ) and we ran out of time to finish the meal . Totally unacceptable. By the way. The food was delicious. The service was terrible.
The restaurant was just great. The food delish and so fun...We attended a musical at the theater and didn't know there was such a great venue right in the hotel. Worth going to for sure!
The meal was excellent and the service was very good too. They accommodated our need to dine quickly to make the show.
Our sever was outstanding. She did an fantastic job!
Excellent dinner and great service. The scallops are outstanding!
Mary and Darlene were super awesome and friendly! The food and service was top notch.
I was hoping good things for this place. The food was great but the Service was so bad witch made it not good. I recomed they train there servers not all where bad but are server was.. not checking in no refills she finally check in after our meal was already done.
The service at three embers was terrible we waited 40 minutes to give her order the waitress was running around like a chicken with no head and they weren’t even busy food was OK overpriced for the quality of the food It was a small thin bone in ribeye not worth the money the potatoes were amazing as well as the brussels sprouts
Food so.good it's hard to believe the service was so horrible. From the hostess to the servers, the best description would be curt, one notch above rude.
It was part of our package, so we really couldn't complain. But to deal with poor service is not something I would have expected at a Marriott location.
Excellent dishes and unique combinations of sides. We had beet salad and a warm octopus appetizers. Lamb shank was very good and tender. Scallops w sauce and sides was excellent. You get the quality of Marriott chefs. Large cintemporary restaurant so you can get in.
The food was very good. Nice atmosphere, especially for a hotel restaurant. The server could have been more attentive, but was very friendly.
Our meals were delicious and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Abraham, was the best!
Our server, Habib, was fantastic. Attentive, yet not intrusive - which is elusive this day and age. Our food was top notch, overall very pleased. It was a NICE meal without being ostentatious in presentation, exactly what we were searching for on Valentines day.
Delicious food but a bit pricey. Great atmosphere.
I might have given this 5 star. The scallops are always delicious! But the chicken was so dry! The pomegranate sauce and sweet potato purée were 5 star, but the chicken was not. Not a big fan of how close the tables are. We had a lovely conversation with our neighbors but it’s just a little too close. We do love coming here after our show. The value goes up to 5 stars because of our 25 per cent discount! Old fashioned was a great drink.
Food was fantastic, but service wasn’t. They are in desperate need of people busing tables. Long after people left tables, dirty dishes just sat on the tables. The waitstaff is stretched thin so drink refills or asking how things have come out is nonexistent. Again, good is fantastic...they need to get service together.
We had Abraham as our Server and he was terrific! He made sure that our dinner was not rushed and that the various courses didn't rush each other.
Habib is the best waiter. Great personality and gave us great dinner and wine recommendations. He is a keeper 🙂
Three Embers was fine. The only problem was that they did not have my reservation that I made on "Open Table". Next time I will make the reservation directly and not rely on Open Table.
Anniversary and seeing a theater musical.
The chef is truly outstanding, with creative and delicious dishes. Our server, Habib, was helpful and fun.
There was a produce tag in my food. Mixed in at the bottom of the mashed potatoes & veggies. It was gross.
We were with a group of 6, and everyone of us enjoyed our meals. I started out with the beat salad, fantastic and had the Honey BBQ Brisket, Outstanding! Others had the steak, fish and scallops. All very good. We look forward to going back.
Exceptional food experience. Waiter was gracious and attentive but overworked with exit deadline for theatergoers. Still, top notch dining experience.
The woman who makes the omelets is amazing. Our servers overall, and we go several times a year, are a bit unattentive. We know this is because they get an automatic 20% tip when we are really doing our
own serving at the buffet. Difficult to get a glass of juice and coffee is put down in the beginning in a pot. we do not feel the service is worth the $5 per person chip and we are there for 1 hour and serving our own selves at the buffet.
We always eat at Three Embers before the theater shows. The food is excellent and our favorite server, Habib, is The Best!
We went to Three Embers right after seeing Oliver at the theater - this was quite possibly the best lamb shank I have ever had. It was in an "open" area in the hotel so not an intimate setting at all; the bar next to the restaurant was pretty loud so that was a bit more than we expected however the quality of the food made up for it - I would honestly say that this was better than Wildfire but also a bit more expensive overall. Limited menu
We always go to Three Embers for dinner after a play at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre. The food is very good and the menu is varied and changed frequently enough that we don't mind going after each of the 5 plays put on each season.
Three Embers is rated 4.2 stars by 276 OpenTable diners.
Yes, you can generally book this restaurant by choosing the date, time and party size on OpenTable. Due to local restrictions, this restaurant may not be accepting reservations at the moment.
