   We just moved to Pittsburgh from NY and found this place. Truly awesome. Great food, great service and enjoyed the different ciders and pizza. Can’t wait to go back.

   Pizza was fantastic. So was the Caesar salad. We enjoyed trying the cider. Great service. Will most definitely be back!

   Great place for a casual date night! I love how they have cards on the table to tell the staff if you need them, otherwise they leave you alone. Food & drinks were awesome!

   Went on a lovely date with my husband and we absolutely loved the place. It is a nice chill space that is even great for a friends get together/hangout. They have different flavored ciders and meads and some pretty bomb pizza! Will definitely dine here again.

   I brought my 2 year old and although there’s not a kids menu the food is still kid friendly. Lots of stuff she tried and enjoyed. The overall atmosphere is good for kids which is important to me right now. I just feel like there are so many places that don’t accommodate children. They even had a Disney movie on TV which was amazing. The food was so good. We were in a group of 4 adults and each ordered a different pizza so se could try a bunch and everything was great. The flights are a great way to try a lot of drinks too. I loved the apples and honey mead and took a bottle home. You also get a free pizza for your birthday if you sign up for their mailing list so do that!!

    Limited menu the day we went, ordered the spinach dip which was very good. First time there, most ciders were dry or tart. Cherry cider we liked best.

    We had an excellent time at Threadbare. There was excellent service and a great deal of beverage choices. The pizza is amazing and we are very glad we gave this place a try. They also have trivia on some nights!

    Sat inside upstairs. Quiet Weds night - fine by us. Had a few pizzas - tasty. A variety of ciders. Enjoyed the mellow ambient tunes. All in all, a nice night.

    So many delicious cider options to choose from and you can even buy a bottle to take home. We loved the Apple and Sweet Heat pizzas. Delicious!

    We really enjoyed our evening at Threadbare Cider House! Bright indoor dining room, friendly and attentive servers, and excellent cider, appetizers, and pizza. So many wonderful flavors of cider to try. A real find, although hidden well on the North Side. We are from out of town and can't wait to go back next time we visit Pittsburgh!

    Overall our experience was good. My only comment is the waitress was not very helpful. When any of the six of us asked her a question she seemed annoyed and just kept telling us to look at the menu. Several of us made a comment about her. We did not get her name. She needs some customer service training. Jem (or Jen) was extremely friendly allowing us to enter from the lower level because it was raining heavily.

    Threadbare had a huge variety of different flavors of ciders. Highly recommend if ciders are your thing. We sat outside where you go to the waitress to order and there's a self serve water area. She was very friendly. We much preferred this setup as it removes the awkwardness of waiting for a waiter if you need water and such. Pizza was great too. We went because they had an option for vegan cheese , but was surprised to see so few of the basic toppings all pizza places has (artichokes, tomato, spinach, broccoli, etc.). Just a little surprised they had something so rare as vegan cheese, but limited on the toppings. Regardless, everything was still great. Will go again.

    It was a slow Thursday night, but the atmosphere was still great. We came with two other couples. One of the guys grew up on the street behind you guys, and he used to play ball in the parking lot in the 60s. He couldn’t believe what you have done with the building. My girlfriend and I had been there before, but the others had not. We all agreed that we would come back together. I will use my birthday club perks this month. Thanks for a great evening!

    Always seems to be a "special" pizza in addition to the regulars. Really loved the Cider Braised Beef Barbacoa Pizza during this visit. Lots of Mexican-inspired flavors with a salsa roja base, topped with fresh mozzarella, onions, Fiesta Cider braised beef barbacoa, queso blanco and an avocado crema drizzle. Delicious!

    I always have a wonderful time at Threadbare. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their cider selection. Plus the food is always yummy and the ambiance is fun and relaxed.

    As usual, the food was fresh and delicious. First time sitting inside which was bright, clean, and made for good conversation! Of course, the ciders and mixed drinks are spectacular. Try a flight to taste a variety; Fruited Flight is my favorite.
