Amazing food and staff
Food served hot. Server was a little slow but overall great place to eat
Best spot in Cleveland area. It's a hidden gem. With a little excitement in the background
We had the special bbq meal. Very good. Although you could have given a little more beef brisket and skipped the polish boy. The wait staff is very good. Very polite and attentive. Over all I would return again.
Nice to have a good restaurant in the casino with a full menu. Nice roomy tables too!
We had friends with us this particular visit. The food was great and the waiter was pleasant. We waited for the food a little longer than usual but as always it was worth the wait.
Keep going back we love it there! Great food and service! Never feel rushed very relaxing atmosphere!
Upon arriving I notified the host that we had a reservation. He never acknowledged our existence and was to busy putting menu’s away instead of seating us. He then proceeded to find us a table without place settings. We then had to chase our waitress to take our order. Terrible experience and this casino could really improve on its restaurants and servers.
Millcreek was excellent. We frequently get food to go from Millcreek and our guests loved their choices and the food they selected.
Great meal as always! Friendly service and a step up from the normal casino restaurant without breaking the bank!
We've had Thomas as our server on multiple occasions. His recommendations and service are top notch. The food here is way above average for this area considering the cost. Highly recommended by us.
The food is excellent. The Help is tremendous. They leave nothing to be desired
Food tasted really good. Carrots were partly burnt and could have been warmer.
Service by all was excellent!! Sitting in back towards the window helped cut down on the noise.
We were seated promptly at our desired reservation time. The restaurant was cold and noisy. Our entree, soup and salad was OK although we had to ask twice for water and rolls. We frequent this restaurant regularly and sometimes it is good while other times not so good.
The prime rib was cooked properly but the meat was still tough, I believe it was poor quality meat.
This restaurant is OK. We have dined here several times and usually with acceptable results.
As always excellent
Our server Thomas, was very attentive and good. The sides of asparagus and potatoes were also tasty. The poor rating due to value and food we gave is due to one item, the star of the show are beef rib roast, which was frankly quite tough and chewy. It was cooked perfectly in terms of doneness oh, but as far as texture it was almost the grade of beef I would call select, not even choice or prime. We had to drown it in au jus even make it palatable, and soften it enough to get it down very poor quality beef at least the night we were there.
The wife and I enjoyed the experience. From your bread rolls to the shrimp entrees, all were delectable. The service from the receptionist to our waiter were friendly, professional and efficient.
This was my husband and I first time. My burger was cooked perfectly!! Husband had the buffalo chicken flatbread. Very tasty, could've used more chicken.
Food, service and seating were excellent! Our server was very attentive and congenial. Will return.
The hostess and server were pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere was appropriate for a restaurant within a casino. The entrée that I ordered was good and nicely presented. The young many who served us was attentive.
It was a very nice dinner. A variety of items to choose. I picked a fire-grilled steak and my guest selected Prime Rib. Our server was very attentive.
We love to visit Millcreek Grille of Friday nights before we head over to the slush bar. We enjoy Tom as our server and he is always energetic and attentive. We both have our menu favorite and it's always very sastisfying.
got the steak special
steak came to us burnt and we asked for med
it was well and tough
the server was very polite and pleasant to talk to the food was tasty and done the way i like it pricing was average and ill probably be eating there again also restaurant was clean
Reservation was for 6:30 pm. Arrived at 6:25 pm nd was told they were not seating until 7:15 pm - 7:30 pm. I asked why did i make a reservation? I was told "I don't know.. The kitchen is backed up and I can't seat you." I asked for a manager and was told she was too busy in the kitchen to talk. I asked how will you reach me to seat me .. the hostess said you will just have to seat or stand here and wait , we have no way to reach you.
Ordered a dirty martini and it had so much olive juice we had to send them back.
Ordered the filet migon, medium and it came well done.. sent it back.. steak had a black burnt crust, and came back medium rare to rare.. I just ate it. Sauteed mushrooms were burnt and dry.
I have eaten at the bar in the past and have had no issues. I think i would stick to sandwiches and flatbreads at the bar.
We had reservations at 6pm. We arrived at 6:05 and did not get seated until 7:30. Kitchen was short-handed and they did not want to seat people even though they had several tables empty. We had to keep coming back to check if they would seat us. We missed the "6:30 slot" because we were told at 6:20 that it would still be :30 minutes or more. Food was great as usual. Disappointed in have to wait so long.
Service was quick .... Food was hot .... and server was very efficient , attentive, and personable. The hostesss was very welcoming and pleasant as well.
My husband and I had dined here a while ago and were hesitant to return because of the poor service. This time, we were promptly seated and were waited upon immediately! We split an order of the lobster fries which were served in a large bowl loaded with cheese and plenty of lobster! Since the fries filled us up, we both ordered the chicken Caesar salad and we both enjoyed it. Our sever was fast and friendly. We will return!!
Party of five for family holiday dinner. Service was very slow, waitress apologized saying they were “understaffed”. We all ordered a steak and lobster special with soup and dessert. Soup was barely lukewarm and not very good. Steaks were ordered cooked medium or medium rare. All were served extremely well done, one was burnt to a crisp. I could only eat two small bites, another was burnt so bad as to be inedible. Waitress apologized when serving them. The lobster was good. The baked potatoes were hard and tasted like they were sitting for hours. The dessert was burnt and hard, overall this was by far the worst restaurant meal I have ever had. My family’s reaction was I will never go there again.
A very nice dining experience. However, we just wish the restaurant would open earlier on weekends. I think three PM on Saturday and Sunday would be well received.
Great restaurant great experience will return soon
Good place to grab some food while at Thistledown whether you are gambling or not. The food quality is excellent... BUT... we have now been there twice and both times (once a ribeye steak and once a burger) the meat has been overcooked. Asked for Medium and it was Medium Well at best. Asked for Medium Rare and we were mistakenly served a Well Done..... If they can fix this; A-1.
I have not went to Millcreek yet and have been disappointed. The food, atmosphere and customer service is superb.
Ordered crab cakes. They were badly burned on the underside. Waitress and manager were quick to take care of the situation and gave us free dessert. First basket of rolls were hard so the waitress waited until the fresh ones came out and brought them out still nice and warm. Excellent servers.
it has been hit or miss
better when it first opened
needs to teach not to serve all your food at once
complained but on deaf ears
My Mom and I visit Millcreek at least once a month. We really enjoy the atmosphere.
The food has always been good. However, the service can be somewhat challenging at times; however, the service we received Friday night was EXCELLENT!!!
