   The atmosphere and scenery is top notch, food is dissapointing considering the price. Had the 568 sharing for 2 set. The beetroot appetiser was great, beef tallow tasted like normal beef tallow however. The tigerfish main dish was great but the chicken was dry and had little flavour. Lasty the dessert were bitter, maybe it's an aquired taste but me and my friend were not able to eat it at all. We ordered the signature cake for a birthday celebration but it took too long to arrive and had to cancel it due to the timing. I'd recommend their afternoon tea set instead of going here for dinner. It's a better experience in my opinion.

   Super moment et un personnel au petit soin . La vue est imprenable et le repas délicat et fin. Le dessert signature une tuerie, je vous la recommande. Et la vue imprenable faisait de ce moment juste incroyable !

   Came here to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. We do enjoy the ambience and atmosphere, the best of course it’s the view of twin tower (no promise you will get the best view although you made reservation earlier, 1st come 1st serve) Honestly the food is below my expectations but service is okay. If you don’t really care about the quality of the food, then just come for the view.

    I’m not sure there could be a restaurant that is as perfect as Thirty8! On every level it was outstanding as we went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary there was a small hiccup which was fixed within minutes! The food is to die for and try the signature dishes they are just amazing! Also if you’re there look out for Izha who served us just a top class person with the voice of a tenor! He sang and entertained us with his friendly delightful conversation throughout the evening! If you’re in KL do visit for sure!

    Great afternoon tea menu. Nice atmosphere and great view of twin towers. Waiters were too busy and we did get wrong things brought to our table that we had to correct but wasn’t too much of a hassle. Otherwise good service

    I was there with my friend that came from SG to this high tea session saw it online had a lot of good review so decided to gave it a try. I have to say the service was so bad. 1st -waiting time to be serve, takes around 30 minutes each time to get food to be in the table. 2nd - serve a cup of tea without a teaspoon so we request for a tea spoon waited for about 10min just for a spoon. 3rd - Your staff didn’t even serve us our ice cream dessert. He told us ice cream is on the way but we waited again believing that we can have a nice ice cream before we leave. That ice cream didn’t even appear on our table after another 10 mins wait. Lastly the bill - I already email your company regarding the high tea coupon, your email stated I can just go in and pay 188MYR. Your waiter keep asking me for Lazada or high tea coupon even after I show them the email. After paying them cash we waited a good 20 minutes just to get a change back. To be very honest my friend that came from Singapore was really upset with the service of Grand Hyatt KL. We have nice the day all plan out just because of this high tea we wasted half of our day away. We will never come back here again for High-tea.

    The floor manager (based on her outfit) was not friendly. We called her multiple times but she just ignored us. She stands next to my husband. I can hear his voice calling her from my seat definitely she can hear him. But she chose not to help us.

    Came for my husband’s 38th birthday. Staff service was great - they accommodated us with the amazing KLCC view - and the dessert + their signature cake were delicious! Their menu is not quite the typical “fancy restaurant” so there’s something for everyone.

    It was my husband’s birthday, though they do not have a complimentary cake, nor do they prepared the cake that I supposedly “Pre-order” via phone, overall we were satisfied with the service, meals & most definitely the panoramic view of the KLCC Twin Tower! We got the perfect spot for the gram hehe A MUST TO TRY: the Clam Chowder Beef Bacon

    Location was excellent and grand for a birthday celebration. The experience was warm as we stepped into Hyatt with staff at hand showing us where to go and what to do. Good job. Unfortunately the experience at thirty8 didn’t live up to the standards or expectations. The restaurant sure was busy on a Friday, but for some reason the ambience and the staff seemed lethargic and robotic. We understand that the waiter serving us has been working there for a long time. But his familiarity of guests finishing food I must say is on point that he removed our plates without even asking if we have finished. The food wasn’t up to our expectations either. Thanks for the amazing view and interior. The only good thing about the whole experience.

    The food was superb . We choose Buffet Menu .. The way buffet being handled is good to avoid food waste .So we can order as many time and the attendant will bring to us . but it take time as there is a lot of peoples to handle there.. so it reduce the appetite of eating because it like we need to wait for a course to coming
