Great food, customer service, and atmosphere! Would really recommend!
Great place for a happy hour. Not a great choice for a first date.
Food was very good and our server was very attentive and excellent. However a few things that pushed my rating down. I made a reservation for a regular table, but was brought to a bar high table and had to correct that. Then one food order came out and the other didn't. After about 5 minutes our server noticed (she wasn't the one who brought out the first order) and immediately brought out the other order. Finally this place has very loud music making it hard to hear anything.
Everything excellent, except music TOO LOUD! Difficult to have a conversation with table mates.
Great place for gathering, great food and great hospitality.
I ordered two fish entrees that were delicious, however the portions on each were skimpy
The hostess was very accommodating to us wanting an outdoor table. Great food and price point. We’ll be back!
Amazing food and service as usual!
This was first time here and would definitely come back. Our server was attentive and food came out hot. Overall was a great experience for my boyfriends birthday.
I reserved a table for 10 on Mother's day and when I arrived at the restaurant, they had a portion of our party at one table and the rest of us at another table. I explained to the manager that we would all like to sit together as we were celebrating Mother's day and my husband's birthday. I was told that they were completely booked and could not accommodate our request. I was also told that since I did not request one table, they put large groups at separate tables. Half of the restaurant was empty and when we left, there were still plenty of empty tables that stayed empty the entire time we were there. I was really disappointed in how they handled the situation. We enjoyed the food and would probably go back....just need to remember to ask that all of us sit together!
Food was great as always but very disappointed in the management. We had made a Mother's Day reservation and they separated our party into two tables. Several large tables were available with no one sitting at them and we were told they were reserved for parties that had requested a high top. It didn't make sense that those parties had their reservations honored and weren't even present yet, but our reservations were not important enough to be honored. There was not really an apology; just a take it or leave it approach by the manager. It was an awful way to start our Mother's Day celebrations and the other reserved tables that could have accommodated our party were empty for much of the time we were there. I was very disappointed with the both the outcome and the way it was handled.
Let me just say this was AMAZING! We had a great waiter named Caesar he was attentive and knowledgeable! I got a burger and fries with a beer flight and my boyfriend got a juicy IPA (recommended by Caesar) with spicy chicken Mac and cheese that was honestly the best Mac and cheese we have ever had! I went to culinary school, we have traveled to more cities than I can remember for our work and for fun and this place makes one of the top 10!
Went this past Sunday during brunch and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great time. The host, the waiter (Caesar), the food/drinks, and the outside seating was just great! Make sure to try their calamari with extra chili lime sauce ;)
Amazing ate several times last werk
Great food and service
Arrived with 6:00 reservations but she didn’t even check since they were not busy. Seated us and waitress introduced herself with a trainee. Took our drink orders and appetizers request. Got our drinks quickly snd appetizers came out just minutes ahead of our entrees. Food was just ok. Got very little attention and we sat there with dirty dishes forever. Finally guy came and picked up plates just before we got desserts. Waitress only checked on us a couple of times and we had to ask for water!!!! Don’t think we will be going back! This was a Saturday night and not really a full restaurant. Would not recommend for a nice dinner out! Might be ok for drinks ONLY!!!!
There are a couple of items on the menu that are unexpected, a Korean flare. Definitely recommend the ramen.
Very good all around. Great drink selection. Unexpectedly varied menu.
I reserved a high top table for my group on my birthday. They say me in a regular table right by the door, while there were plenty of high tops that could seat our party open. We were uncomfortable in our table so we just ate quickly and went to a restaurant next door to continue our night.
Waitress was great, food was delicious.....their team surprised us with a yummy brownie topped with ice cream. This is one of my favorite places!
Calamari was fantastic, hamburger was average. Had a great time.
Waitress that took care of us went above and beyond was very attentive!
Our table was not greeted for a long time. We had to ask a hostess where our waitress was. When our waitress finally came, we saw her to order and at the end of the meal. Other people ran our drinks, appetizers, and food. She tried to clear our table when we were still eating. I had to ask another hostess to get my waitress for something. I could see our waitress sitting on her phone rolling silverware. The hostess spoke to her, then the hostess went to get the item. The next time we saw our waitress was for the check.
Thank heavens the food is amazing, and the other staff members were great!
Last minute Easter lunch and they had reservations available! It was our first time to eat there and we were pleasantly surprised. Our son had brunch and we had entree’s, everyone was happy with the choices. We’ll go again!
All was good until our server seemed to forget about us. I could have used another adult beverage. This has never happened before and will not stop me from returning. It was a slow time of day so this played into it I am sure.
Loved this spot and compliments to the chef. The Adobo Benedict was absolute perfection and the mimosas were really good. Great ambiance and and friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
Our server was really nice once we got one. We did wait 25 minutes seated at our table before we got any assistance. I had to get up and go ask for a waiter. This was my first time at this restaurant.
Thirsty lion never fails. From the service to the food, everything is always top notch!
Great place with fresh from scratch food. Staff was superb!
2nd time with friends from Chicago. Loved it! Came first time in 2019. Will be back again.
We love this place and the food is always excellent!!!
Great spot for a casual dinner.
Great service, delicious food, fun ambiance!
Menu looked good but everything tasted as though it had been previously frozen.
Favorite of all the similar establishments in Toyota Music Factory. Food is consistently dependable and tasty.
Food was good but the service was almost non existent and there were only four or five tables with patrons. I was hosting restaurant executives from another chain and they remarked several times on the poor service.
Service a little slow but great food
I have been to TL multiple times since it first opened. I have had very good experiences in the past but this visit was not as enjoyable overall.
First I was a bit disappointed with the cocktails initially. The Margarita was very salty, and seemed to be lacking in some of the necessary ingredients so I was able to send it back with no issues and ordered a 2nd drink. That was just ok which then I switched to a beer after that.
As for the entre' I had the Tuscan chicken. I had also ordered a side dish of brussels to sprouts as a shared app. Unfortunately the description for my entry' simply said seasonal veggies and when it arrived I was a bit disappointed that it also came with brussels sprouts. Had the server mentioned that I would be doubling down on brussels I would have asked for a substitution but felt to go with what had arrived at this point.
The chicken was cooked fairly well but lacking. On the menu the description implied there would have been a sauce but was simply on its own and a little dry. The Couscous was not very hot and a bit clumpy. My significant other had a Reuben and she was pleased with the taste.
Overall the server was friendly and attentive but my experience was a bit lower than the expectations that had been built over the past couple of years.
