Food was okay, beer was so-so.
The food was ordinary. The service was the only reason this was bearable
Great Restaurant Week deal! $40 for 4 course dinner with beer pairings for each was a great ladies night out. Bonus was their Sunday night flamenco dance performance.
This is a great spot to go for drinks after work, but I do not recommend the food. The first dish came out frozen cold and the second dish did not taste fresh at all. I still would recommend this place because the service was good and the beer selection was abundant.
We came with 5 people and everyone raved about what they ordered
Great service and wonderful organic beers. Loved the tap flight!
The menu is diverse with a lot of options. We ordered the tortilla with goat cheese which was pretty good, the Brussel sprouts were amazing, and everything else was ok. Good spot for a quick dinner.
ThirstyBear is a great eating place especially for the visitors. My two guests were very impressed with beer tasting menu and very tasty food. They definitely will revisit SF and ThirstyBear again.
Went here on the way to the Museum of Modern Art. In a way, wish we hadn't. It was ok, and that's about it. The food was average tapas, fairly tasty, nothing better than I've had in hundreds of so-called tapas joints. The beer was good, but it should be at a place called Thirsty Bear. The service was quite slow - they were friendly enough and did an ok job, but they seemed tired and lacked anything close to enthusiasm. All in all, the experience was...blah
Steak salad was very good. Our service person and her bac up were outstanding!
