The food is always excellent! A great spot for a ladies lunch!
We brought two friends to try it and they both said it was good for a great price. 👍🏻
Love Third Street Social!!
Good tomahawk steak, but a little fatty. Server was good and very attentive. The noise level was very high, but always is nothing out of the ordinary. Overall very good.
We dine at Third Street Social regularly. It is always good time. This evening was particularly hot & the AC wasn’t working well. The customers were suffering less than the servers who were having a tough time. Our server, Toni, did a good job but fell down a little at the bill time when she got a little slow. Our drinks were watched, our food was delivered timely & as requested & very hot & delicious.
The fried chicken can’t be beat!!!
Great service from Jacob. Menu is pretty varied. Ended up having a great burger for Friday lunch.
Slow service, food did not come out at the same time. Some food was five minutes behind. One guest ordered a dinner salad to come ahead of meal. We had to remind server when meal came out. To much noise. Was difficult to carry on a conversation
Wonderful birthday dinner with the family! The Food is always amazing!
The food was delicious, service was great. This was our first visit and we will definitely return. The only downside for us was that it was very noisy and difficult to communicate with others at the table. Still loved it, though!
Great dinner last night. Our waiter was amazing.
We celebrated our 41st anniversary on Third Street Social ‘s 3rd anniversary. Had a wonderful meal but our favorite was the oatmeal cookies filled with sweetened cream for dessert!
We went for their 3rd birthday celebration, but also to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. It was our first tome having dinner there and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and our food came out faster than we expected!
Great chicken, great service and great ambiance!! A local favorite of ours that never disappoints!
This is probably my most favorite restaurant in Lee's Summit. I bring all of my family and friends here every opportunity that I get. I've always had great service, strong drinks, and great food!
SO GOOD! Everything on their menu is delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts and everything in between. It's a little bit on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny. The staff is always so nice and the environment is clean and inviting. Best of all, it's locally owned and operated!
Wonderful atmosphere and the food was fabulous. Our waiter was very friendly and our time there was just amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Great food and service! Our server was very attentive and did a great job.
I live in KC but had never been here before. Stopped in with my two picky kids and we were all impressed. My son loved his burger and my daughter couldn't get enough of the chicken and waffles. Service was great and the ambiance was cool. But the place was pretty loud.
The food was wonderful, as always. The staff was not as good. Not very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Our waitress ‘wasn’t sure’ if the bartenders could make an amoretto sour for my mother (she had clearly never heard of it before) and a different server couldn’t identify prosciutto and capricola on the charcuterie tray. Also told us the salami was summer sausage. SUMMER SAUSAGE. It was rather comical, honestly.
Father’s Day was the occasion and it was a good time had by all.
My friend cauliflower and brussel sprouts were amazing. I also ordered the Korean Tacos. The marinade was very over powering and the meat was tough. Our server was nice but seemed to pay attention to his other tables more than us. The person I was eating with got there first and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else to drink besides my water that was on the table already. Not the best for my first experience. Not sure if I will be back.
We were sat promptly. Then it took ten minutes to receive water or even meet our server yet . When he arrived at our table he did not apologize for the long wait and then it took another 10 minutes to receive the water and our cocktails. Our drinks were decent and the food was good as always. we also did not receive refills on water or cocktails for over 10 minutes again for the third long wait . It was not as packed as usual so I’m not sure why it was taking so long to help us. We are parents of three and very rarely get to have a date night out and we just would like it to go smoothly.
Great food and service, as always! Their macaroni and cheese is excellent.
We enjoyed the food very much - only negative was the avocado toast was so tough you could barely cut through it. Our waiter was superb. The hostesses, however - every one of them - were cold, uncommunicative, and clearly had zero interest in being there. I don't expect fawning by any means, but a "hello" would be nice. Any kind of greeting at all would be a massive improvement. Even just acknowledging that a customer is standing there would be good. Lots of improvement needed in this area since it's the first impression a customer has of the establishment - left a really bad taste before we even sat down.
When crowded, this place is very, very loud BUT that does not keep me from going back! I love this place, the food is amazing and always, always get really great service! xoxo~
It's a nice place, but they messed up my order twice. I asked for medium rare and they gave me rare. But other than that, it's not a bad place for business casual stuff.
Confusion with our reservations. All three dinners were not very good. So disappointing.
We frequently eat or have happy hour at 3rd St Social. The only complaint I have is that there aren't many absorbing acoustics so it can be rather loud. This is more of an issue for my older family than it is for the younger!
I love 3rd street social. I don't like that I made the point to make a reservation and someone else some how checked in as me. Luckily there were open tables so we were still sat right away. They did great accommodating and being sincerely apologetic about that occurring.
Waitress Tracy was fantastic!
We had a wonderful experience visiting 3rd St Social. From the ease in reserving a table, to the delicious meal that provided a literal taste explosion with every bite, our evening was fully enjoyed. 3rd St Social is a must if you're looking for a dinner experience that you'd like to become your new favorite place. A+ in service, ambiance, and a wonderfully created menu sure to please the pickiest eaters.
Food was excellent and our waiter was an expert at knowing when to approach our table. Great place to dine in Lee’s Summit.
Neighborhood gem; great food, especially the fried chicken; delicious Old-Fashion; moderate, yet varied wine list. Personable service. Reasonably priced. Worth the drive to go again
We’ve eaten three times at 3RD Street Social, and have had exceptionally good meals each time. The crispy fried Brussels & Cauliflower on the happy hour menu are delicious.
Great service with great friends.
The chicken pot pie is a dream. It easily feeds the two of us, split!
Sunday, after church, reservations are a must!
Our server barely said 2 words to us, she acted like she’d rather be anywhere but there. She maybe checked on us once before the food came, then never checked on us after. She wasn’t rude, when she did talk to us, it was just short, and to the point. We’d both (my husband and I) never eaten there before, and we were going to ask a couple questions about things on the menu, but her attitude was not receptive to any questions, so we just ordered. The food was wonderful, but for the price, I definitely would’ve expected better service. I certainly won’t recommend this place to anyone, simply because of the service. It’s really too bad, because the food was excellent. I never do surveys or comment on these things, but my husband and I were both disappointed, and it’s sad, because it was recommended to us by several friends.
It was our anniversary. It was noted on Open Table but the server or hostess never mentioned it. We were seared in the bar. Food was delicious, but a little extra pampering wouldn’t have been nice. We dine there at least once a month.
Have been here a few times - alway delicious! I had the Chicken sandwich - Nashville Hot, and it's one of my favorites. My friend had the Mac and Cheese (an entree in itself) and it's really good - 3 cheese, smoked gouda, Yum! He also had a chopped salad, and the only complaint on that, was that it's not chopped! The chicken wasn't cut up very small, and the salad itself wasn't chopped. He said it was still good, but it's not really a chopped salad. Would totally recommend!
Our server, Kate made our evening great fun!! She was on top of our needs & was just the right amount of sassy!
Our orders were one salmon salad, one pork shoulder, one meatloaf, and one fried chicken dinner. All our meals were delicious, prepared as expected and served at their proper temperature in s timely fashion.
We will be back again soon!
